09/11/2025: The outdoor area is beautiful, and congratulations on the picnic tables. Nice selection of local beers. They were very kind, we'll definitely be back!
Update: We returned for lunch. The service was attentive and friendly, the interior is very welcoming, and we had a truly delicious meal! Malga gnocchi, a sweet dessert, and their own mountain pine grappa. Even the coffee is very good... for some reason, in my experience, a rarity in mountain huts. Congratulations!
19/09/2025: I preferred it in ruins; I used to play there as a child. Without human presence, that spot is magnificent. Luckily, the area is still accessible in the low season, even though in recent years Campofontana has been devastated by an administration that seems to hate the land it governs.
It's fine for a beer.

23/03/2026: On Sunday, we went to the Giazza spring to get water and took the opportunity to stroll along the stream, planning to stop for lunch at Osteria Alla Busa. We'd read good reviews, and some time ago, passersby had raved about this place, especially its specialty: trout.
The restaurant is in a somewhat isolated location; it's rustic but very charming, with a welcoming atmosphere and beautiful tables. There's no printed menu: the dishes are explained directly by the waitress.
For the first course, I chose the mountain gnocchi, while my partner skipped the first course because all the dishes included onion, to which she's intolerant.
For the second course, we both had the trout, accompanied by fries and polenta.
Personally, I wasn't thrilled with the mountain gnocchi: in my opinion, they were too salty. The trout, on the other hand, were very good. As for the side dishes, the fries were too greasy; According to my partner, they were probably dipped in oil before it was hot enough. I thought the polenta was okay, but she thought it was too salty. We asked for mayonnaise for the fries, and it was brought to us without any problems.
To finish, we had a slice of homemade Russian pie: truly excellent, no complaints.
We added a bottle of water and two coffees, for a total of €47.50.

17/05/2026: I frequent this bar almost every Friday and Saturday, so my review isn't based on a single negative experience, but on a recurring situation.
The main problem is the owner's colleague, who works at the bar on weekends: he never smiles, seems constantly annoyed by the presence of customers, and gives off the impression of being annoyed by even the simplest requests.
Asking where the bathroom is is enough to get a rude response. The atmosphere of the place suffers greatly, because a bar should make people feel welcome, not uncomfortable. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but this attitude completely ruins the experience.
Furthermore, even the chips served with drinks seem to have been left open in the bag for days, often tasting stale and unpleasant.
07/04/2026: We've been there a few times for aperitivo. The place is average. Good cocktails and other appetizers; the appetizers could be improved by offering something different beyond the usual chips and olives. The organization definitely needs improvement.

25/05/2025: Ambiente caldo e accogliente, pulito e ben curato. Personale gentile, attento, rispettoso. Cucine tipica curata dalla presentazione dei piatti al sapore delle pietanze, disponibili ottimi piatti di cucina vegetariana!

13/08/2023: Metto due perché non voglio fare l'antipatico ma c'è da dire che non ci siamo proprio... I bigoli possono farli così male magari oltralpe, ma non in Italia. Vi prego! Secchi, fini e con un condimento insulso che sulla carta invece è straordinario, ovvero : salsiccia, funghi e ricotta affumicata. Una bottiglia d'acqua costa 3 euro e porzioni scarse (per fortuna o purtroppo, non so). A quando delle semplici caraffe d'acqua del rubinetto (gratuite) che lassù è pure buona, fresca e sana?

14/07/2025: Durante un trekking in Lessinia è stato organizzato un pernottamento presso l'agriturismo L'incanto che nessuno dei partecipanti conosceva prima. Azienda agricola a conduzione familiare situata a breve distanza da Campofontana. Stanze semplici ma decorose e pulite. Cena con piatti tipici preparati veramente con i prodotti della azienda, cucinati dalla simpatica titolare Giuliana, accogliente con tutti e alla quale va il nostro grazie per la sua disponibilità. Torneremo certamente.

Posto famigliare, personale molto gentile e disponibile.
Prodotti ottimi, dal tagliere al caffè, con prezzo giusto per la qualità dei prodotti.
Un plus alla ragazza/ cameriera con pantaloni neri e maglia rossa, oltre che molto bella, molto professionale
17/06/2024: Premetto che nel locale non è consentito entrare con il cane, ed in un rifugio di montagna, la cosa sembra alquanto bizzarra, però la legge consente al gestore di decidere, previa comunicazione al Comune, tale divieto(lo ha fatto?). Questo, però, non consente al suddetto gestore di essere maleducato ed insultare il cliente che gli chiede cortesemente se può introdurre un cane di piccola taglia, silenzioso, discreto e rigorosamente al guinzaglio. Si tratta di educazione e cortesia, cose che a quanto pare, il gestore del locale è privo. Peccato, perché il locale è carino, si mangia anche discretamente ed il personale è gentile, ma non sicuramente il gestore!
