Antipasto misto, fagioli con le cotiche, trippa alla romana, polpette "della nonna". 1) Primo: Amatriciana "sublime" 2) Primo: trofie bianche con asparagi e salsiccia "ottima" Secondo: carne mista sulla brace "esagerato" Caffè e amaro Tutto esagerato e buonissimo Ottima trattoria familiare La fattoria con animali puliti e simpatici... Grazie, abbiamo passato una giornata insieme e in serenità, Bravi bravi!

11/05/2025: I leave a negative review for how we were treated. If my experience was based only on how I ate and the kindness of the waitress, it would certainly be different. The food was very good, both the fried foods and the pizzas. Among the pizzas we had taken two that had friarelli as an ingredient and, since it was not specified on the menu that it was from a jar and therefore in vinegar, they were terribly acidic and inedible on the pizza. We mentioned this to the waitress without making any kind of complaint, but only saying that we couldn't eat the pizza and if we could change it. Luckily for us, but unfortunately for them, we were near the pizza oven and we saw the entire reaction of the pizza chefs when the pizzas were returned. The owners or colleagues should point out to them that the glass is transparent and that everything they do can be clearly seen and what they say can also be understood. The first pizza chef justified this to the waitress by saying the friarelli are acidic and that's how they are, making faces as he ate the returned pizza. The second pizza chef, once the second pizzas arrived, commented looking at us saying "ah but we're still eating and pizzing", unfortunately for him we are Neapolitans and we understood what he was saying even if it was in dialect. What I advise you is to specify the origin of the materials, when these cannot be found fresh. And even more importantly I advise you to work on the EDUCATION and HUMILITY of pizza chefs. Or at least be smart, don't let the customers hear 😉
