13/04/2026: We ate very well but the menu had prices and in the final bill of the others...we were brought vegetables in the appetizer that we didn't request (we thought they were included in the appetizer because the menu didn't specify anything) and we were charged separately...I'm sorry but we won't be back...it would have been enough to specify that the prices weren't right

17/03/2026: A truly lovely place where you can eat very well at a fair price. All the products are high-quality and you can taste it, the welcome is friendly and the staff is very knowledgeable. My wife and I felt welcomed and pampered from the moment we walked in, and we really couldn't ask for more. We'll definitely be back soon.

12/04/2026: A very elegant venue, welcoming and impeccable service, refined and tasty dishes, and a wonderful idea to organize the menu so it tells a story from start to finish. My girlfriend and I have been to several Michelin-starred restaurants that don't reach this level. So the question arises... This quality deserves the recognition it deserves. We'll be back soon.
06/04/2026: We ate here with very little time to spare, and even though we'd opted for a tasting menu, the service was truly impeccable: incredibly fast, organized, and incredibly attentive to our needs. They managed to let us enjoy every course without making us feel rushed. Everything was truly delicious, from the first course to the last. We'll definitely be back, perhaps more slowly next time!

15/03/2026: I went to Shebaa on a Friday night for dinner, and in addition to the very friendly and helpful staff, everything was truly delicious. I had a deconstructed kebab and my companion a smash burger: the chicken was incredibly tender, to my great surprise. The smash burger was expertly executed, with the meat perfectly cooked and a homemade bun that held everything together perfectly. Crispy bacon, homemade sauce, and pickles—in short, a rare quality and attention to detail!! Congratulations.

23/12/2025: The place is really cute, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. This is our second visit, and I hope to return soon!
We'll update the review after our third visit. I can only confirm the owner's warm welcome and the deliciousness of the dishes. This time, we took his advice and enjoyed the "plate of kings" (I can't spell the original name). I can't recommend it enough.

I've always ordered from them for my son's birthday parties and they've never disappointed me...
Alessia recommends them and I must say I've never been disappointed... It's a bakery that, as far as I can remember, has always been
in Aprilia. It used to be called Maggi. I remember the thick, soft white pizza from when I was
a child... It's a guarantee. I recommend going; you won't be disappointed.
10/02/2026: Highly recommended! Alessia helped me organize a lunch for 50 guests and it was fantastic! They took care of every aspect of the meal, including transportation in thermal containers. Everything was perfect, even the cake was beautiful and delicious! Excellent value for money!

The plating is impeccable and the food quality is excellent.

It's not done... it's not done.
I'm lowering the rating to 3 stars, confident in an improvement.
