07/09/2025: I wouldn't recommend it twice out of two. We felt sick. The pizza was bad. The suppli were awful. The service was awful. The place was incredibly noisy. Everyone was screaming, it felt like being in the stands at a stadium. The prices were normal, but too high for what you get. The staff was forgetful, they forgot some of your orders, they were rude, and the atmosphere was awful. There are better places in Bracciano. Don't go there.

25/08/2025: The food itself was edible, although for the prices they charge, there are better deals at better places in the area. The main problem was the service, especially not the waiters but rather a medium-sized, hairless man working the register. While my friends and I were eating, he kept yelling at the restaurant staff, disrupting our evening. Do yourself a favor and don't come.

07/10/2025: The quality of the Neapolitan shortcrust pastry is undeniable. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the table service is friendly and attentive. The only downside is the excessively high prices: coffee, hot chocolate with cream, and three shortcrust pastry rolls cost €16.

13/09/2025: My husband went there asking for a cake with cream and Nutella or chocolate... they gave him a tiramisu parfait... Could you please explain where the cream and Nutella/chocolate are? Maybe I'm stupid, or maybe you just don't give a damn about what customers ask for.

20/07/2025: Posto molto piacevole vista lago. Buona scelta, personale cordiale ed aperto al giusto dialogo, attento ai dettagli ed alla cura del cliente. Provati degli antipasti che sono piaciuti a tutti come le Ostriche oppure fiore di zucca, cannolo di mare. Pure i primi sono stati buoni come gli spaghetti alle vongole, il tagliolino con baccalà, paccheri friggitelli. Le porzioni sono giuste tendenti al generoso, in pratica qui si "mangia" non si "assaggia". Anche i dolci ci sono piaciuti molto come il tiramisù che non è affatto scontato che sia buono a prescindere, buona la bavaresi ed il sorbetto al limone. Il sorriso sia degli Addetti di sala sia del titolare alla cassa quando ho espresso il nostro apprezzamento, valgono da soli una stella in più. Consigliato.

19/06/2025: Lo staff è gentile, questo va riconosciuto, ma per il resto un vero imbroglio. L’antipasto che porta il nome del locale, “Manicaretto”, costa ben 30 euro e in realtà sono solo un paio di bruscette a testa. Prezzo esagerato per una porzione ridicola, una presa in giro bella e buona. Molto deluso, non ci tornerò.

22/09/2025: Sunday lunch. The wait was excruciating; it's quicker to get an MRI scan without a reservation at a hospital than it is to wait between courses at this restaurant. The portions were meager; in the past, those portions were for children under twelve, but today they're for adults. The waiter was a waiter in name only, but his arrogance and rudeness were second to none. The food quantity/price ratio was decidedly discordant. The food quality was "Good" (at least that was gratifying).

27/07/2025: The house antipasto was excellent and plentiful, the pizza was very good, a generous size, thin and crispy, and excellent in flavor. The pappardelle with wild boar ragù was VERY good, and the service was courteous and prompt. In the summer heat, the sparkling wine on tap was definitely a welcome treat. See you soon!!!

09/06/2025: As for the experience at this place, it's definitely not one to repeat. We're only talking about the pizza we ate at this restaurant; obviously, I can't comment on anything else. The product is small, giving the immediate impression of being little more than a cheap focaccia, but for the same price as a full-sized pizza. The crust is too crusty, making it seem far removed from what one would expect from a traditional pizza. The staff is friendly.

17/10/2025: The owners are very kind and patient with the customers, and the waitress is also very sweet, cheerful and polite even if she is often treated badly.

17/06/2025: I asked for just one glass of sparkling water, the bartender kept saying "still" (I asked for sparkling water but he gave me still water)

07/11/2025: Fantastic experience, delicious food, very kind and friendly waiters, especially the guy with the purple hat, his name should be Gianluca, I recommend everyone to try this restaurant.

21/08/2025: I had the best Pizza so far in Italy and i live here since 5 years. We got a vegan pizza. Before i turned vegan i would have never thought it could be possible to eat pizza without cheese. Italy makes Pizzas and especially this restaurant - tastes so delicious that you don’t miss the cheese. The stuff is extremely friendly the atmosphere very cosy the view beautiful and the best of it all, the adopted cats. A restaurant not only with delicious food but also a big heart. They adopted 20 cats. If you are a cat lover and want to support this family business and have good food in a wonderful location only 15 min from the sea 20 from lake Bracciano in the hills of Sasso, come with cat food or adopt a cat ( not sure if they are free for adoption but they definitely need financial help cause cats eat allot! )

26/08/2025: This restaurant has been closed for a long time. Despite this, they regularly take reservations for this restaurant. Then, an hour before your scheduled lunch/dinner, you're told to go to another restaurant (Officina del Gusto), which isn't at Piazza Giuseppe Mazzini 11 but at Via Trento 7, and which is completely different from the photos and location shown in this description. I find this behavior truly unfair and deceptive towards customers, and I don't understand how booking sites still accept it.

06/08/2025: Very disappointing, Location has changed so it’s no longer near the castle. The food was medium! The carbonara was unbeatable, they burnt the bacon so bad that it gave the whole dish a bitter burnt fat taste. The Cacio e Pepe was swimming in Parmesan cream with almost no Pepe and very “commercial”. The lam was fatty and salty with some nice bites The courgette flowers tasted like mozzarella sticks with ( a lot of) anchovies Some good things, The eggplant Parmesan was nice, good sauce and full of eggplant taste! The dough for the fried pizza special was delicious. There’s some nice potential there and the owner and staff were trying very hard to accommodate but the kitchen is just not good enough Sorry guys , Very disappointing We didn’t finish three of the dishes and left with no desert
