02/11/2025: The restaurant is definitely very nice and the staff is friendly. But we ordered four different dishes, and they were terrible. I don't recommend it, and we won't be back. And the wait was an hour.

28/10/2025: We weren't very hungry when we sat down, but when we read the menu, our stomachs opened and we ordered a grandma's appetizer for two, a rigatoni alla zozzona for two, and a porcini mushroom stew for two. 22/06/2025: Nice pub in the town of Colleferro. I really appreciated the choice of music and the Porter I had was very pleasant. Good food not exciting, the ziggy chips are worth it even if they are not very spicy. The pannicolo is excellent, I would have just let the meat rest a little more because it lost some fluids on the plate. Very fast and very friendly service. If you pass through Colleferro it is a great place to drink and eat

08/11/2025: I bought some porchetta here and was a little disappointed: it was dry and stringy (porchetta should melt in your mouth), and my husband almost lost a tooth because of a bone (normally, there shouldn't be one). Anyway, I'm giving it 3 stars because the staff is really kind.

18/10/2025: I often go there with my wife to buy excellent meat and the staff is very kind and smiling. It is a beautiful place, very well stocked.

14/09/2025: The pizza is very good and very crispy. The stuffed white pizzas are top-notch. After so many pizzerias, I finally ate real pizza with mortadella! Not to mention the one with Sicilian broccoli and delicious sausage... Congratulations!

04/10/2025: Spanish night. The music? Classic 1950s Italian and Neapolitan. The food? Not much, and it wasn't paella, but risotto. Three dancers occasionally danced to the music, which was still Italian. No sangria. The food itself was good, but don't call it a themed night. I felt cheated.

Let's start with the management: Mr. Chianetta is an extraordinarily professional and competent person. He supported us from day one with total dedication, accompanying us step by step until our final goodbyes. His experience is evident in every piece of advice and decision, and we trusted him completely, and we did very well. The location is wonderful: both indoor and outdoor spaces are tastefully designed, ideal for offering the newlyweds and their guests a complete and varied experience. Each space is designed and managed with the care and organization that distinguishes the entire staff. Considering we had a band that played almost continuously without causing any problems with the room management, Now we come to the highlight: the food. Truly top-notch. If you want to receive compliments from every guest for the excellent food, you've come to the right place. Refined dishes, high-quality ingredients, impeccable flavor in every course—from the simplest finger food (like panelle) to the most refined and sophisticated dishes, like the cooked snapper fillet (preserved in oil). Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, from preparation to service. Throughout the ceremony, we always felt cared for and pampered: Mr. Chianetta and his staff were always present, offering silent but constant assistance, ready to intervene at any moment.
