06/11/2023: Abbiamo avuto il piacere di celebrare il nostro anniversario di nozze in questo incantevole ristorante con vista incantevole e panoramica sul lago. Il menu a base di pesce ha soddisfatto appieno le nostre aspettative di raffinatezza. Il servizio è stato impeccabile. Il personale era cortese, attento e ben informato sul menu e sui vini, offrendo consigli preziosi per l'abbinamento perfetto. Questo ristorante è il luogo ideale per celebrare anche occasioni speciali.

07/04/2024: Aperitif on the lakefront, nice place, with food sales department to be consumed on site or taken away. Ordered two aperitifs: Spritz Aperol and Crodino with chips and peanuts included. Forget the chips, and only one small bowl of peanuts. We point it out to the girl who served us gets annoyed and calls back a boy, shortly after he brings her. The Spritz is visibly diluted, neither the prosecco nor the Aperol can be perceived. I point this out, the girl's response is perhaps the ice that has melted .Let's leave it alone, I pay €11 and I'm leaving. Too bad.

05/04/2024: Intrigued by the reviews we decided to try this place. Once inside we saw the appearance of the meat that had been proposed to us, given that the Fiorentina one (we are from Florence) did not seem exciting (without fat and dull red). we therefore decided to opt for the Di Paolo house specialty. (Steak) Which practically cost more than a Fiorentina. We ordered a portion of baked potatoes worth €5, the portion was really small and not even enough for one person. When choosing the wine, although we are not experts, we opted for a red Romanella, which however turns out to be a very fruity sparkling wine which certainly does not suit the dish ordered., our mistake, but the waiter should have recommended something different more combinable Given the advice he received about meat. The other younger waiter, however, seemed only to be an usher since he was well dressed, but professionally I can't say much. The only thing he did was move two other glasses from another table which were the same as the water. Instead they had brought glasses to the next table. What can I say, a bill of €72 not even €70. At least good meat, but presence of a lot of fat and bone but out of 780 grams of meat if there were 350 it was quite a lot. The waiter seemed to be in a hurry to clear the table even though there were only two tables. I won't go back.

12/12/2023: Ottimo ristorante con piatti della tradizione rivisitati porzioni adeguate qualità dei prodotti ottima, servizio attento e curato, forse i tavoli un po’ troppo ravvicinati. Cantina fornita Solo il prezzo è leggermente alta ma ne vale la pena Posizione mozzafiato

05/12/2023: Ospiti per una cresima andiamo in questo ristorante di cui avevo sentito parlare. Piccolo problema iniziale il parcheggio pressoché inesistente bisogna inventarselo. Location da 5 palle: a strapiombo sul lago. Di notte perde ovviamente la vista. L interno è molto elegante. Molto belle le foto d epoca dei fondatori che ti fanno tornare indietro nel tempo. A noi hanno riservato per l occasione un intera saletta, essendo una trentina di ospiti. La cantina da sola meriterebbe la visita del locale. A parte l eccellenza dei vini è un vero e proprio museo che ha affascinato grandi e piccoli. Il menù di pesce particolare ma personalmente mi è piaciuto molto. Eccellente l assaggio dei dolci finale. Il vino scelto un castelli doc che presumo sia il vino della casa. Prezzo non mi posso esprimere in quanto ospite. Nel complesso locale adatto per le occasioni importanti e non solo.

11/12/2023: Siamo stati bene , bel locale buon cibo e prezzi nella norma . Peccato l’acustica , c’erano dei bambini che giocando e gridando non permettevano di fare una tranquilla conversazione, infatti siamo andati subito via per questo . Del resto forse puntano alle famiglie visto che nel menù propongono menù bambini .

09/10/2023: tutto molto curato nei minimi dettagli, pietanze buone ,non abbondanti,ma buone. servizio impeccabile se non fosse per i cameriere che ha sbagliato i dolci e per i bicchieri e piatti “sbeccati”

07/04/2024: The restaurant recently changed management and is now family-run. Completely renovated internally compared to the photo, it is a modern environment and there is a light and friendly atmosphere. Live music (cover songs by singers) and karaoke are undoubtedly also an accomplice. The first courses are tasty and the pizza is large, thin and crunchy and was not salty, as often happens, but tasty to the right degree. I add the photo of my capricciosa, strictly without mozzarella due to my intolerance. Only the red wine was served slightly cold. The prices are also reasonable and I will definitely be back! Congratulations to the restaurateurs!

27/03/2024: Ate what they recommended 😏....a first course, 1 small, raw meatball and french fries, water, paid too much 40.

30/03/2024: Changes to the menu should be made clear when the menu is brought to the table. We wanted a fish fry and a pizza but only after choosing were we told that the pizza was only available for dinner and there was no fish because they had just reopened. We took ham and buffalo mozzarella as a starter, but the mozzarella was really dry, it crumbled under the knife. So much so that we left it. The first courses were good, even if one of the two was slightly overcooked for my taste (but that's personal preference). The lemon cacio e pepe was very good.

The girl who, at 3pm on a summer day like today, starts blowing the leaves, raising dust and bacteria which inevitably falls on the ice cream and on us, is a real s.....a... 06/04/2024: A welcoming and familiar place. Exquisitely friendly waiter and owner service, clean and well furnished in a vintage style. Very good ice cream. Amazing view. Definitely worth visiting for those who don't know it and coming back. I'm not attaching photos because it's one of those places where you forget your phone and get lost in chatter and scenery.❤️

17/10/2023: Un bel ristorante con ottima cucina spagnola. Ci vado spesso quando mi reco al lago di Castel Gandolfo per vari motivi: Si mangia bene, si spende poco, ha un parcheggio privato intreno, una bella spiaggia privata con ombra naturale ombrelloni e sdraio, il personale e' gentilissimo

02/09/2023: Provato e riprovato più volte:paella favolosa e di prima qualità,tempi di attesa perfetti per la paella che è cucinata espressa. Ho partecipato anche a eventi,come quello di stasera nella spiaggia di fronte sempre di proprietà,evento strepitoso e unico per paesaggio e struttura:cena servita in spiaggia e osservatorio in spiaggia con persone preparate che ci hanno accompagnato per tutta la serata. Prezzi onestissimi,parcheggio interno gratuito nella struttura

01/03/2024: Entriamo per pranzare...in due persone..Cosi scelgo come antipasto un tagliere di porchetta ..7 euro.. mi arriva un piattino con tre fettine dentro, ero scioccata. Abbiamo dovuto fare una fettina e mezza a testa..e tra l'altro erano secche e fredde da frigo. Ma io dico..una riscaldata prima di portare al tavolo no? servire la porchetta fredda da frigorifero e pagare 7 euro tre fettine minuscole è follia. Che poi fanno pagare pure il pane e il servizio 2 euro. Come primo scegliamo la carbonara e sentiamo subito che gli è cascato un po' troppo sale..rivedete un attimo queste cose..peccato perche era vista lago! .
