17/01/2025: Excellent for business lunches: with a glass you spend between 15 and 20 euros. The only flaw for a nice place like this is the limited selection of glasses available at "popular" prices.

20/01/2025: Went for dinner. Ordered the Antipasti, crostini cod and the dish of the day. One was tagliatelle au tartufo and the other was cappelletti filled of goat cheese with a white sauce of fig and honey. Both were very delicious but the cappelletti was outstanding. Finished with a pistache/ hazelnut mousse and a Tiramisu. Overall a very nice experience.
05/01/2025: A truly special hay year dinner, excellent service, discreet, intimate setting, exceptional food.
A la carte menu, without a fixed New Year's Eve menu, which we definitely appreciated, so that we could choose according to our tastes.
Different wine for each course, recommended by the staff.
Exceptional choices!
Cost of dinner definitely proportionate to the high quality of everything.
Definitely a place to return to.

19/01/2025: Dining here was a real experience of traditional taste, excellent wine, valorization of raw materials including vegetables (surprising) and friendly service, very kind and capable of recommending dishes suited to everyone's tastes. Generous portions and plated with style.

31/01/2025: Located on a hill with fantastic views, this property is very comfortable indeed.
We stayed for just one night, having dinner at the Bistro.
everything was very good, very clean and comfortable rooms, complete with all the necessary comforts.
Very rich and varied breakfast.
Very helpful and welcoming staff!
The structure is expanding with the addition of a spa in the coming months.
Really recommended!

13/10/2024: Small pub where you can eat a sandwich and fried appetizers. The sandwiches we got were good, priced around €13/15. We were a little upset that they no longer had the house beer as on the menu.
However the staff were friendly.
14/08/2024: Youthful and welcoming place, tasty dishes freshly prepared. Wide selection of bottled and draft beers.
They offer à la carte menus with first and second courses based on meat, fried delicacies (chips, onion rings, mozzarella, jalapeños, olives), burgers with various types of meat (also vegetarian burgers) and stuffed piadines.
Young and very friendly staff. Must try

A customer definitely doesn't come to eat to be judged!!!

18/11/2024: If it was a 3 star hotel I would give an higher score… but it is not. Apart from the great art collection all the rest was a shame. Rooms with no maintenance, old bath/shower. Spa was closed and no one told us at booking. Bar was always unattended. Michelin star restaurant not at standard. No service in general. Staff was friendly and helpful and they give us a discount at check out (nice). Maybe in high season with swimming pool and spa open could be a different experience.
10/11/2024: Can only say good things about this hotel... Great and spacious rooms. Very well maintained and clean property. Nice staff. Incredible location.

Noi cercavamo l altra eccellenza!!!
Accolti cortesemente ( da liguri chiediamo subito il perché del nome) andiamo diritti verso l' obbiettivo , accoppiata risotto amarone!
Prima ci concediamo un bel e buon tagliere con formaggio e salumi (ottima la qualità) poi su MAESTÀ( si fa giustente attendere canonici 20 min di preparazione) si presenta in tutto il suo splendore!
Veramente da provare!!!
Guardate le foto!
Buono il conto anche in considerezione delle pietanze e del vino che abbiamo consumato.

06/01/2025: Ho cenato sul posto con la famiglia diverse volte e mi sono sempre trovato benissimo.
Ci abbiamo cenato anche a capodanno e siamo rimasti molto contenti degli ottimi piatti ed anche del servizio. Il menù è costato solo 50€ a persona e sono stati spesi davvero bene per tutto quello che hanno portato, per la bontà, la qualità e la freschezza dei piatti. Inoltre ci siamo divertiti molto col karaoke e la musica.
Poi c'e il nuovo impasto delle pizze e sono davvero ottime.
Lo consiglio vivamente!
