07/09/2025: I wouldn't recommend it twice out of two. We felt sick. The pizza was bad. The suppli were awful. The service was awful. The place was incredibly noisy. Everyone was screaming, it felt like being in the stands at a stadium. The prices were normal, but too high for what you get. The staff was forgetful, they forgot some of your orders, they were rude, and the atmosphere was awful. There are better places in Bracciano. Don't go there.

25/08/2025: The food itself was edible, although for the prices they charge, there are better deals at better places in the area. The main problem was the service, especially not the waiters but rather a medium-sized, hairless man working the register. While my friends and I were eating, he kept yelling at the restaurant staff, disrupting our evening. Do yourself a favor and don't come.

20/07/2025: Terrible experience, my children are the son of a very dear friend of mine. They were there for a week from July to December. When we went to pick them up, we were literally attacked by the manager named MARGHERITA who complained about our children's lively form. She was very aggressive and very rude. She gave us a session as if she were a doctor, which she is not. There was also a guy named Alessandro, a RUDE MAN!!! Like few others, bare-chested, who insulted us and chased us away for no reason and all this in front of our children. From our children's story, this guy swore and belched continuously. He said very stupid nonsense jokes. He smashed a water bottle in his head. The child started crying and kicked the boys in the woods even if they were not strong. What does that guy have in his head? I think he can only work as a parking attendant because this guy has no qualifications to be with children. But the Carabinieri will see this, be careful where you take your children. The complaint is on its way anyway.

24/11/2025: I've been coming to this pasta shop for years. The food is delicious and high-quality. I highly recommend the lemon or truffle ravioli: a real treat for the palate. If the food is top-notch, the staff is equally as friendly and attentive. They also offer options for those with lactose intolerance. P.S.: I (almost) forgot about the excellent chestnut gnocchi. A seasonal product, definitely recommended.

07/10/2025: The quality of the Neapolitan shortcrust pastry is undeniable. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the table service is friendly and attentive. The only downside is the excessively high prices: coffee, hot chocolate with cream, and three shortcrust pastry rolls cost €16.

22/09/2025: Sunday lunch. The wait was excruciating; it's quicker to get an MRI scan without a reservation at a hospital than it is to wait between courses at this restaurant. The portions were meager; in the past, those portions were for children under twelve, but today they're for adults. The waiter was a waiter in name only, but his arrogance and rudeness were second to none. The food quantity/price ratio was decidedly discordant. The food quality was "Good" (at least that was gratifying).

06/01/2026: This restaurant overlooks Lake Bracciano in a small village between Bracciano and Trevignano. I visited three years ago and had a wonderful meal.

21/08/2025: I had the best Pizza so far in Italy and i live here since 5 years. We got a vegan pizza. Before i turned vegan i would have never thought it could be possible to eat pizza without cheese. Italy makes Pizzas and especially this restaurant - tastes so delicious that you don’t miss the cheese. The stuff is extremely friendly the atmosphere very cosy the view beautiful and the best of it all, the adopted cats. A restaurant not only with delicious food but also a big heart. They adopted 20 cats. If you are a cat lover and want to support this family business and have good food in a wonderful location only 15 min from the sea 20 from lake Bracciano in the hills of Sasso, come with cat food or adopt a cat ( not sure if they are free for adoption but they definitely need financial help cause cats eat allot! )

26/08/2025: This restaurant has been closed for a long time. Despite this, they regularly take reservations for this restaurant. Then, an hour before your scheduled lunch/dinner, you're told to go to another restaurant (Officina del Gusto), which isn't at Piazza Giuseppe Mazzini 11 but at Via Trento 7, and which is completely different from the photos and location shown in this description. I find this behavior truly unfair and deceptive towards customers, and I don't understand how booking sites still accept it.

28/12/2025: Friendly staff, clean restrooms, and a clearly arranged menu on display, but table service was fast, albeit imprecise (we had to ask for napkins, a glass, and a tray). Convenient parking. It's a shame they don't make grilled chicken anymore... only fried.

29/11/2025: Congratulations guys, clean environment, fast staff. The only criticism is that the sandwiches are getting smaller and smaller, but the prices are always higher.
