17/11/2025: I went on the recommendation of a friend and I have to say it was a great discovery! The food and service were truly excellent! 5 stars.
21/10/2025: Everything was perfect. The ingredients were incredibly fresh and delicious. The portions were generous, and there was a wide selection of wines.
I always love returning.
The price is reasonable for the quality of the food and the service: courteous, fast, and precise.

12/01/2026: A questionable experience, to say the least. We booked a table for a drink and to listen to a band; some ate, some didn't. Only in hindsight did we realize that, being a trattoria, everyone was expected to eat: an oversight on our part, which we readily acknowledge.
The real problem is the way the situation was handled. Instead of an explanation, we received comments like "I lost tonight with you" and "It's not a church." Phrases like that convey nothing more than that you're a second-rate customer, even adding contempt. Given that the place was packed and they certainly didn't lose, it's clear that it's not a question of money, but of style. These comments are unacceptable.
We've been here before to drink and listen to music outside, but I'll definitely think twice before choosing this place. We frequent the live music scene, a small world where certain attitudes are noticed and remembered. After a scene like that, it's natural to wonder whether this is really a place worth recommending or supporting.
Not exactly a good move.
12/01/2026: A very pleasant experience at Ca' Bottona in Costermano. The venue is perfect for parties and evenings with friends, thanks to its lively and engaging atmosphere, often enlivened by live music that makes the evening even more entertaining.
The service is good, friendly, and well-organized, even when the venue is crowded. The dishes are delicious, ideal for a casual, convivial evening. A recommended place for those looking for fun, good company, and a dynamic atmosphere.

02/01/2026: For the past few years, a visit to this restaurant has been a must for us. We always enjoy coming back and have never been disappointed. Both the service and the food are consistently excellent – you can tell that they put their heart and soul into it. We're certain of one thing: whenever we're in town, we'll stop by. Highly recommended!

05/01/2026: In October 2025, after 16 years, we decided to fulfill our big dream... to get married on Lake Garda, our favorite place! ❤️
There couldn't have been a better place than CASA DEGLI SPIRITI to celebrate our wedding!
The perfect location, with a spectacular view of the entire lake, the owners SARA and FEDERICO, two wonderful people we will always hold dear, along with all the staff and the rest of the family, made us experience a day we will NEVER forget!
We contacted SARA to organize everything, and she was always there even remotely, putting us in touch with the musicians and florist (all wonderful people!)
For the civil ceremony, we always relied on her, and with her sweetness, she made it romantic and special!
So, from the organization, to the ceremony, and the wedding reception, as she always says,
SARA WILL TAKE CARE OF IT! ❤️

14/10/2025: I only visited the bistro, not the restaurant! The food and drinks are as high-quality as the prices. The service is stiff and at times arrogant. Regulars obviously get better service. The restaurant thrives on the lake view from high above and its expensive guests.

08/12/2025: A tasty dinner with excellent home-grown produce! The rabbit stew tasted like grandma's 🤩 generous portions, and finished with a dessert that takes you home 🤩.

02/11/2025: We came here to buy olive oil, received an introduction to the differences between the products and their production, and were able to sample the oil, wine, and balsamic vinegar.
However, it's also recommended to stay for a meal; the food is excellent and reasonably priced. The pasta and many other products are homemade or come from their own garden.
There's an attached campground, which at least visually made a good impression.
12/10/2025: Very nice close nit family, meals are excellent, rooms are perfectly maintained. Pool is very nice. Products are really good (we brought a boatload of olive oil back home). Dont let other people know about this place.

12/10/2025: We had a great time, the service was prompt, kind, and punctual, and the food was excellent! I'll definitely be back. I still dream of the delicious gnocchi. It's been a long time since I've tasted them this good. They reminded me of the ones my grandmother used to make. 💞
30/09/2025: A very nice restaurant with a selection of dishes, a very quiet location, and attentive service. We had the set menu: salmon and sea bream in batter with soy sauce. Everything was delicious, and the desserts (tiramisu and semifreddo all amaretto) were also very good. Highly recommended!

We paid €60 per person for pasta, main course, dessert and wine, which was a good deal!
15/12/2025: Excellent food, great atmosphere, a very welcoming place, and very helpful and friendly staff. They also have a good and generous children's menu. Prices may be a little high, but the quality makes it definitely worth a visit.

21/08/2025: Everything was fantastic!! But it loses one star because it's only open Friday to Sunday, and there's no way for residents of the residence to get anything during the week.

16/07/2025: Wir besuchten die Casa degli Spiriti in Costermano am 14. Juli und hatten große Erwartungen - vor allem wegen der einmaligen Lage. Die Aussicht ist wirklich atemberaubend. Das Panorama über den Gardasee ist wunderschön und kaum in Worte zu fassen. Auch das Ambiente und der Flair des Lokals sind auf den ersten Blick beeindruckend.
Doch leider endete der positive Eindruck beim Essen und Service. Sowohl Vorspeise als auch Hauptgericht kamen mit einer identischen, weißen und geschmacklich undefinierbaren Soße - einfallslos und dem Preisniveau in keiner Weise gerecht.
Geschmacklich leider eine völlige Enttäuschung.
Auch der Service ließ stark zu wünschen übrig: Die Kellner waren unfreundlich und wirkten aufdringlich.
Man hatte das Gefühl, dass auf eine subtile, aber spürbare Weise versucht wurde, uns zu möglichst vielen Bestellungen zu bewegen - als ginge es mehr um Umsatz als um das Wohl der Gäste.
Das Lokal vermittelt nach außen einen Anspruch, dem es weder kulinarisch noch im Umgang mit Gästen gerecht wird. Die Diskrepanz zwischen Anspruch und Realität ist leider groß.
Sehr schade - wir kommen nicht wieder.
06/07/2025: Wir hatten einen Tisch auf der oberen Terrasse zum Abendessen reserviert. Das Wetter war traumhaft und wir haben das Abendessen sehr genossen 👌.
Wir sind gerne bereit Qualität entsprechend zu bezahlen. Allerdings sollte unserer Meinung nach das Verhältnis Preis / Leistung angepasst werden, dann kommen wir gerne wieder.

20/04/2025: Vado spesso sul Garda,sono attratto dal golf ,non mi aspettavo di trovare un ottimo ristorante . Ho mangiato degli asparagi bianchi con gremolata di tartufo e uova poche ,sono rimasto estasiato da uno chef campano un piatto tipico del nord !!! Per non smentire le origini ci ha deliziato con il babà e la delizia a limone .Ci ha risvegliato il ricordo di’ Amalfi cost !!! Ritorneremo in entrambi posti.
16/04/2025: Eravamo di passaggio e attirati dalla location siamo entrati a mangiare il locale è incantevole e la cucina ci ha veramente colpiti lo chef fuori menù ci ha proposto dei ravioli. Fatti in casa asparagi caciotta del baldo e guanciale croccante deliziosi , poi abbiamo mangiato una buona frittura di pesce con farina di riso (pesce freschissimo e la farina di riso lo rende molto leggero e croccante), per concludere in bellezza io ho assaggiato la delizia a limone e mia moglie una pastiera di grano tutto freschissimo e buonissimo servizio molto attento e curato ci ritorneremo presto vista spettacolare sul Garda lo consiglio vivamente .
