17/02/2026: We found this trattoria thanks to a recommendation from Anna, an employee at Bar Mon Amour in Aprilia. We found it to be a very welcoming, quiet place, with kind, helpful, and smiling staff. The dishes we chose were sublime: fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, fettuccine with artichoke cream, and pasta with provola and potatoes. What can I say about the grilled chicken breast accompanied by boiled potatoes...delicious! To finish, the black truffle ice cream...my mouth is still watering!! And the price??? Go and tell me. Every time I go to Aprilia, I'll have no doubts: I'll have lunch at Uncle Armando's ❤️

The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the bill was slightly higher and the dishes took so long to arrive... excellent wine selection.
17/03/2026: A truly lovely place where you can eat very well at a fair price. All the products are high-quality and you can taste it, the welcome is friendly and the staff is very knowledgeable. My wife and I felt welcomed and pampered from the moment we walked in, and we really couldn't ask for more. We'll definitely be back soon.

Sunday lunches feature a fixed menu of around ten seafood & meat bites for just €25, including water and a glass of wine, while weekdays have a la carte options and a seasonal tasting menu. Look no further for top-notch quality, experience, service - and a superb indoor setting.

We took the Peter Pan themed tasting menu, a fantastic journey presented in a creative and engaging way, excellent quality and balanced dishes, imaginative, and rich in well-balanced flavors... 15/03/2026: I went to Shebaa on a Friday night for dinner, and in addition to the very friendly and helpful staff, everything was truly delicious. I had a deconstructed kebab and my companion a smash burger: the chicken was incredibly tender, to my great surprise. The smash burger was expertly executed, with the meat perfectly cooked and a homemade bun that held everything together perfectly. Crispy bacon, homemade sauce, and pickles—in short, a rare quality and attention to detail!! Congratulations.

23/12/2025: The place is really cute, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. This is our second visit, and I hope to return soon!
We'll update the review after our third visit. I can only confirm the owner's warm welcome and the deliciousness of the dishes. This time, we took his advice and enjoyed the "plate of kings" (I can't spell the original name). I can't recommend it enough.

10/02/2026: Highly recommended! Alessia helped me organize a lunch for 50 guests and it was fantastic! They took care of every aspect of the meal, including transportation in thermal containers. Everything was perfect, even the cake was beautiful and delicious! Excellent value for money!
