04/05/2025: A corner of Palermo delicacies in Anzio, a small shop to which a small room has been added for eating inside. Today we shared three arancini: 1 ragù and peas, 1 cheese and pepper, 1 alla Norma….. Amazing!!!!! Finished with a mouth-watering cannoli, freshly stuffed: crunchy wafer and really good ricotta filling. Compliments! Also for the sympathy 😀

16/04/2025: I only now realize that I have never reviewed Simone's place.... perhaps because you feel so comfortable there that it's as if you feel at home. Very well-kept place, amazing wine cellar and raw materials of unquestionable quality. Each dish or glass is carefully explained to you and recommended with the right wine. The passion that Simone has for wines is passed on to the diners and makes you appreciate everything even better. The staff is always courteous and prepared, always available and attentive. The lord of Porcini mushrooms is here, when they are found they are always fresh and prepared in various ways. The meats, the jewel in the crown, are brought to the table with the stone to finish cooking to your liking, combined with particular salts and oils. My daughter doesn't like to eat meat, ... when she feels like it she tells me to call Simone and he'll take care of it.... and here she can even eat tartare.. The delicious desserts. Prices, for the quality offered and the service, excellent. I highly recommend the prive', for a special evening.

The cut I ordered was truly excellent, cooked to perfection and served with a delicious side dish. But what made the evening even more pleasant was the staff: kind, helpful and attentive to customers' needs. And to top it off, the prices were really great, considering the quality of the food and service. I highly recommend this restaurant. I will definitely be back!"

Abbiamo mangiato un rombo in crosta di patate fantastico con la lisca del pesce fritto affianco davvero goduriosa. Servizio impeccabile cordiale veloce e capace di esaudire ogni nostra richiesta. Una nota di dovere va spesa per la cantina del vino davvero do ottima qualità. Torneremo

13/05/2025: Arrogant staff, terrible service. We ordered 2 pizzas and an Aperol Spritz. The waiter was smug and dismissive from the start. After 40 minutes—while other tables who came later were already eating—I asked about our food. He barely looked up from his phone and just said, “Coming.” Turns out they never even put in our order. They apologized, but it felt fake given the attitude earlier. Took another 20 minutes to get our food. Totally unprofessional. So at this point I'm not even sure if the pizza was good because after an hour of waiting, I was just happy to finally eat

30/04/2025: An evening to forget, food not requested, pizza burnt on the sides and raw in the centre, bottled beer we asked for cold and they brought it to room temperature, pitiful supplì and croquettes without mozzarella, acidic sauce, and they tasted of nothing, supplì cacio e pepe, there was no cheese or pepe, the rude owner, when we told him, slammed the dishes on the counter, what's more, to finish on a high note he made us pay 8 euros for the starters..... nothing so to speak and expired food, a truly horrendous evening.
