08/03/2025: This morning I went to have breakfast at this bar, going to the cash register I asked for a croissant and a herbal tea to consume at the counter. The cashier asks me to sit at the table so she can choose herbal tea from the menu, I agree and go and sit down. I order a croissant and a herbal tea. I received a croissant, a herbal tea and some biscuits not requested (and as such, not consumed). I go to the cash register to pay and the cashier gives me the delivery of the products ordered: croissant, herbal tea and biscuits. I point out that the biscuits were not ordered and the kind and professional cashier replies that I should have specified that I would not have wanted them since the menu specified the possibility of ordering half a portion or a whole portion of biscuits. Although I argued by pointing out that they are not responsible for their choice If it were up to me, they made me pay for the herbal tea with biscuits. Trivially obvious is that I will never set foot in this bar again, but equally obvious is that you need to take a crash course on: - autonomous thinking (understanding that if a customer doesn't order a product it's because he doesn't want it) - professionalism (ask one more question instead of taking things for granted and making others pay for them) - customer loyalty (you could not have paid for the 3 biscuits and still keep a customer)

22/02/2025: Esperienza pessima. Il parcheggio è minuscolo infatti una volta entrata sono rimasta incastrata con la mia macchina per più di 20 minuti. Quando disperata entro al ristorante per farmi dare una mano e chiedere di spostare le macchine il proprietario alza la voce come un incivile e risulta essere pure scocciato nel farmi uscire dal SUO parcheggio in cui il passaggio era ormai bloccato. Risolto il problema dopo SOLO mezz’ora la cameriera, infastidita dalle mie lamentele suppongo, decide bene ti tenermi la porta aperta per sbatterla in faccia a me e alla mia amica per poi guardami male tutta la serata manco fossi al liceo. Il servizio ancora peggio. Solamente per ordinare abbiamo aspettato quasi venti minuti, altrettanto per gli antipasti; una mia amica arrivata in un secondo momento ha chiesto CINQUE VOLTE che le venisse portato un banalissimo supplì, arrivato dopo altri venti minuti. Non ci tornerò mai più anche solo per la cafonaggine del proprietario. In compenso la pizza è buona (ci mancava solo quello).

03/02/2025: This morning I had the opportunity to have breakfast at Bar Sesta with a friend. Let me start by saying that this is not a place that I regularly frequent and the main reason is not the quality of the food, the pastries or the drinks, but the service. Ever since I was a child, I have noticed, not only me, but also my friends and many other people I know, that the staff at this bar adopt a different attitude depending on the age of the customers. When it comes to serving young people, the treatment appears hasty and disrespectful, while with adults the attitude changes radically, becoming much more cordial and attentive. Today, like other times in the past, I had the opportunity to experience it firsthand. I ordered a cappuccino and a croissant, while my friend got a macaron. After paying €4.30, we asked to move to the room adjacent to the counter, as I always did when I came with my parents. This time, however, the bartender informed me that I had to pay a fee to sit, something I had never been asked to do when I was with them. Before leaving, I politely asked for a bag to take away the croissant I hadn't finished. I politely addressed a lady who has worked there for a long time, probably one of the bar managers. Without even looking at me, she handed me the bag without even saying hello. A behavior which, once again, highlights the lack of attention and respect towards younger customers. It's not a bar I will return to and neither will my family. Today I only went there because two other places were closed, but this experience confirmed my doubts. I emphasize once again that my criticism is not about the quality of the products, but about the way the staff interacts with younger customers. This is just one example, but in general those of my generation are never satisfied with the treatment they receive here. It's a shame, because the bar has great potential, both for the location and the space available. However, I believe it is essential to review the attitude towards younger customers, who deserve the same respect and attention reserved for adults.

31/01/2025: Great bar... Too bad for Mrs. "Grizzolata" at the cash register who is a little, a lot, let's say "not very cheerful", who doesn't know how to properly welcome the customers who come from Trastevere for an aperitif... To review the chips... Inedible... Prices normal...

22/02/2025: We had an appetizer from Fratte for lunch which includes mozzarella, cold cuts, tomato bruschetta and gratin vegetables, not bad. Then I tried the first of the day which consisted of fettuccine, artichoke cheek and pecorino cheese. Result: Fettuccine overcooked (in my opinion the pasta was pre-cooked or in any case overcooked), bacon not received, little salt. On service we had to request salt 3 times.
