13/03/2025: Definitely overrated restaurant, prices not in line with the quality. I ordered a very salty first result, the manager realizes that the entire dish was still there, asking me for explanations, apologizing. When I went to pay, however, he didn't have the delicacy to "scale" the inedible dish. Bad and mediocre. We will talk about it around, so as to avoid friends being treated with superficiality and disrespect. I recommend a bath of humility

27/04/2025: We went for lunch today with the Cemento tasting menu.
I don't have much to say other than compliments to all the staff at the Essenza restaurant.
It was a fantastic experience: the refined but relaxed environment, the impeccable, professional but also courteous and smiling room service, excellent wine recommendations!
The dishes were wonderful for both the eye and the palate, and I must say that by the time we got to dessert we were beyond full.
Heartfelt thanks to Chef Simone and all the staff
24/04/2025: I ate very well and the prices are in line with the very high level of the dishes. If for once you don't want to spare any expense I highly recommend it.

05/05/2025: Excellent experience at the Capo Cavallo farmhouse: welcoming environment, friendly staff and tasty cuisine. Excellent starter (beans and porchetta super), well-prepared dishes and the possibility of dining with a match in the background without losing the atmosphere. The only note: the fettuccine with mushrooms was made of dried pasta rather than fresh, as one would expect in a place like this, a detail that detracted a little from the value of the dish. Who knows maybe next time....But overall, well done. We'll be back.

25/12/2024: We went today December 25th for Christmas lunch... I'll start by saying we have always been against lunches out during the holidays but this year for various reasons we looked for something nearby.... well what can I say we ate at the restaurant feeling at home... .. small comfortable environment, HOT and not due to the temperatures, good tasty food, pleasant and plentiful, attentive and attentive service.... what can I say, highly recommended, we will certainly return for other occasions and it will be in our preferences for future family events. CONGRATULATIONS 5 STARS they are few

Comfortable and bright bathroom..
Presa una bistecca di costata, prodotto fuori menù che viene venduto al kg.
Si trattava di Vitellone, taglio ottimo con pochissimo osso e carne frollata adeguatamente.
Cottura ottima, pochissimo sale.pefcIe la carne già era molto saporita di suo.
Contorno di cicoria ripassata e un calice di Primitivo.
The meat was very good, but with a high price (€60/kg), this must be taken into account if you want to order something by weight off the menu because the price goes up quickly.
Good chicory, but not special, discreet availability of wines on the display wall as soon as you enter.

Oggi ho avuto il piacere di pranzare in questo ristorantino dopo tanto che non andavamo : piatti ottimi come sempre ,personale gentile e location meravigliosa.
Non era la prima volta che ci andavo ma.oggi ci hanno sorpreso sotto ogni punto di vista ...Sandro ( il titolare ) è di una gentilezza disarmante, ti fa sentire a casa sempre ...
