27/06/2025: We went to this restaurant to celebrate 25 years of marriage, we had a great time, excellent fish-based food and abundant dishes, kind and attentive waiters. Very kind owner and available for all the attentions and needs, large parking lot and lots of space surrounded by greenery.
Highly recommended

13/10/2025: An exciting discovery in the heart of Albano. We stumbled upon it by chance after a day exploring the area, and I didn't expect to find a place like this. I've never seen a restaurant with such meticulous attention to detail. As soon as we entered, I breathed in a clean, welcoming atmosphere, with a delightful atmosphere of soft background music and dim lighting. The food? Something unique. As soon as we sat down, they brought us a small plate of olive oil and bread, a true mini-tasting of their oil. I can't even begin to explain how varied and unique the appetizer was, perfectly portioned for four people, a taste without over-filling. The first courses? Magnificent. I had the linguine with datterino tomato sauce and caramelized datterino tomatoes, salted ricotta, and olives. An indescribable balance of flavors. And the quality of the ingredients was fantastic. Last but not least, the super friendly staff. I initially booked with The Fork for 2 people. Shortly before the reservation time, we tried to add the other 2, but they only let us add 1. Surprisingly, the 20% discount was applied to all 4 of us. If you're looking for a romantic, quiet, and peaceful place, this is the place for you. If I could, I'd go there every night!

05/10/2025: A disappointing dinner in every way. The pasta dishes include half a kilo of pasta per portion! A ridiculous and meaningless amount, which has nothing to do with the quality. The carbonara was bland and the pasta overcooked.
The meat? Even worse!!! Rubbery strips with an unspeakable flavor. We sent them back, but they were still included on the bill.
At the cash register, after we voiced our complaints, the owner reacted surreally: he picked up a piece of raw meat, handled it with his bare hands, and passed it around, claiming it was high-quality. The same piece then ended up with the waiter, who, without gloves, acknowledged him and went back to serving the tables, touching plates and cutlery.

05/09/2025: We had dinner. For an appetizer, we ordered supplì, which were quite hard breaded and a bit bland, but so far, so good. As for the pizzas, it was truly embarrassing. We ordered provola e pepe (the first photo with the ingredients is attached). At that point, we were asked if we preferred it with a red base with basil and parmesan or a white base, and we accepted the red base option (I should point out that the waitress didn't specify that if we changed the base, they wouldn't add either type of cherry tomato). Furthermore, when we cut into the pizza, we found a HAIR in the dough in the first slice. I told a different waitress (I say this because this girl was very kind and friendly) than the one who had ordered it before, who changed our pizza. At that moment, I asked if I could ask a question about the pizza since we were there, and she told me she would ask for them to be put back in the kitchen. While we waited for about 15 minutes, one of us eating and the other not (there were two of us), the first girl who took our order came over to tell us that if they changed the base, they'd take out the cherry tomatoes, and while doing so, even with a certain annoyance, she said that if it's possible to at least add the yellow ones, with politeness to the contrary. I repeat, after about 15 minutes of one of us watching the other eat, the second pizza arrived, pitiful. I flooded the two photos, the first with Neapolitan dough, the second with Roman dough. Half the pizza was just overcooked tomato sauce, the pizza in the center was burnt as shown in the photo, another part far from the edge was burnt, the basil was burnt and had an unpleasant flavor. I had to eat what I could with a fork and knife because if I cut it, it was so soft that the little sauce that was on it fell off. Are you out of Neapolitan dough? Would it hurt you to come and say so like your grumpy waitress did about the cherry tomatoes? I'm not even going to say that the girl kept giving us dirty looks, there could be a hair in the dough and in fact we didn't make a scene or anything but the second replacement pizza was really hilarious, embarrassing.
