He recommended a dish that absolutely won me over: the saffron tagliolini with shrimp tartare and lime. A true feast for my taste buds! I'll definitely be back to try the other items on the menu.

30/10/2025: For years now, whenever I've been craving pinza, I've always come here! The quality of their workmanship is exceptional; the dough is truly tasty and highly digestible, as are the ingredients they use for the toppings, which are so fresh and high-quality that you can taste them with every bite! In addition to the classic flavors, each season the pinza shop offers a variety of more elaborate and seasonal pinzas that I always find very tasty and fun to discover! My sincere compliments to the young couple for all their hard work!

21/09/2025: First experience for a 50th wedding anniversary. The lady at the desk who welcomed us was kind and friendly. As for the location, it was a truly dream place, with attention to every detail. Finally, the menu features authentic and absolutely delicious ingredients. ❤️ Highly recommended!

20/10/2025: First experience as an alternative to the usual pizzeria. Well organized, tidy, clean, precise, and punctual with reservations, a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Attentive and friendly staff, prompt service. We only tried a few items, so I'll limit myself to my limited experience. Homemade supplì of excellent quality, pucce with various fillings, with well-chosen assortments. I really enjoyed the pinsa dough, excellent, topped with a perfectly cooked size 3. So far, everything is OK.

23/08/2025: We went to PACCHERO SOLITARIO for the first time, intrigued by the Leopardi-esque name, which sounded like a classical high school specialty. Chef Claudio, in fact, studied classical studies. It's one of the best Italian and European seafood restaurants I've ever tried. Exceptional.

21/09/2025: I could sum up the experience in one word: "top." We tried the more substantial tasting menu, and it was worth it. The ambiance is truly original, it exudes a sense of peace, the service is elegant, and the cutlery is changed after each course. Last but not least, the food... truly original choices, the duck trio dedicated to Goethe and the Mater Matuta appetizer were fantastic. And, as usual, the final question: would I go back? Absolutely, especially since it's not close to home.

25/10/2025: Terrible and disappointing experience I don't know if it's the owner, but when I ordered two Aperol Spritzes, I was told, "If I want to drink them, I have something else." And it's shocking to pay 3 euros for two bagged chips. Rude and unhelpful staff.

22/10/2025: For us, it's the best gelato in Aprilia. It's also one of the very few bars that purges the coffee machine, including the filter holder. Well done!

09/11/2025: It's a real shame, a place that could be very interesting, but it's managed with complete disregard for all the rules. They don't have a menu, only verbally, and besides being illegal, it's also very intimidating. When it came to the bill, they only told me the amount, no receipt, not even a scrap of paper. As soon as we arrived, a takeout customer was in the dining room with obvious problems, shouting, singing, and being very disruptive, and the staff, instead of calling him out, started supporting him. The only thing that stands out is the young woman, very polite and smiling.

25/11/2025: Memorable Dining Experience: It Was Worth the Trip! We were absolutely blown away by our dinner at this restaurant! I'm not exaggerating when I say it was one of the best dining experiences we've had recently. From the start, we were won over by their focaccia: incredibly light and digestible, a true pleasure that opened the meal flawlessly. The main dishes we tried were simply spectacular. The tuna steak was incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked, and melted in the mouth. A true delight. But if there was one dish that left us speechless, it was the koniak shrimp: an exceptional balance of flavors and masterful preparation. The journey to the restaurant was more than worth it for the superb quality of the food. Rarely does one eat so well! Special praise goes to the service: the staff was very friendly, and the food arrived quickly, which we greatly appreciated. The only flaw? We didn't have time to try the pizza, but judging by the ones being passed around the tables nearby, it looked excellent and perfectly cooked. We'll definitely be back, and very soon, to make up for that and also try their pizza options. Highly recommended!

11/11/2025: I organized my daughter's birthday party, and thanks to some recommendations, we turned to Antico Forno. The staff was extremely kind and available to answer all our questions. They prepared a rich, high-quality buffet for us. The cake was also delicious... There was nothing left over, and all the guests complimented us on it... So, I'd say we'll contact them again and recommend them to everyone. Congratulations!

01/08/2025: One of the best bars in the area, not crowded with shady people, a peaceful atmosphere, always smiling staff, they also do TOP aperitifs on Fridays, parking in front of the bar, and tables both inside and outside. 🥂
