A special note to the desserts that cradled the end of the meal and exalted the taste buds. 29/12/2024: I chose this place to celebrate my graduation and was immediately enchanted by it. The location in question has an incredible view, the swimming pool is open all year round, and is an integral part of Villa Mercede, a jewel at the entrance to Frascati, one of my favorite areas of the Castelli Romani. The professionalism of the maître Nicola makes "La cucina con vista" a restaurant of great prominence; he assisted me at all times, making sure my guests were comfortable and enjoying the event, it was as if he was watching over us. All the staff are extremely kind and friendly, in line with the elegance of the venue. The refined and tasty food was the confirmation of having chosen the right restaurant and which I would recommend a million times to everyone, not only to celebrate events but also to spend a quiet evening enjoying a splendid view. Congratulations again to all the staff, well deserved. Keep it up! ❤️

06/01/2025: Carpaccio, bistecche alla brace veramente ottime, crostini al lardo. Mai mangiato una bistecca con una carne così tenera. Una esperienza di assoluto livello e super consigliata. Sicuramente ritornerò.

06/01/2025: The experience was flawless from the start. While we waited they offered us smoked scamorzine wrapped in bacon, a touch of originality that made the welcome even warmer. The owner's passion clearly shines through: not only through the quality and care of the dishes, but also in the joy with which she welcomes each guest, making everyone feel at home, but with the service and professionalism of a high-level restaurant. We opted for a complete, rich and varied mixed starter, which included cured meats, cheeses and hot specialties such as cacio e pepe meatballs, chickpeas with truffle cream, Roman tripe, rustic pie with courgettes, tomato and lentil meatballs. Each course was prepared with quality ingredients and perfectly cooked All at a surprisingly honest price: truly unbeatable, especially considering the generosity of the portions. The kindness and friendliness of the staff, combined with the extraordinary quality of the food, made this experience a pleasant discovery during a walk in Frascati. I can't wait to go back and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a restaurant that combines tradition, taste and hospitality.

05/11/2024: My dad has been taking me to this ice cream shop since I was little, I've tried other ice cream shops in the area but I've been choosing Alaska again for 20 years, its ice cream is a guarantee, with an explosive flavour... every time I go to Frascati it's a fixed stop

13/11/2024: Rustic and very nice atmosphere, kind and friendly staff and good food, of excellent quality and cooked really well and you can also find a good choice of wines which are recommended by the owner's son who I know has taken a sommelier course. I will happily return.

03/01/2025: Cozy place and helpful and friendly staff. Interesting menu, good food from starters to meat main courses. I was a little disappointed by the truffle carbonara, I was expecting something more. As a second course, the really good braised beef. Overall we had a very good time, given the quality of the menu offered we paid the right price. To return.

30/12/2024: Locale accogliente e personale disponibile e gentile. Menù interessante, si mangia bene dagli antipasti ai secondi di carne. Sono rimasto deluso un po' dalla carbonara al tartufo, mi aspettavo qualcosa in più. Come secondo il brasato di manzo veramente buono. Nel complesso siamo stati molto bene, vista la qualità del menù offerto abbiamo pagato il giusto. Da ritornarci.

In addition to the wonderful location, the fantastic food, the zero km wine, Erta Luzati's expertise is that pulse that makes everything perfect. He was able to guide us in the times, in the fundamental choices starting from the management of the animation, the music, the flowers... showing us true professionals!!. We didn't have to think about anything and he didn't miss a beat! Hearing yourself say "it was the most beautiful wedding I've ever attended" and thinking exactly the same thing is priceless! Olivella will now forever be a magical place, where we will continue to daydream, sipping an aperitif at sunset. Thank you!!!

07/01/2025: Nice place, very kind, staff very attentive to customer needs. Everything taken care of, extraordinary dishes with delicate flavours. Interesting descriptions of the dishes from the chefs, and from the sommelier for the wines. The underground tunnel is also nice to visit, when accessible. Definitely worth returning! Thank you!
