20/01/2025: What a hidden gem outside the city centre of Rome. Anna Maria the chef was amazing and so is your sommelier Michelle. It was a fabulous day to make pasta, meet new people and escape the busy city centre of Rome. If you are in Rome, please book this you will not be disappointed. The Minardi Family and their winery boasts some amazing wine and a fabulous atmosphere.

14/12/2024: Nico is a fabulous guide and host! The cooking class was well prepared and we had excellent instruction from our chef/teacher. The end was result was the best Pasta we have ever enjoyed! The rich history, beautiful scenery, and warm family atmosphere make this a perfect days' outing. Highly recommended!

29/12/2024: I chose this place to celebrate my graduation and was immediately enchanted by it. The location in question has an incredible view, the swimming pool is open all year round, and is an integral part of Villa Mercede, a jewel at the entrance to Frascati, one of my favorite areas of the Castelli Romani. The professionalism of the maître Nicola makes "La cucina con vista" a restaurant of great prominence; he assisted me at all times, making sure my guests were comfortable and enjoying the event, it was as if he was watching over us. All the staff are extremely kind and friendly, in line with the elegance of the venue. The refined and tasty food was the confirmation of having chosen the right restaurant and which I would recommend a million times to everyone, not only to celebrate events but also to spend a quiet evening enjoying a splendid view. Congratulations again to all the staff, well deserved. Keep it up! ❤️

01/12/2024: I give 5 stars because I don't want the review score to be lowered.. I respect all activities and people who work.. The cuisine needs to be totally improved... I thought it would be better... it's really a shame because I would go back... staff friendly, clean room with panoramic view.. Unfortunately I question the quality of the dishes prepared... tasteless and lukewarm.. My advice but it matters little.. change the menu!!

28/07/2024: Despite numerous visits to Rome I had never visited the Basilica of San Poalo outside the walls and this time I passed by almost by chance. However, I was amazed by the majesty, beauty, brightness and richness of the interior. Although I didn't initially appreciate the external portico, which covers the splendid façade, I reevaluated everything once I entered through the gates and instead felt welcomed and "protected" by it. The visit is highly recommended.

02/12/2024: We had lunch in this little place in the heart of Frascati. Super comfortable environment, you can see the dedication in attention to detail. The menu presents itself very well aesthetically but the dishes included are also worth trying. Excellent quality of the raw materials and also the super interesting selection of wines with all Lazio vines. Discrete service I really liked the simplicity of the lady who, I believe, is also the owner of the restaurant who was kind and non-intrusive. Very good desserts apart from the lavender sorbet, a particular taste but still worth trying! Congratulations to all We will definitely see you soon!

14/01/2025: This Saturday I went to Viecce with my brother, I took the sandwich of the month and it was superb, despite it being huge and beautifully loaded it didn't stay on my stomach (it must also be due to the excellent IPA beer served which helped me digest ). The guys were very kind and welcoming and the place no less. I've already gone there several times in the past and I've always wanted to go back, on Saturday I had confirmation, a full 5 star experience. ~ Alessio

06/01/2025: The experience was flawless from the start. While we waited they offered us smoked scamorzine wrapped in bacon, a touch of originality that made the welcome even warmer. The owner's passion clearly shines through: not only through the quality and care of the dishes, but also in the joy with which she welcomes each guest, making everyone feel at home, but with the service and professionalism of a high-level restaurant. We opted for a complete, rich and varied mixed starter, which included cured meats, cheeses and hot specialties such as cacio e pepe meatballs, chickpeas with truffle cream, Roman tripe, rustic pie with courgettes, tomato and lentil meatballs. Each course was prepared with quality ingredients and perfectly cooked All at a surprisingly honest price: truly unbeatable, especially considering the generosity of the portions. The kindness and friendliness of the staff, combined with the extraordinary quality of the food, made this experience a pleasant discovery during a walk in Frascati. I can't wait to go back and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a restaurant that combines tradition, taste and hospitality.

16/12/2024: Very nice place. For sure, one of the best in Frascati. The lady holding the place is very kind. She is the main chef, but she is also the waitress. She makes you feel like you are in her house and she will cook something just for you. It has special feeling. We had a plato of mixed antipasti and it was very nice and quite big. It was supposed to be for one, but it was enough for two. The pasta, after that, totally finished us. It was very tasty! We were so full! We had to take what was left for home. I recommend the place 👌

13/11/2024: Rustic and very nice atmosphere, kind and friendly staff and good food, of excellent quality and cooked really well and you can also find a good choice of wines which are recommended by the owner's son who I know has taken a sommelier course. I will happily return.

01/01/2025: 31.12.2024. New Year's Eve dinner: a disaster. Dishes that are scarce and lacking in originality. Two examples to understand. Mandarin in the glass: 5 segments of mandarin with a mint leaf, it would seem, in a glass. Good luck lentils with traditional sausages: two small pieces, equal to 2/4 of a slice of cotechino. It's a real shame, because I made a terrible impression on two of my guests, focusing on the quality of the venue which was totally lacking. So much disappointment among those present.

03/01/2025: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, attracted by the outside. As soon as you enter, you enter a welcoming, warm room that immediately makes you feel at home. We took two first courses, one sliced ​​and another second course accompanied by side dishes: All delicious, of high quality and cooked to perfection. The same goes for the desserts. The service was impeccable, polite, present but never intrusive. Congratulations guys, if we were to return to Frascati we will definitely be back!
