04/08/2024: Small restaurant that was born as an offshoot of the fish shop next door. Very fresh fish, excellent raw fish, but also the classics such as mussels or octopus and potatoes. Delicious spaghetti with clams, I put double the quantity of clams compared to many restaurants. The selection of wines is also excellent. Precise, present and courteous service. I recommend booking well in advance given the few places available.

crudi e cotti a valanga è una cosa fantastica. Lasciatevi consigliare e coccolare nelle scelte del menu di mar e dei vini. Non vi portano ad annegare nel conto. ONESTISSIMO il prezzo. Raramente si mangia così bene.
21/08/2024: Siamo stati più volte in questo ristorante, sempre trovati bene, tranne oggi che c’entra il fratello del proprietario, una persona molto sbarbata e maleducata. In cassa, sul poss aveva digitato una cifra più alta (rispetto al conto stabilito) quando gli è stato fatto presente l’errore si è innervosito, rispondendo arrogantemente prendendo che, dato l’errore avremmo dovuto lasciare quei soldi in più di mancia.
Di certo non torneremo.

15/07/2024: Kindness and education, always available for the customer, affability, courtesy and last but not least "exquisiteness"... this is what the Opificio is.
Carlo alias "Carletto" for Delfino Basket Anzio, is as described above.
Each course has the personal touch of the Chef, the creator of everything, him.
His staff embodies his mood.
It is pleasant and relaxing to spend a quiet evening here, alone or in company.
Highly recommended.

A selection of decidedly exceptional meats offered in an impeccable manner as well as sliced on lava stone and also in carpaccio and tartare.
Excellent porcini mushrooms are always available, and despite this specialization, excellent first courses.
15/08/2024: Per noi l’estate è tappa fissa. Ottima qualità della carne. Posto accogliete e personale molto gentile e cortese.
Abbiamo presto un tagliere misto e due tagli di carne consigliati dal titolare. Come contorno funghi porcini alla brace.

21/08/2024: I ate very well. Welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, perfect both for an evening with friends and for a more intimate dinner. The menu offers a nice variety of dishes. The staff are polite and helpful, always friendly and never intrusive. I will definitely come back.
