29/12/2024: I chose this place to celebrate my graduation and was immediately enchanted by it. The location in question has an incredible view, the swimming pool is open all year round, and is an integral part of Villa Mercede, a jewel at the entrance to Frascati, one of my favorite areas of the Castelli Romani. The professionalism of the maître Nicola makes "La cucina con vista" a restaurant of great prominence; he assisted me at all times, making sure my guests were comfortable and enjoying the event, it was as if he was watching over us. All the staff are extremely kind and friendly, in line with the elegance of the venue. The refined and tasty food was the confirmation of having chosen the right restaurant and which I would recommend a million times to everyone, not only to celebrate events but also to spend a quiet evening enjoying a splendid view. Congratulations again to all the staff, well deserved. Keep it up! ❤️

06/01/2025: The experience was flawless from the start. While we waited they offered us smoked scamorzine wrapped in bacon, a touch of originality that made the welcome even warmer. The owner's passion clearly shines through: not only through the quality and care of the dishes, but also in the joy with which she welcomes each guest, making everyone feel at home, but with the service and professionalism of a high-level restaurant. We opted for a complete, rich and varied mixed starter, which included cured meats, cheeses and hot specialties such as cacio e pepe meatballs, chickpeas with truffle cream, Roman tripe, rustic pie with courgettes, tomato and lentil meatballs. Each course was prepared with quality ingredients and perfectly cooked All at a surprisingly honest price: truly unbeatable, especially considering the generosity of the portions. The kindness and friendliness of the staff, combined with the extraordinary quality of the food, made this experience a pleasant discovery during a walk in Frascati. I can't wait to go back and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a restaurant that combines tradition, taste and hospitality.

24/02/2025: I have been going to Ara Anua for several years now: the staff is always friendly and helpful, the quality of the dishes is exceptional. Anyone who visits Frascati for the first time - a charming town in the nerve center of the Castelli Romani - as a tourist cannot fail to stop in this restaurant to taste delicious Roman cuisine such as the fabulous carbonara.

01/03/2025: Personale gentile e preparato, cameriere efficienti e cordiali, cibo molto buono… ma prezzo esorbitante ed esagerato! Fuori menù senza prezzo esposto… risultato: ogni porzione di broccolo ripassato 10€, ogni carciofo alla romana 9€. Location nella media, la classica fraschetta di Frascati ma con i prezzi di un ristorante gourmet… 60€ a persona per un antipasto abbondante, un primo e vino della casa. Porchetta messa in conto ma mai arrivata (sicuramente solo un errore in buona fede). Va bene l’inflazione e l’aumento dei prezzi, ma questa è una esagerazione. Allego scontrino

25/01/2025: Dopo aver abitato tanti anni a Roma, cercavo un posto dove far assaggiare i sapori di queste terre a mia moglie milanese... Qui ho fatto centro! Piatti della tradizione buonissimi, porzioni generose e ricche di gusto. Da non sottovalutare la ricercata selezione dei vini con etichette interessantissime. Se non bastasse, il tutto è condito da un'atmosfera tanto familiare quanto professionale. Grazie mille per questo splendido pasto e per i consigli che ci avete dato, torneremo volentieri a trovarvi. 22/02/2025: Nice restaurant on the Frascati viewpoint. Sober and welcoming furnishings. Characteristics of the cuisine, a modern reinterpretation of the classics of the Roman tradition. Resulting in a gray with artichokes, which then...gricia wasn't; a must of Roman cuisine, in our opinion a little characterless, typical of this dish. The artichoke on pecorino fondue is excellent, perfectly cooked. Prices a little above average (2 glasses of wine, 2 baked artichokes, 1 gricia and a platter of cheeses and cured meats 75 euros)

08/02/2025: Excellent experience. The room furnished with a neat disorder: chests of drawers, wine boxes placed almost to recall a home environment. There are large spaces between the tables and the result is to make you feel welcomed. Service: excellent. Trained, very kind, attentive waiter. Two examples: to pour me the wine he turns behind me and does it correctly from the right, and, when we ask for a cigarette, he goes out of his way and brings it to us in a small napkin. Dinner: I expected typical traditional Roman dishes. And instead I find a well-kept, original, creative menu. Creaminess, textures, flavours. Everything prepared very very well. Thanks for the lovely evening.
