We dined at Mariolino with fairly high expectations, but the experience was mixed. We ordered fried seafood, which unfortunately we left almost entirely on our plate, as well as the mussels (we were told they came from Lake Sabaudia), which we found to be flavorless. The linguine with lobster, however, was decidedly better: well-prepared and tasty. The service also left us perplexed: the staff was apparently friendly, but during the dinner they seemed inattentive and almost annoyed. Overall, an experience with more shadows than lights. The linguine deserves a positive rating, but the other dishes and the service didn't convince us. Three stars.

My partner and I had dinner at this restaurant. We shared lobster with linguine. The preparation, presentation, and cooking were perfect. We thought we'd be able to have a grilled dish as well, but we didn't manage it. My partner, despite enjoying her dish to the fullest, couldn't finish it, and I wanted to help her finish it, but unfortunately, I had to give it up because I was full. We've booked for seconds tomorrow. Thanks to the owners. RECOMMENDED.

Highly recommended restaurant! The staff were incredibly kind; even though we hadn't booked and the restaurant was full, they found us a table. The food was fantastic, the fried food was really light and tasted like fish, not fried like so many others... I really appreciate it!

I was here with a couple of friends. Excellent wine list, excellent seafood, and a very friendly staff, combined with a deep love for the sea and fish. Try the monkfish Catalana. An excellent dish.

A wonderful day with my wife in San Felice Circeo. Lunch at Mariolino was delightful. The dishes were carefully prepared and the quality was excellent. Highly recommended.

23/05/2026: Definitely a top-notch restaurant for those seeking excellent, fresh seafood. The atmosphere is elegant and welcoming. Service is fast and impeccable. The chef is superb. The wine cellar is well-stocked. The bill is reasonable for the restaurant's caliber, but you can't go wrong with it.
15/05/2026: As usual, the experience was exceptional. I always come back and am always amazed by the quality of the dishes, which are meticulously prepared down to the last detail, and the consistently professional and friendly service.

I have to say, everything was 5-star, from the quality of the food (essential) to the service and your kindness, even in calling me back when I tried to call at lunchtime but you were closed. Well done! The dishes were beautifully plated, the portions were just right, the bread was excellent, and the homemade pasta was amazing. Kudos also for the "vodapiatto" (a typical dish-to-table presentation) here in Gaeta, but most restaurants aren't up to par, whereas yours was excellent. I'll be back soon to try other dishes.
