05/03/2025: La nostra esperienza presso La locanda del Principe è stata più che positiva! Io, mio marito e nostra figlia di 1 anno abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura per 4 notti. Tutto è stato gestito con cura e attenzione, dall’accoglienza calorosa al check-out. Il titolare fin dal primo momento è stato molto disponibile e pronto a soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Sul luogo è presente un ampio parcheggio interno. La camera è confortevole, abbastanza spaziosa e pulita. Abbiamo anche cenato tutte le sere nel loro ristorante/pizzeria: la sala è spaziosa, i pasti ottimi e abbondanti. La posizione della Locanda è strategica per ammirare molti borghi ed altri luoghi di interesse nelle vicinanze (noi abbiamo raggiunto comodamente Viterbo, Lago di Vico, Bolsena, Bomarzo, Orvieto, Civita di bagnoregio, Orte ed altro!). Sia per il pernottamento che per il cibo, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente. Speriamo di tornarci presto, grazie!

04/03/2025: Raramente ho trovato un servizio così cordiale ma la cosa veramente eccezionale la cucina. Dopo vari rinvii abbiamo deciso di provare la locanda , molti ne parlano bene e incuriositi andiamo io la mia signora e tre persone molto attente alla qualità. Risultato tutto veramente ecccellente

18/03/2025: Excellent cuisine with a menu that ranges from meat to fish without forgetting pizzas. Suitable, therefore, for all needs. I tasted some excellent crostini with porcini mushrooms (a real delight for the palate) and a chickpea and chestnut soup, truly delicious. A glass of red wine. Then a dessert that opened the palate: chestnuts drowned in rum with whipped cream, amazing! Finally a bitter. I spent 37 euros, for the quality and quantity it is a fair price.

03/01/2025: I returned from a 2 and a half day overnight stay at New Year's Eve, from Hans' Garden, and I must say that I had a great time both in terms of structure and hospitality. Starting with Mrs. Federica who was very kind in her explanations regarding the services offered, to continue with Mrs. Letizia, who welcomes you and listens to your needs with great availability and professionalism. She proved to be very attentive towards me, which is not at all to be taken for granted. I had the opportunity to have dinner and lunch in the farmhouse these days, also changing the dishes and they were all to my absolute liking. I remain quite perplexed by the negative reviews, I believe that speaking of a farmhouse, what is offered corresponds perfectly to what a farmhouse should offer, therefore those who had a bad experience and had to complain about both the quality of the food and the service in the dining room and in the rooms, perhaps he had expectations of a 5-star hotel! Furthermore, I think it is also very important how we approach the other, even if this other is "offering" a service at that moment. Often, very little is needed in communication to change the outcome. From the farmhouse in 15 minutes you have the opportunity to take a wonderful walk in the Faggeta forest and if you want to go shopping you are in Viterbo in 20 minutes. I hope to have the opportunity to return soon, even just for a day, to enjoy again that quiet and wonderful nature contained in Hans' Garden.

16/03/2025: A restaurant with an atmosphere from times gone by, we had a Sunday lunch for 2 starting with 2 appetizers from the tavern with local specialities, really good, then a first course for me, also with homemade pasta and a second course for my partner, with meat cooked to perfection to finish with a classic dessert for 2, all really good!

02/02/2025: Starting from a bad start given that most of the glasses on the table were chipped, we then moved on to wanting to get an appetizer for everyone and I was told that they make the Italian-style starter, we asked them if we could do it to put in the center for everyone and to regulate the quantity. We are told that he makes them like this and we are the ones who have to tell him what to do because we take a little less than we have and they are presented with single dishes clearly suitable for a single person (small quantity and not with equal courses) we therefore had to then add others so as to have a dish each. At the request of a Florentine steak I was served a steak because without the Florentine fillet we couldn't talk. The cooking of the remaining courses was wrong, all surrounded by a birthday cake taken out of the freezer evidently at the last minute, in fact we didn't even manage to plant the candles because the cream was frozen, which we found out by eating it after waiting a long time for them to come and get it. to cut it and serve it. The waitress who took the coffee order immediately afterwards stopped to talk to the next table for a long time without taking our order, to the point that we had to get up and go to the bar in person to bring the order back. From 8.15am we managed to get coffee just before midnight, needless to say that the bitters were not served despite having requested them. Disappointing evening, non-existent service, a restaurant where my guests and I will certainly not return, we will certainly advertise it well. It's a shame because in the end the food is also good

23/01/2025: Buongiorno sono stato nel vostro ristorante per il mio compleanno il giorno 9 novembre 2024. Ho chiesto di preparami una torta per 4 persone e mi avete proposto la choco nocciola realizzata dalla vostra chef, come pubblicizzato nel menù. Ottima torta. Qualche giorno fa cerco di capire come reperire questo dolce in quanto ci era piaciuto e scopro che viene realizzata dall’azienda Bindi di cui voi siete clienti. Mi sembra poco serio spacciarsi per un ristorante che realizza dolci fatti in casa, quando poi vengono acquistati da altra azienda dolciaria. Anche perché i costi per una fetta di dolce sono non economici per un prodotto buono, ma non fatto in casa. Credo che sia sempre corretto e professionale comunicare al cliente la verità su ciò che il vostro ristorante produce.

19/01/2025: con i miei amici veniamo spesso, ormai da anni,da Roma ed il viaggio vale sempre la pena. La baita è un ottimo ristorante, il servizio è impeccabile, preparati i sommelier, e i piatti sono davvero di qualità. Di recente hanno inserito il petto d'anatra con arancia e cipolle caramellate che definisco Eccellente. Lo stracotto è divino tanto è , che a fine pasto li abbiamo ripresi.Un esperienza gustativa che è assolutamente da fare. Grazie la Baita.
