23/08/2025: We went to PACCHERO SOLITARIO for the first time, intrigued by the Leopardi-esque name, which sounded like a classical high school specialty. Chef Claudio, in fact, studied classical studies. It's one of the best Italian and European seafood restaurants I've ever tried. Exceptional.

The tart was spectacular, the pizzas were super soft and made with a non-acidic dough, and the croissants were filled with fresh mixed fillings. My colleagues complimented me on it. I'll definitely be back!

Kudos to the meat processing team; we tried several dishes and the meat was always perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful! The revisited gyoza are fantastic, and last but not least, the desserts are truly remarkable; the crispy shortcrust pastry is a sight to behold. Small and cozy place, friendly staff, and a delicious menu. Highly recommended; I can't wait to return!

28/09/2025: I went to Pizzeria Oasi in Aprilia. It's located a bit in the countryside, far from the center of Aprilia. The place is surrounded by greenery and has a peaceful atmosphere. The Roman-style pizza was delicious, cooked to perfection. The service was truly kind and friendly. We were with someone with celiac disease, and the staff went out of their way to ensure she could eat without any issues, offering gluten-free options and taking care of the preparation to avoid cross-contamination. We started with fried food and finished with dessert. A perfect place for a quiet meal.

04/09/2025: The atmosphere is very intimate and private, the owner is truly kind and attentive to his customers, and above all, the pizza is delicious, from the dough to the toppings... Plus, the bill was fair. My daughter and I were more than satisfied.
