EXCEPTIONAL. If not the best, certainly one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. You can choose the dough (not just whole wheat or grains) and also whether to have it thinly sliced, spectacular, or sliced ​​on a peel, which is a cloud. Super friendly staff and fair prices. The only tiny flaw: no appetizers beforehand, but that doesn't matter at all. We stumbled upon it by chance on vacation, a great discovery. I'd definitely go back. 🔥

The restaurant is spread over two floors with three dining rooms. Very friendly and attentive staff, a wide selection of traditional and gourmet pizzas, as well as a variety of doughs. Compliments to the Civico2 staff, including manager Mauro!

Civico 2 is, by far, the best pizza I've ever eaten! The fragrance of the dough alone would be enough to make up for the pleasure. We've been coming here in Villafranca for 7 or 8 years now, and we've always been greeted with kindness, friendliness, and expertise by Maurizio, the manager, and his team—all young and very polite. Prices are reasonable; HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

17/04/2026: I've had breakfast and aperitifs at this bar several times and have always been well served. The counter is very varied, with both savory and sweet products. The display case with delicacies is also very attractive and always full. Everything is delicious and fresh. The staff is friendly and the quality/price ratio is good. There's always plenty of room, although it can be difficult to sit down on weekends.
23/03/2026: I stop by this pastry shop every year for the "Valpolicella Strada del Vino" event. The quality of the products is excellent and the croissants are spectacular. If I can find one flaw, it's the line at the register. We always have breakfast at the counter because there's no seating given the crowds, but then we waste a lot of time waiting in line to pay. It's not a big deal in our case because we're in the area for tourism, but if someone has to go to work, it would be a problem. Perhaps a solution could be to give the staff a wallet and have them pay at the tables. If it weren't for all that chaos in the register line, the atmosphere would be less chaotic. In any case, congratulations on the quality!
