07/12/2025: Everything good from 1st to 3rd, competent staff.

25/11/2025: Having to take my niece to Santa Claus's kingdom nearby, I was looking for a place online, and based on some reviews, it seemed like the right place. I immediately had a negative feeling about the place, but the little girl had to eat, so we settled in. The welcome was extremely cold. However, I'll get to the point: the portions were decent. The fettuccine with truffle cream were very small, but there was plenty of cream or cream; I couldn't quite figure out what it was. The scandalous thing is that they still charge for service, which some people even called "covered" for their 2-year-and-4-month-old daughter. I concluded that I had ordered a simple tagliata, which was due to the excessive cream that disgusted me, and I was forced to eat it out of hunger. The tagliata was divided into three so as not to waste it. My wife, who had asked for a portion of cod that the waitress had told us was available, only told us when it was time to bring the main courses that it wasn't available. It's a shame I didn't take photos of the dishes. Finally, I noticed that many of the customers who came were welcomed warmly. I didn't want to write this review because I would never return, but my daughter insisted.

07/12/2025: I just finished eating at this trattoria with a friend and we still have to get up... We hadn't booked, but they kindly found us a table to eat... What can I say? Everything was so good I didn't even think about taking a photo of the food 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ but I can assure you it deserves top marks... While I was eating the puntarelle, I said to my friend... "I'm enjoying it" 😅😅😁😁 Highly recommended. The guys are great, the food is great, and the place is really welcoming ❣️

07/12/2025: After many years, we returned to the licensed trattoria. I can confirm that the dishes are true to the tradition of trattorias of the past, with a family atmosphere and a warm welcome, a roaring fireplace in the dining room with grilled meat. 25/11/2025: Ceremony and banquet in late October at this superb venue, enchanting in its bucolic simplicity. Impeccable organization, friendly, welcoming, and always smiling staff, they feel like one big family. High-quality food and drinks, an excellent menu, and perfect service every moment—a place you'll regret leaving even after spending a whole day there. Highly recommended, without hesitation.

15/11/2025: I had the opportunity to celebrate a birthday. The place is a bit out of the way, but it's worth the trip! Simple dishes, but not at all banal. Excellent ingredients. Quick, courteous, and efficient service. Amazing roast potatoes! Even a simple salad was a highlight! Not only recommended, but definitely worth trying!

19/07/2025: Bellissima serata trascorsa in famiglia comodamente seduti ai tavoli della PINSERIA 06! Sul corso principale di Vetralla, ci accomodiamo all’esterno pregustando la nostra cena in occasione di un festeggiamento. La serata è perfetta. Come il clima fresco. Le luci in strada. L’illuminazione della Pinseria che crea la giusta atmosfera. Pinsarelli con pomodorini, mozzarella e origano per cominciare. Poi altra porzione alla gricia. Squisiti! Arrivano le birre alla spina. Fresche e in perfetta armonia con le successive pinse, servite su tagliere di legno. L’impasto é soffice, la cottura giusta. Ma apprezziamo soprattutto la qualità eccellente della materia prima. Concludiamo con ulteriori pinsarelli alla nutella. E con un brindisi. Alla nostra festeggiata, certo. Ma anche al giovane proprietario e al suo personale garbato. Ottima inaspettata serata per chi, come me, abita nella città dove la pizza é una pietanza “sacra”. Ma la pinsa di stasera non mi ha fatto rimpiangere Napoli. A presto Pinseria 06. 11/11/2025: I'd say it's one of the best mushroom and chestnut soups I've ever had! The atmosphere is rustic but well-appointed. The quality is excellent and the service is friendly. We'll be back, and I highly recommend it!

26/08/2025: A huge place surrounded by greenery, truly stunning and beautifully kept! We stayed 4 nights in one of the cottages, the staff were kind and attentive. The pool was convenient and close to the apartments. The 4 dogs who welcomed us were super cuddly! Thanks to Selenia for her hospitality and her smiles, see you next time!! ❤️

05/11/2025: Excellent cappuccino, delicious desserts, and good service—three reasons to visit more than once. A place I love, and over the years, it's become my everyday favorite. Their service and products are excellent.
