It was good, but not among the best I've had... A little more pepper and a higher-quality pecorino cheese would have made it perfect! However, I absolutely recommend the restaurant for the care and attention to detail with which the food is presented.

A real shame, especially since I don't tolerate traditional dough well, and it actually affected me afterward. The waitress tried to lighten the mood with a joke, but honestly, I was disappointed: I would have preferred to be able to choose the dough that best suits me. Overall, a positive experience, but I recommend requesting or "holding" the dough when you order.
