10/02/2024: “Particular” place with its own style: everything didn't drive me crazy but we are in the field of personal opinions. Insufficient service, with several shortcomings including one above all the lack of desserts and the relative prices on the menu, which are said verbally. However, the first courses are of a good standard, even if the prices are not bistro-style but restaurant-level.

10/05/2024: Happened upon this little restaurant since we are flying out of Ciampino tomorrow. The food is excellent! Started with the scamorza with truffles and honey, then we both had pasta and grilled veggies. Our server was lovely, too. Highly recommend!

03/03/2024: 5 of us booked for last night...we sat down at 9pm perhaps a few minutes early and immediately ordered the starter and meat... they brought us the wine at 9.40pm, wine after 40 minutes of waiting!!, 40 minutes would shock me if I'm in a stupid place, the appetizers arrived after 10pm, two trios of raw fish (three tartares which were also very good ) but to make three tartaree more than an hour?? the problem is that it didn't end there... there were 5 of us who took about 2kg of meat, meat which arrived at 11pm, two hours after we ordered it because it had to "dilute" according to who was in the kitchen, but it didn't end there... obviously together with the meat we had ordered some vegetables as a side dish, the vegetables were brought to us half an hour before the meat, I always knew that the main course and side dish came out together, not the vegetables 30 min before the meat that if I had also wanted to wait there meat to eat them together anyway I would have caught them cold because after half an hour.. (the times are not random they are real) but it doesn't end there.. do you think anyone apologized for this service? I also had to hear from the person in the kitchen that if they had brought the meat to us earlier it would have been cold because it didn't temper it and to call him an hour earlier next time because he would have tempered it for me. so in a nutshell 40 minutes for wine 1 hour for two trios of tartare and vegetables brought half an hour before the meat I won't even say anything about the diluting because I'm not in the profession but if you go to olive groves call first, wisely it takes 2 hours of waiting because the meat has to dilute...

29/02/2024: Non sono una grande mangiatrice di carne ma la macelleria Ulivieri è sempre una certezza! Adoro in particolar modo i crudi (tartar, prosciutto di picanha, bistecca cruda e bruschetta con salsiccia cruda sono eccezionali!). Anche le bistecche cotto hanno un sapore unico! Personale attento, cortese e simpatico.

25/03/2024: Excellent restaurant a stone's throw from my house. Discovered by chance while returning from a trip to the mountains. Convenient parking in front of the entrance with many free spaces, very bright room with light wood furnishings, similar to a mountain hut. Comfortable seats and complete equipment. Very fast and very professional table service. The starters were excellent, traditional and plentiful. The first courses are excellent, ranging from the classic tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms to the traditional pastas of Roman cuisine (carbonara, cacio e pepe, tortelli). Excellent grill with veal, beef, chicken, kebabs and sausages accompanied by side dishes. Another peculiarity of the restaurant are the pizzas cooked according to tradition in a highly efficient wood-fired oven. The desserts are varied and very well made, all handcrafted. The lemon sorbet is good. Finally, it is worth mentioning the possibility of having lunch on Sundays and holidays with a fixed price menu, which is truly very convenient in relation to the quantity and quality of the food offered. Therefore very suitable for business lunches, romantic dinners for two, and why not, very long tables with family members or students at the end of the year. I recommend it and will return.

22/11/2023: Wide choice of sandwiches, good porchetta and pizza bread. Friendly owner, he asks you if you want to reheat everything (pizza, porchetta and side dish). Large outdoor spaces, in my opinion the sandwiches are slightly "expensive". Worth visiting if you are nearby.

30/03/2024: Good place and good food, average. Quiet environment and lots of courtesy. Three stars for the service, fast delivery, almost everything arrived at the same time (there were 7 of us) but it seemed very confusing. Average price.... considering that everything has increased... it fits.
