31/03/2024: If you like bass music all evening this restaurant is for you. After all, it’s a lounge bar. The decor is neat, as is the dishes. On the other hand, some disappointments on the kitchen side. The brown capron was good, fresh and well seasoned, the polo crunchy without really any flavor, however be careful the fettuccine scampi with saffron is very saffron and the seafood scialatielli was too salty. Lack of cooking skills, which is not the case when adding up.

We arrive and there were only two tables (over the course of the evening, I later discovered, one was with waiters who worked there, but who were calmly sitting there eating and minding their own business).
Even though there were only two tables, it took them a while to ask for the order.
When the dishes arrived (I had ordered a taco mix) the presentation was AWFUL, it literally seemed thrown at random, there were supposed to be three different types of tacos and different flavours, but instead they were practically the same thing and poorly made.
But the worst thing was the attention of the waiters, who were listless. To make you understand, we asked US if they could please set the table AFTER the dishes had arrived.

The service is welcoming and fast.
No pizzas possible for lunch, but it allows you to try the delicious pasta.
For dessert, the tiramisu is a marvel and worth tasting.
Quite reasonable prices.

02/04/2024: The pizza was delicious, but did not justify the price at all, especially given that the service was sub-par. They couldn't remember what we ordered, and then brought menus for dessert but then just took the menus away without asking if we wanted anything. The atmosphere was fine, but nothing to warrant the prices either. Nothing too bad happened, and the food was good, it just isn't worth the price.

25/03/2024: Da Vittorio is a historic restaurant in Chiavari and a point of reference for those who want to eat in the Genoese tradition. Clean and welcoming place, tables also outdoors, ideal in spring and/or summer. You can't book but you can always find a place even after a short wait. Highly recommended, you can eat well in the gloomy/Genoese culinary tradition, here we focus on the point and not the externals. It is also possible to buy take-away food, my favorite dishes are the cima, the Russian salad which is not the Piedmontese one, the cima is the minestrone alla Genovese.
21/03/2024: I went for a quick lunch on a Sunday, I ate well, dry and good fried fish, they are fast, friendly, very cheap price compared to the average of the place, I will go back
