Un'impasto e lievitazione eccellente ! Posto rustico, senza prenotazione ma vale la pena venire a mangiare qui. Se non si trova posto, anche ordinare la pizza e mangiarla sulle scale ne vale veramente la pena!! Sharon e Stefano

08/08/2024: A diner that wants to be defined as a trattoria, but there are no express à la carte orders, you have to choose and eat what's on the counter or what's coming out of the stove at the moment, if you arrive at early lunch or early dinner times, the food it is undoubtedly good, the prices are related to the area, if we compare them with Rome where at the buffet you can still find all you can eat for €10, so defining them as cheap is a bit difficult, but compared to the prices of the adjacent restaurants more " emblazoned" and with a more eye-catching aesthetic impact, here you can certainly find better food at more reasonable prices, in short, there is no shortage of product quality and substance, but you pay for what you eat and quite a bit.

31/08/2024: In the countryside between Soriano nel Cimino and Bassano in Teverina I ate a pizza alla pala with friends. The structure is large with internal rooms and outdoor tables with a large well-kept garden. Good pizza and excellent value for money. In a time when many restaurants have increased their prices, there are still nice and well-priced places like this one, fortunately!

23/08/2024: We went to this trattoria/pizzeria during our stay in Soriano nel Cimino. The environment is as simple as the service. After taking a look at the menu we ordered an appetizer that they prepare for the month of August because we were intrigued by an ingredient: fig loin. We asked the girl in the dining room what it was and after seeing the photo (taken from the internet) we confirmed the order and on the advice of the girl herself, we also took a focaccia with local raw ham. When the dishes arrived, however, we realized that the fig loin was missing, we started to taste the cheeses that were supposed to accompany the loin in the hope that perhaps they would bring it shortly thereafter. Since it didn't arrive we call the girl and ask where the fig loin was... her response was but didn't you eat it? When we responded in the negative, she went to find out more and shortly after, smiling and a little mockingly, she told us that it was finished!!! If we hadn't said anything they would have given us four leaves of green grass for the loin to cover the lack. After this incorrect behavior it seems almost superfluous to say that on the bill they presented us there was no discount or rather it had been offered by the house. However, we rounded the bill up!

23/08/2024: Very impressed, really good (local) food, staff excellent. You won't be disappointed. I'd have rated a 4.5 if that was possible. This is what eating out should be. Update 23/8/24, so back in Soriano after a couple of years and tried again. Food still fantastic, indulged in the breaded lamb cutlets again, still as good. Pizza was excellent too. Restaurant is spotlessly clean and all the staff are so nice and very attentive. Oh, and the kind of toasted flat bread that comes with the normal bread at the start is devine.

31/08/2024: Comfortable location, with comfortable seating and a spacious, raised exterior. Service with good care towards the customer, education and relaxation also of the staff contributing to a relaxed atmosphere. Mixed menu with focus on local products, with attention from the owners to the selection of raw materials. Well-executed dishes, price within the standard of the proposed offer.

30/06/2024: Absolutely recommended, beautiful hospitality and friendliness of the staff and Mr. Andrea who welcomed us. Impeccable food quality. Genuine, simple and sincere with real flavours. We had pici and tagliolini with truffles, a mixed roast and some homemade desserts, all very good. The bill was very honest if not below expectations..... congratulations!!!!

10/07/2024: Locale bellissimo, caratteristico, si mangia benissimo abbiamo mangiato benissimo personale molto gentile ci siamo mangiati la carbonara che era uno spettacolo insieme al tagliere di bruschette e dolcetto, ambientazione stupenda con molte decorazioni entrata bella e figa.

24/06/2024: A basic but excellently curated menu, kindness and competence in the dining room and the location is very suggestive. We ate and drank very well and our evening went very well. The bill is more than honest. We will definitely return

23/08/2024: RECOMMENDED FOR A DINNER WITH A COUPLE OR WITH FRIENDS We had dinner in this restaurant, discovering a wonderful summer terrace. First thing: courteous, professional, helpful and attentive staff. Both the one we later discovered was the owner and the collaborator. The location is beautiful, ventilated just right for hot evenings. We ate a fish starter and one of the house supplì, a plate of lamb chops with potatoes, and grilled sole. All very good. What to say about desserts: tiramisu top, millefeuille stratop. Really good price/quality ratio. We will be back, also to try the pinsas we saw passing by and they must be truly excellent. We have seen that the choice is between 4-5 types, better few but done well.

23/08/2024: Very nice location, with internal room and external courtyard surrounded by greenery. Friendly and helpful owner, quality and plentiful food, so much so that we were unable to taste the homemade desserts. We will return with great pleasure
