12/07/2024: Typical vintage family pizzeria restaurant, excellent vegetarian lasagne (with excellent peas), good pizzas and good beers. External terrace overlooking the hill. Very welcoming service. If you are in a hurry this is not a place for you. Even slowness has its charm.

16/11/2024: There is a boy, I think his name was Amos, he was very good at serving, he was also very empathetic towards the customer and as cute as a ray of sunshine from a clear sky in the morning. I felt at home and the dishes were excellent, I have never tasted more delicious food. I will definitely be back as soon as possible.

01/09/2024: Wonderful discovery, the owner is very nice and very friendly, I found the pizza really good so much so that I tasted three different flavors, one better than the other (the one with the onion is the bomb!). You can't leave without tasting the castagnaccio, a delight made with love and home-produced chestnut flour, a jewel! Super recommended!

09/05/2025: A real discovery in the heart of Valpolicella! We enjoyed simply delicious tagliatelle with meat sauce, handmade by the owner himself, who passionately passes on the art of fresh pasta through dedicated courses. The cut was tender and tasty, cooked to perfection, and to conclude, a fragrant and authentic Veronese sbrisolona. A tavern where simplicity is combined with the quality and friendliness of the staff makes the experience even more pleasant. We will definitely be back! Before leaving a positive review, I always read the negative ones first to get a more complete idea... and I often realize that some people have nothing better to do, they have to write something just because they don't have the courage to say things to your face. I also find it really nice and respectful that the owners respond personally to all the reviews (I say this for those who leave negative comments and also use ChatGPT to breathe).

02/05/2025: Enchanting place in the middle of the vineyards just outside the center of Verona... it was May 1st and not having booked it was not possible to sit and enjoy a nice aperitif outdoors. I will definitely go back...

31/03/2025: Ristorante che abbiamo provato dopo esserci stato consigliato da una persona della zona. Personale ad alcuni tratti professionale ad altri distratto e non competente. Per quanto riguarda il cibo accettabile ma non capiamo come il conto finale molto elevato, per quello mangiato, possa corrispondere ai prezzi dichiarati in menù. Ci è stata dimostrata disponibilità nel farci assaggi per provare più pietanze tra un paio di primi e un paio di secondi per poi ricevere l'amara sorpresa che sul conto li abbiamo pagati a prezzo pieno. Lo stesso vale per il vino.... Atteggiamento disonesto e clienti persi.

04/03/2025: Pranzo di lavoro ad ora tarda per la zona (13:45), servizio cortese e rapido, cucina casalinga con tagliatelle fatte in casa e ottima carta dei vini. Una bellissima scoperta ! Ci rivediamo ....

13/04/2025: Un posto davvero particolare che si distingue per la sua atmosfera unica e ricercata. Ampia scelta di portate, capace di soddisfare anche i palati più esigenti con proposte originali. Un plauso speciale va al personale, che si è dimostrato estremamente cortese e attento. Sistema di prenotazione tramite tablet (uno per tavolo). Esperienza assolutamente positiva. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

03/04/2025: Stare bene, sentirsi a proprio agio, non sono cose scontate. In questo ristorante succede, il personale è squisito, l'ambiente curato e pulito, il cibo buono. Da provare.

07/04/2025: La Sfera is a typical local pizzeria and restaurant with a wide variety of local cuisine. As one would expect also with an extensive list of wine, especially the local ones. We had the “La sfera” appetizer (delicious!), home made gnocchi and beef main course. Personnel is very friendly. But for a local restaurant it’s a bit pricy.

23/03/2025: I booked for a group and I pointed out that I have celiac disease, only that when the waiter arrives to take the orders I am told that he has to go and check if there are still gluten-free doughs (I repeat, I had booked). The pizza with quality ham arrived well and left a little to be desired, however now it's time for dessert and I order a gluten-free chocolate salami. The waiter arrives with the dish and I ask him to confirm that it is suitable for my problem and I hear him reply: uhm I have to check the cream is gluten-free anyway. But I say is it possible? We're not there. Celiac disease is not a choice but for me it is a serious emergency room problem and luckily everything went well but never again to the ball.

09/03/2025: Niente da fare, la direzione del locale ha in mente solo di fare il pieno di gente, aria irrespirabile, ressa che si fatica a passare tra i tavoli, rumore inverosimile insopportabile... alla fine uno paga un coperto di ben 2.5 euro per avere un posto a tavola da pollo in allevamento. La cucina è discreta come pure le pizze,i prezzi un po alti per il tipo di locale e la qualità. Anche questo aspetto la dice lunga sul concetto di ristorazione dei proprietari. Da evitare se uscire per una cena m pizza deve essere un piacere.

25/01/2025: Se incominciamo dall'inizio iniziamo proprio bene con la signora che ti accoglie e nonostante non hai la prenotazione ti sorride e ti dice venite. Sono i primi secondi che danno l'impronta a tutta la serata del locale dove i piatti vengono serviti molto velocemente, sono molto curati, e si vede l'esperienza e la saggezza che sono alla base di questa offerta gastronomica di tutto rispetto e di ottimo livello. La cortesia non manca anzi, di saperci fare anche, il cibo è sicuramente ricercato e di ottima qualità, dopo una sera così il sabato mi fa pensare che il rapporto qualità prezzo sia molto equilibrato.. non serve dire che continuino così perché è nelle cose e soprattutto penso nei loro intendimenti. Manca un grazie per la splendida serata.
