15/05/2025: Entrata per caso con amici e sono rimasta senza parole... Già dall'accoglienza visi di ragazze che sorridono, ti accolgono con piacere... Pizzaiolo di cui non ricordo il nome, simpaticissimo e professionale, pizza con bufala meglio di quella mangiata a Napoli. Per non parlare del proprietario, un manzo da paura 🥳, bellissimo, peccato che sia sempre di schiena perché si occupa della brace, La carne è strepitosa e cotta benissimo. Le cameriere comunque erano tutte ragazze attente e premurose. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente, perché accoglienza, professionalità, e qualità del cibo erano idilliache. Un bacio al proprietario 😘

11/05/2025: very nice pizzeria with a very large room. the menu is varied, there are other dishes in addition to pizzas and there is an all you can eat form of pizzas with some rules: - minimum 4 people must adhere to the menu - the first pizzas are rectangular and with two flavors of their choice - the subsequent pizzas are always rectangular and available in two flavours, at the customer's choice - they give croquettes and soufflés as an appetizer - for dessert included, they give a pizza with Nutella the cost is €15 excluding drinks €18 includes 1 coke and 2 beers however, the consistency of the pizza is different: the rectangular pizza is crunchier and drier, whereas the traditional pizza is very moist the price of the individual pizzas is not excessive for what they offer if you are interested in matches etc, they have a projector cons (but still marginal): - the service is slow - the bathroom is not the best

18/05/2025: Located in Montecelio right in the square. Very small but welcoming place. It offers only a pizza or pinsa menu with the possibility of taking a good variety of sandwiches. Very rich menu for the various types of pizzas with red, white or special bases. Possibility of also choosing calzones. Everything can be accompanied by an appetizer of fried foods with classic or more particular supplì. Each pizza flavor can also be taken in the pinsa version which is the characteristic of this place. Very easy-going, with a mise en place with paper plates and cups. Moderate and standard prices. Some pizza flavors are very good with well-matched ingredients. Excellent the peculiarity of putting scissors at the table and cutting the pizza more comfortably. The only flaw is the slightly slow service. Recommended

20/04/2025: Just three words... Smiles, excellent food, friendliness. What makes a good place a great place. EXCEPTIONAL artisanal supplies, excellent Ichnusa beer on tap, delicious pizzas and pinsas. I tried the SPECIAL calzone, with cooked sausage, ventricina, mushrooms, nduja and mozzarella, an explosion of flavour. Delicious Ascoli olives. Friendliness and smiles are what are needed, making a dinner an experience to be lived and repeated. See you soon

21/04/2025: The pizza and the substitutes were good, but the cod had too much batter and was very salty. We will be back to try the meat since it is cooked on the grill and I will review that too. Tried the grilled meat and I must say excellent quality, well cooked for €40 each. Highly recommended for meat!

09/04/2025: We had a good time, the place was well finished, we ordered the pizza or the pinza, both of which were successful, lots of choice in flavors and rich condiments. We will be back to try the restaurant dishes. It's a bit hidden, but if you follow the directions carefully you'll get back there

16/05/2025: I am originally from Campania and as such I have a modest knowledge of good Neapolitan pizza. I rarely go to this pizzeria to eat pizza. I would consider it good, if it were not for the fact that most of the time I had to complain because the bottom part was very burnt and therefore inedible, so much so that on one occasion, some time ago, the manager, recognizing my reasons, agreed to replace it. It was a Saturday night and the place was very crowded, so such a serious mistake could be made. Then I returned on weekdays, like today on Friday for lunch and there was not a lot of crowd, nevertheless, nothing to be done, still burnt (in the meantime the pizza chef has changed in the meantime). I hope that this review is read by the owners so that they can sensitize their employees to improve with a little more effort, because everyone would benefit, especially the customers, both for the good taste and above all for their health. Overall the service is good. A piece of advice for the head waiter: a little more empathy would work in his favor. Forza Napoli and Good work to everyone.

08/04/2025: Paying €7 for a portion of pizza, with 3 layers of potatoes, a spit of cheese and a skimpy slice of speck, I think is bordering on decency. It's theft. And what can I say? with many excellent pizzerias in Guidonia, it wasn't even the only place with parking... like today unfortunately. The pizza chef was smart to put in all those potatoes to make it weigh more.

04/02/2025: Esperienza negativa! Io, mio marito e mio figlio, assieme ad altre 4 coppie di amici, siamo arrivati nella struttura il 29 dicembre verso le 18: la stanza era fredda, possibile che nessuno avesse pensato di riscaldarla? Il minimo quando arrivano ospiti. La prima sera non siamo riusciti a lavarci sia per la temperatura fredda del bagno che per la scarsa uscita di acqua dalla doccia. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere coperte aggiuntive per poterci scaldare. Anche le altre 2 sere è stato disagevole lavarci perché l'acqua usciva a temperatura alterna, fredda e calda... E per finire... cenone di San Silvestro: sul menù era scritto menù bambino 40 € e ci è stato applicato un costo di 50 €. Tra l' altro il bambino non ha mangiato nulla perché stava male, probabilmente a causa della temperatura fredda della doccia. Alla richiesta di venirci incontro per i disagi subiti, ci è stato risposto PICCHE! SCONSIGLIATO VIVAMENTE!

14/03/2025: Honestly, we were passing through and stopped. Non-existent table service, with dirty tables from previous drinks and ashtrays almost full to bursting. We won't be back and we strongly advise against it 👎

13/02/2025: Poorly frequented place, at least when I tried to get served. I say "I tried" because the staff served these "gentlemen" first, making them pass in front of me who had been waiting for ten minutes. obviously I left and needless to say I won't be returning.
