14/03/2026: Aperitif with creative appetizers like fried sage and borage leaves, which we've never tried before, but they were truly delicious. The place is small, just the way we like it: intimate and with a lovely atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful; if we ever return to San Pietro in Cariano, we'll definitely stop here.

01/03/2026: A nice, well-kept place with competent, attentive staff.
However, the menu isn't very varied for those who don't want to eat meat.
Furthermore, at checkout, having spent a considerable amount, we expected a complimentary liqueur as a courtesy and customary gesture.
When we pointed this out to the staff, we were rudely told they weren't required to do so.
01/03/2026: Nice atmosphere, good service, and the food quality is good.
The four of us spent €375, drinking two bottles of red Valpolicella, which was clearly decent.
We paid in cash.
No thank you, no amaro offered, and for the promised 1.3kg Florentine steak we requested, they charged us 1.7kg.
At the table, they told us the raw steak weighed 1.3kg.
The food is good, but be careful, they're trying to make as much money as they can.

15/03/2026: A lovely hidden spot, with excellent and fast service.
We had beef cheek and braised beef in Amarone. They were good, a little heavy, but that's up to your digestion 😂!
Excellent wine selection.
The desserts were also very good; I recommend the rum-infused chocolate selection, which is top-notch. The baked cheesecake was also excellent.
We were a couple, and it was a truly pleasant evening; we could chat without too much interference from other tables.
28/02/2026: We had dinner at this beautiful inn, housed in an old house, beautifully furnished and renovated. A wide selection of wines. Excellent food; I had a first course and a second course, both excellent. Quiet and welcoming. Friendly staff.

18/03/2026: We dined at this historic Valpolicella restaurant. The restaurant has been completely renovated, with creative cuisine and modern reinterpretations of the recipes. However, I wasn't particularly impressed. The service was sloppy and the staff unprofessional. Perhaps my expectations were much higher for a Michelin-starred restaurant, so I was a little disappointed. It may also have had a negative impact: the evening was very noisy due to a large group of rude and boisterous guests. The wine list was adequate, and the quality/price ratio was fair. It's a shame; I'll try to return for a more thorough and calm assessment.
09/03/2026: For Women's Day, we decided to move dinner to Friday evening and dine at this restaurant, and the experience was truly memorable. Each dish speaks of cuisine crafted with authentic care: high-quality ingredients, crafted with care, love, and a rare sensitivity that is clearly evident in every detail.
The service was impeccable: attentive, friendly, and professional, seamlessly integrating the evening with discretion and elegance. Even the bill was more than in keeping with the high level of the overall experience.
A place where you can sense a true passion for hospitality and fine cuisine. Without a doubt, a restaurant to recommend and return to.

22/02/2026: Highly recommended! The atmosphere is welcoming and authentic, just like the dishes and the people who work there. A wonderful food and wine experience. Over two days, we ate tortelli with radicchio and Monte Veronese, bigoli with duck, risotto with duck, prosciutto and cheese, cavolo nero and cheese fondue tart, giardiniera, cotechino with pearà, and excellent wine.
A warm greeting to Nico, Roberta, Gigi, and Giulia, who made us feel like family, as if we'd known them all our lives, even though we were just passing through for a weekend. Thank you from Silvia and Emanuele from Mantua ☺️

19/01/2026: My husband and I, who owned a Boscolo gift set, stayed one night, including a wine tasting. Excellent experience. The location is beautiful, perfectly positioned, and quiet, with a sweeping view and parking. We had dinner at their bistro, which was very charming and the food was good. The room was cozy, and we'd love to repeat the experience, perhaps in the spring or summer, to enjoy an even more beautiful panoramic view.

Young, efficient, knowledgeable, and welcoming staff. Beautiful, cozy, new, and clean rooms. Firm, comfortable mattresses.
Delicious cocktails at the restaurant bar, and an excellent sweet and savory breakfast reserved for hotel guests.

Excellent!!!
30/11/2025: We had dinner on Saturday evening, the food was very good and the portions were really generous. I couldn't eat anything else except the pear dish, not even the dessert, which were delicious. I recommend it, the prices are normal and the place is very quiet. We will definitely be back.

19/10/2025: There were four of us, and we ordered a pizza with truffles. It had everything except truffles. The service wasn't very friendly, not because of the young woman, but because of the owner. The pizzas were decent, and the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming.
I was treated unkindly at the cash register. I'd say it was the first and last time for me. When I go out to eat, I like good food and a positive atmosphere.
P.S. Bills can be paid in cash.

11/03/2025: Mi trovavo a Negrar x un operazione al menisco… mi sono imbattuta in questo ristorante per sbaglio.. non conosco la zona.. e’ stata una bella sorpresa!! Da subito il titolare mi ha fatta sentire a mio agio, molto gentile e professionale. Piatti ottimi e vino super !!! Tant’è che ci sono ritornata alla sera🥳 consigliatissimo!!!!
