We had a really good time, the staff was knowledgeable and attentive to their customers, and the girl who served us, Ilaria, was truly professional yet kind and always smiling! The pizza was delicious! Highly recommended!! See you next week!

02/09/2025: During our week-long vacation in the Viterbo area, we dined at this excellent restaurant twice! Homemade cuisine, superb ingredients used to prepare dishes from appetizer to dessert, quality restaurateurs who cook with passion and extensive experience, all topped off with extreme courtesy and friendliness... what more could you ask for? I highly recommend it!

The staff was excellent, and Daniela in particular looked after us, made us feel special, and accommodated our every request... she was an exceptional host. 19/07/2025: Bellissima serata trascorsa in famiglia comodamente seduti ai tavoli della PINSERIA 06! Sul corso principale di Vetralla, ci accomodiamo all’esterno pregustando la nostra cena in occasione di un festeggiamento. La serata è perfetta. Come il clima fresco. Le luci in strada. L’illuminazione della Pinseria che crea la giusta atmosfera. Pinsarelli con pomodorini, mozzarella e origano per cominciare. Poi altra porzione alla gricia. Squisiti! Arrivano le birre alla spina. Fresche e in perfetta armonia con le successive pinse, servite su tagliere di legno. L’impasto é soffice, la cottura giusta. Ma apprezziamo soprattutto la qualità eccellente della materia prima. Concludiamo con ulteriori pinsarelli alla nutella. E con un brindisi. Alla nostra festeggiata, certo. Ma anche al giovane proprietario e al suo personale garbato. Ottima inaspettata serata per chi, come me, abita nella città dove la pizza é una pietanza “sacra”. Ma la pinsa di stasera non mi ha fatto rimpiangere Napoli. A presto Pinseria 06. 03/06/2025: Buonasera, un mio amico mi aveva parlato di alcuni piatti particolari, tra i quali le linguine al granceola, ma tra le varie foto non le avevo trovate coì siamo andati e ho richiesto esplicitamente questo piatto di cui allego la foto, e devo dire che sono rimasto positivamente sorpreso per la qualità del prodotto e l’originalità. Mi sono complimentato con il proprietario Sig. Ennio, molto simpatico e di buoni consigli; infatti, il mio pranzo è finito con una stupenda coratella con i carciofi. I miei amici hanno preso altre pietanze ma tutte molto curate e di qualità. Che dire sorpresa molto positiva giusto rapporto qualità prezzo, insomma ci tornerò presto per assaggiare gli altri piatti che ho visto passare. Bravi continuate così.

26/08/2025: Every now and then I get the chance to visit this pizzeria, and it's always a pleasure. The location is very pleasant, in the heart of the lush Viterbo countryside. Ample parking is available on-site. Tables are available both outside, where you can admire a beautiful garden, and inside, where the atmosphere is enhanced by a wonderful painting that I always admire every time I go. The staff is always very kind and helpful. I come here for the pizza, both takeout and eat-in. It's large, in fact, huge, so big it barely fits on the plate. It's juicy and flavorful, filled with consistently high-quality ingredients. The dough is thin and soft, the crust shallow and crispy. A delight!
