17/08/2024: Casa Tuscia è sempre una conferma! Non solo ristorante ma anche un'ottima enoteca. Come antipasto abbiamo preso quello della casa (prodotti locali) e come secondo ho provato il baccalà con l'insalata di pomodoro e olive, gustoso e molto buono. Poi per concludere un rinfrescante sorbetto limone e fiori di ibisco. Emanuele è molto gentile e preparato nei vini, questo posto è sempre più che consigliato!

22/07/2024: If you pass through Civita Castellana I recommend making a stop in this small restaurant, we felt at home, the owner was friendly and kind, the quality of the dishes was excellent, from the mixed platter to the abundant pasta and the meat that melts in your mouth, a must try.

11/12/2024: We only had lunch at the restaurant, clean, very friendly and helpful staff. The two of us had a carpaccio of bresaola, bruschetta with bacon, 2 glasses of wine, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and wild boar, tagliatelle with hazelnut, still water for a total of 55 euros.

01/07/2024: abbiamo prenotato in questo ristorante viste le recensioni. Quando siamo arrivati ci hanno fatto accomodare in un tavolo in giardino, sotto deigazebi. per ominciare abbiamo preso due porzioni di crostini cacciagione molto buoni ed un antipasto del cacciatore, per i primi papardelle alle lepre e tagliolini anatra e funghi mi dispiace ma erano insipidi e con molto olio, e tagliolini alla selvaggina passabili, poiabbiamo preso una tagliata ed un filetto i maiale a bassa temperatura con pecorino molto buono, contorno e dolci. Il servizio da dimenticare bisognava ricordagli delle portate mancanti. Il servizio e pane 2.00 EURO non ci siamo proprio . il prezzo buono per quelo che abbiamo mangiato
