31/07/2025: We had a great meal here. Anchovies, spaghetti with clams and especially fried fish of the day were excellent. Service was fast and friendly.

20/07/2025: The place is falling apart, with rotten floorboards outside that break as you walk, risking you falling or injuring yourself. The glasses and plates are dirty. The food is mostly tasteless, low-quality, and the portions are small for the price. We won't be returning and we don't recommend it.

27/06/2025: Esoso. Piatti che "di mestiere" usano tipologie di pesce a basso costo (polpo e alici soprattutto), ma con prezzi alti rispetto alla media (23€ uno spaghetto alle vongole, 18€ tre gamberoni). Non c'è fusion, ma si vola basso tranne che sul conto.
L'unica nota stonata dell'intera settimana al Circeo.

30/05/2025: I went to eat yesterday with a friend of mine and we had the seafood appetizer and she had a seafood risotto and I had spaghetti with clams. I fear that this last dish had some clams that had gone bad and I was sick all night.
I recommend paying attention to the conservation of fish/molluscs because they easily go bad.
The bill is a bit high.

23/07/2025: Sembra di cenare fuori dal mondo, nel pieno centro storico di San Felice Circeo (ma al tempo stesso in un punto riservato). Che dire, cibo squisito, dall’antipasto al dolce. Il tutto accompagnato dalla simpatia del proprietario e dalla gentilezza del suo team.
Consigliatissimo!!
17/07/2025: La qualità del cibo eccellente e il rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo ! Cercavamo un ristorante tipico e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, l’atmosfera era accogliente , il personale molto gentile e attento a ogni minimo dettaglio

06/08/2025: We went to the Poseidonia cooperative for lunch on Sunday and had a great experience. All the dishes we chose were delicious, with a special mention for the raw seafood and fish: incredibly fresh and perfectly cooked. The wine list is also very well-curated, with some interesting and well-chosen options. Special thanks to the waiter, who was exceptionally kind and helpful, who recommended an excellent wine, perfect to pair with our lunch. We'll definitely be back to try the seafood pizzas, which we're very curious about!
06/08/2025: My wife and I split the dishes. A first course of spaghetti with clams, a delicious mussel soup, octopus with chickpea cream and balsamic vinegar glaze, two oysters, two glasses of wine, and a bottle of water, for a total of €65. Reservations recommended.

30/07/2025: Trappola per turisti. Antipasto sbilanciato e freddo di frigo. Risotto alla crema di scampi un riso al pomodoro non cremoso.

Siamo stati in famiglia e la cena nn è stata soddisfacente,sia per la qualità che la quantità e il prezzo.

18/05/2025: A reference point for breakfast in San Felice Circeo. It's a shame that the assortment of pastries and brioches is very limited, despite being part of the nearby bakery with the same name.

16/07/2025: The food is quite good, but the prices are more like a restaurant (and not even cheap) than a diner. Overall, however, we weren't disappointed, thanks also to the very nice location.

L'approdo di augusto

20/07/2025: La posizione del locale è molto bella, si mangia in giardino di fronte al mare. Purtroppo il lato positivo è solo questo. Cibo di media qualità, piatti del giorno segnalati a voce con sorpresa del prezzo al momento di pagare il conto. Servizio poco attento, ordinati polipetti al sugo e portati pezzi di polipo gigante con pane bruscato talmente duro da non potersi mangiare.
Va aggiunto che tra i tavoli si aggira un gatto gigante che tenta di avventarsi sui piatti di pesce incursnte dei richiami dei camerieri, e che api e mosche la fanno da padrone costringendo i commensali a una lotta continua.
Un vero peccato. Cena rovinata ed esperienza da non ripetere.

Ristorante con tavoli in giardino sotto Torre Paola; location unica. Pesce buonissimo, ma anche la pizza merita!

29/06/2025: The owner who says he is just an employee, (so as not to make a bad impression..) a person who is rude and arrogant to say the least.
In fact, it is clear, the few customers.
He rents the sunbeds and umbrellas only to high-class people, so I advise you to bring your ISEE, if you really want to ruin your mood, because you know, you will not be treated well!
We will see if with some checks, the owner, manages to change his attitude.
HAVE A LAUGH THAT AT LEAST IS FREE ;)

07/07/2025: An embarrassing service to say the least, one of those places where they treat you like a second-class customer if you don't have a certain look or accent. As soon as we sat down and ordered an aperitif (to start the evening) we were immediately asked "Are you planning on having dinner? Because we occupy the tables ONLY for those who eat". As if to say "if you want to spend you are welcome, otherwise goodbye". Faced with such treatment, even though we were planning on having dinner, we preferred to leave.
DISCLAIMER: outside the place the blackboard sign advertised the aperitif, without specifying time limits or a limited number of seats dedicated to it. If a place has no intention of offering the service it advertises, you are asked to remove the advertising also considered incorrect.
