25/04/2026: I've been frequenting this restaurant for about five years, ever since I've lived in the area, and I'm sincerely sorry to see the decline in recent months. I hesitated a bit before writing this review, but after yet another confirmation, I thought it was right to state things as they are. I'll go in no particular order: service that falls apart when there's a certain amount of traffic and is generally less attentive than before (for example, on one occasion, the bread was brought after the appetizer), main dishes removed from the menu, some wines by the glass so mediocre that even considering the price, it's hard to understand why they're offered (wine used to be more carefully considered), portions reduced to a minimum (poor amatriciana), questionable quality of some dishes (the tagliata was rubbery), and the bill is rising. I don't know what's happened in recent months, whether it's a change in management/kitchen or something else. I have the feeling they're cutting corners at the expense of quality. Dulcamara used to be a given for me. I'm giving it 3 stars in the hope it becomes that way again.
