07/04/2026: It was my first time at this restaurant, and I was extremely satisfied. The first courses were impeccable: from the cacio e pepe to the pasta alla sabinese, to the fettuccine, everything was executed to perfection. The meat, of excellent quality, was served perfectly cooked, accompanied by excellent side dishes and delicious desserts. Special mention goes to the well-structured wine list and the use of local DOP olive oil. The service is professional, and the prices are absolutely fair considering the current economic climate.

02/04/2026: I ordered the mutton stew, but it had a strong meaty smell and was served in cold cream! The presentation was nice, but it wasn't tasty! The chicory was also very bitter... I know it's normally bitter, but this was the most bitter I've ever eaten!!! It was a test, but I won't be returning to this restaurant again!!!

15/12/2025: Yesterday we celebrated our daughter's baptism. Antonio, the owner, was impeccable. The food was delicious, the portions generous, and the family atmosphere made us feel at home. He surprised us all with special decorations for the baptism, a hot air balloon complete with a little doll where he had set up the cake table, and party favors. The staff was so kind, friendly, and pleasant. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

04/10/2025: One of the most wonderful experiences I've had at a pizzeria. Francesco, the owner, is not only a wonderful person, but also manages the staff exceptionally well. The quality of the pizzas, both the round ones and the ones by the slice, is top-notch. We had the queen of pizzas, the Margherita, and the "Salmone Etoile." Both pizzas were spectacular; the Margherita, in its simplicity, was the best, but the real revelation was the salmon one, truly spectacular. Excellent! We'll definitely be back soon.

13/09/2025: The pizza is good... the service a little less so... every time I order they never do what we ask for... and today we ate the pizza with the menu

04/10/2025: Best pizza ever👌😋 The crust is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Simply perfect!

24/09/2025: We had dinner here twice because we didn't always have four courses at our accommodation and just wanted a good pizza. The pizza is excellent, and the second time, the chef recommended and served us a typical dessert (seadas). Great! I can't understand why it's always so quiet here; we've had worse food for a lot of money at Posada. Perhaps it's the ambiance, which seems a bit neglected. The owner is very casually dressed, but does that bother you when the food is delicious? I highly recommend this place!

05/04/2026: Last time I was very disappointed. I ordered supplì cp and they came with ragù (I'm vegetarian). Another diner ordered a hamburger that arrived raw inside. And to top it all off, on the receipt I found the item "cake cutting €6" because there were 6 of us. I wonder if there were 40 or 50 of us, would I have had to pay 40 or 50 euros more for a cake cutting? What disappointed me the most, however, was the fact that I didn't even receive an apology for the wrong supplì (if I was allergic to something I was DEAD).

04/04/2026: Excellent, the fried gnocchi were amazing. We had the fettuccine alla boscaiola and they were delicious, and what can I say about the pizza... Bbq, bbq, bbq! Even the crust was good, the crust was delicious and the toppings were excellent. The staff were very kind and friendly, and you wait just the right amount of time. We'll definitely be back, highly recommended for lovers of good food.

19/04/2026: My wife and I came here for lunch last week and unfortunately I cannot say it was a good experience. The food was good, not stellar, not bad by any means. The portions are generous, sure the prices are a little on the higher side but you’re also paying for location so it’s to be expected. We were not shocked by the prices. We WERE however shocked when we were given different service from other tables around us. The only things I can think of are that either we are a gay couple or the manager decided we were not of high enough class to eat there. I’m leaning towards the latter as assuming the former is hopefully way off base. The change in behavior was when my wife tried to order steak and the manager stopped her to make sure she knew there was a minimum weight of 300g (10oz) to order it. She immediately changed her mind as that is a large amount of meat especially for lunch and we weren’t going to walk around Anacapri with leftovers. After she changed her mind and we ordered, the service STOPPED. Every other table was served the customary bread with olive oil and balsamic (this is not mentioned because we wanted to gorge ourselves on bread, it is a point of how we were treated differently from 2 other tables seated at or around the same time) and we were not. Every other customer was offered coffee and/or dessert, again customary especially in a higher end restaurant and we weren’t ignored after our meals were served. My wife made eye contact with the manager at one point and tried to gain his attention, to which he averted his eyes and walked past us. Even though many restaurants in Italy have you pay at the register, two tables that finished before us were brought their checks after they were offered coffee/dessert. We were left to sit awkwardly until we realized they would not be returning to our table to offer any additional service or the check. We may not have “looked like we belonged” but we were not day-trippers to the island, we had been staying in a 4-star hotel in Capri for 2 days and had another day left of our stay. This was not the way Anacapri treated guests 20 years ago, nor was it the way anyone else during our stay on the island treated us. We could afford to be there and should have been treated better.

18/04/2026: This place is great! The people here are incredibly friendly, and the ambiance is amazing. I would definitely go back in a heartbeat!

06/04/2026: Easter lunch. Very good food, fresh homemade pasta, very tasty lamb. Excellent service, friendly and welcoming people. A lovely trattoria. The village is beautiful.

23/03/2026: After visiting the beautiful historic village of Farfa, we decided to stop here for lunch. We started by ordering drinks: two bottles of water, one still and one sparkling, a couple of liters of house white wine, and finally a bottle of Coke. For food, we ordered one fettuccine with meat sauce, one fettuccine with mushrooms, and two mushroom risottos. The fettuccine, in my opinion, weren't bad, but the format didn't convince me; they were very narrow. The mushroom risottos weren't very convincing because they hadn't been creamed very well, and therefore seemed disconnected from the mushrooms. To follow, we also ordered a plate of gnocchi with sheep's milk sauce, and this was definitely everyone's favorite first course. Finally, we had four coffees. The young man who served us was kind and professional. The total cost was €100, which honestly seemed a bit high for what we ate.
