The wedding of our dreams came true and exceeded every expectation thanks to your heart and Daniela's ability to read my mind and every idea. There's so much love and passion in what you organize, and even though our wedding is one of many being celebrated, we felt unique, at home, among family. Three days have passed and we're receiving compliments and thanks from so many guests. You are special, we will always carry you in our hearts, along with the day we celebrated with you. 19/07/2025: Bellissima serata trascorsa in famiglia comodamente seduti ai tavoli della PINSERIA 06! Sul corso principale di Vetralla, ci accomodiamo all’esterno pregustando la nostra cena in occasione di un festeggiamento. La serata è perfetta. Come il clima fresco. Le luci in strada. L’illuminazione della Pinseria che crea la giusta atmosfera. Pinsarelli con pomodorini, mozzarella e origano per cominciare. Poi altra porzione alla gricia. Squisiti! Arrivano le birre alla spina. Fresche e in perfetta armonia con le successive pinse, servite su tagliere di legno. L’impasto é soffice, la cottura giusta. Ma apprezziamo soprattutto la qualità eccellente della materia prima. Concludiamo con ulteriori pinsarelli alla nutella. E con un brindisi. Alla nostra festeggiata, certo. Ma anche al giovane proprietario e al suo personale garbato. Ottima inaspettata serata per chi, come me, abita nella città dove la pizza é una pietanza “sacra”. Ma la pinsa di stasera non mi ha fatto rimpiangere Napoli. A presto Pinseria 06. 26/08/2025: A huge place surrounded by greenery, truly stunning and beautifully kept! We stayed 4 nights in one of the cottages, the staff were kind and attentive. The pool was convenient and close to the apartments. The 4 dogs who welcomed us were super cuddly! Thanks to Selenia for her hospitality and her smiles, see you next time!! ❤️

Super functional little house surrounded by greenery, everything spotlessly clean and well-kept Excellent food, a few dishes but very refined and with a unique flavor Family hospitality, they make you feel at home. Selenia and Angelo were super kind and friendly. I hope to return soon.

03/06/2025: Buonasera, un mio amico mi aveva parlato di alcuni piatti particolari, tra i quali le linguine al granceola, ma tra le varie foto non le avevo trovate coì siamo andati e ho richiesto esplicitamente questo piatto di cui allego la foto, e devo dire che sono rimasto positivamente sorpreso per la qualità del prodotto e l’originalità. Mi sono complimentato con il proprietario Sig. Ennio, molto simpatico e di buoni consigli; infatti, il mio pranzo è finito con una stupenda coratella con i carciofi. I miei amici hanno preso altre pietanze ma tutte molto curate e di qualità. Che dire sorpresa molto positiva giusto rapporto qualità prezzo, insomma ci tornerò presto per assaggiare gli altri piatti che ho visto passare. Bravi continuate così.
