16/12/2024: Site built specifically to attract people but in reality it is nothing more than a simple campaign. Simple rooms (empty) without fridge and this is a problem especially in summer, lack of services such as the basic bubble bath and company, but the worst is in the streets that lead to the rooms... dark enough to have to turn on the cell phone light and muddy views the rain, but the most disconcerting thing was the dinner with a fixed time at 8pm and not after (something not said at the time of booking) but the best part comes again, the tractor early in the morning at 8am in front of the bedroom window...lack of absolute respect for those who come with the idea of ​​relaxing. Absolutely rejected!!! Better and quieter places in the area

Finalmente un menù che non sia basato sulle solite tagliate: Pasta fatta a mano, faraona, coniglio, stracotto, agnello, castagne sciroppate per dessert...una festa per il palato ed una gioia per gli occhi! Porzioni superabbondanti, in grado di abbattere anche le forchette più affamate! Bravissimi, straconsigliato.

31/08/2024: In the countryside between Soriano nel Cimino and Bassano in Teverina I ate a pizza alla pala with friends. The structure is large with internal rooms and outdoor tables with a large well-kept garden. Good pizza and excellent value for money. In a time when many restaurants have increased their prices, there are still nice and well-priced places like this one, fortunately!

24/08/2024: Really really good pizza, I had a whim, maybe too much mayonnaise, less would be balanced but fine thickness and good flavour

24/11/2024: Tasteless first courses. Main courses were averagely good although the lamb chops had a too strong smell, almost like spoiled meat. Good cut. Baked potatoes that were definitely a day old, such was their floury consistency. Characteristic environment given that you eat in a kind of cave. Untidy and sloppy service.

14/11/2024: We were in Soriano for my birthday and by chance we chose this place to celebrate... beautiful location, you eat in a cave. The fabulous staff, the excellent cuisine, we had various dishes, I recommend the cacio e pepe and the carbonara, as second courses the tagliatelle with mushrooms... for dessert the cheesecake, fabulous 😋... I really recommend it!

25/11/2024: We came across this restaurant by chance, Stefania, the owner, welcomed us, a very friendly lady, a little taciturn at first but then once we got to know her, she became friendly. We took the chickpea and chestnut soup, to continue with the roasted porcini mushroom with potatoes, (local porcini mushrooms) all excellent. Finally to end in style its majesty Thousand leaves, crunchy, crumbly, a real pleasure. I recommend it to everyone, and for us it will definitely be goodbye 😜

23/11/2024: Hi, I don't usually write reviews anywhere but I have to do this one First of all I would like to compliment the restaurant staff who were very kind and very professional, calm decorum and professionalism even though that day there was a table of 15 people (who had the courage to give a false review) which disturbed not only my family but also the rest of the customers...I ate very well and at the right time despite the place being full.. I would like to tell this "sir" that respect is the basis of mutual coexistence With this I advise you to come to CAROLINO...

30/06/2024: Prezzi alti un caffè 3 euro primi secondi troppo costano e ti danno poca roba si dovrebbe vergognare il proprietario posto bello ma si mangia male
