12/10/2025: My husband and I were here on a Friday evening with a couple of friends.
The atmosphere was very elegant and refined, perfect for a romantic dinner.
We had four appetizers, all beautiful and delicious, and then we all had the red partridge. I knew it was good because I'd eaten it here before, and it was indeed exceptional!
We also enjoyed the desserts (sublime) and the wines!
The sommelier was very helpful and gave excellent recommendations.
We'll definitely be back!

...Camilla was one of a kind...she was attentive to her customers, kind, and passionate...I'll be a regular customer for life from now on.

03/10/2025: The meal was good; honestly, given the many recommendations, I probably should have sat down a bit more. The food was good, the portions were those of a high-end restaurant, and the dishes were a bit sophisticated. It didn't leave me speechless; considering other restaurants of the same level and price, I'd rather go elsewhere. Five stars for the service only for the young man who served us, who was incredibly kind, the kind that was genuine and not fake, the kind of someone who works not only with passion but with love.

11/10/2025: Beautiful dining experience. We went to their special pumpkin dinner last night. The food was amazing. The waiter was super attentive, kind and friendly. It got loud but that's because the place was very popular last night. I really enjoyed it. There is also a parking lot.
05/10/2025: A truly pleasant restaurant offering excellent, quality food! It's located in a quiet spot, perfect for a relaxing evening with a group or a couple. The staff is very helpful, cheerful, and kind, and the owners are very professional, knowledgeable, and equally accommodating. I think it's always best to book. During the summer, you can eat outside, making for a truly enjoyable dinner. Highly recommended, even for vegetarians!

07/09/2025: If you're looking for a quaint little restaurant with good food, this is the place for you. Today I had lunch under the pergola outside and it was a beautiful day. I highly recommend it.
30/08/2025: Historic place in Fimon. At Carletto's now, and for a while now, you've also been getting Gourmet Bruschetta 😀.

13/10/2025: Business lunch with excellent grilled meat. Arrive at 1:00 PM, preferably by reservation, to avoid overcrowding. I return every time I work in the area.

05/05/2025: Il locale è in una zona collinare molto bella e all'interno, soprattutto nella grotta l'ambiente è suggestivo. Il menù è quasi esclusivamente a base di cacciagione e poiché io non ne mangio, ho ordinato baccalà e dei fagottini con pere ,tartufo e Asiago. Il cibo era buono, ma le quantità scarse (soprattutto dei contorni, nel nostro caso verdura cotta e patate al forno ).
I prezzi un po' eccessivi. Il personale gentile.
28/04/2025: In occasione di battesimo siamo stati deliziati dalla buona cucina curata, genuina, il tutto ben equilibrato e sopratutto i condimenti ben fatti,leggeri.Che dire eccezionali i fagottini ripieni Asiago pere,conditi al burro e tartufo.E carni veramente di qualità,buonissima pa caponata una delle migliori mai assaggiate.Complimenti continuate così e bravissime le cameriere molto attente e professionali.

If you want simple food and a traditional atmosphere, this is the place.
The family sometimes argues a bit loudly, but I really enjoyed it ❤️

Per quanto riguarda i secondi discreti ma non entusiasmanti.ll coniglio discreto mentre la faraona al forno e il galletto alla griglia sufficenti.
Atteso più di mezzora tra i primi e i secondi.
Vino in caraffa lo sconsiglio.
In sintesi per quello che abbiamo mangiato ci ballano 8/10 euro di troppo a persona.
Si potrebbe mangiare sotto una bella pergola ma con il caldo che faceva abbiamo preferito mangiare dentro anche se l'interno non è niente di che...

We had dinner there, and Agnese prepared excellent cuisine with locally sourced ingredients. Reservations are required as she does everything herself, so seating is limited. The rustic, rural setting is well-maintained.

Breathtaking view, the owner, a wonder woman who manages the kitchen and dining room, is very friendly.
There isn't much choice on the menu, but the food is authentic and locally sourced. The jam tart is unforgettable!
This is my second time there, and the guard dogs didn't eat us. On the contrary! The first time they were sniffing us curiously, the second time they were inside.
