Places like this deserve protection! I give it full marks despite the small parking lot, the street it faces, and the lack of a wine list.... Yet it wins you over! The cuisine is truly excellent, simple, almost homemade. The dining room is truly quaint, the kitchen is open to the public, the staff are very friendly, and when you order wine, they give you the best advice, specifying that you pay for it "on consumption"...!!!! They've won! Period!

I had lunch with a friend, the dishes were very good, including tomino cheese with Speck, chicken slop, and biscuits with homemade cream accompanied by a passito wine. Everything was spectacular, including the staff.

The best place to eat in San Dona! Absolutely 5 stars! ❤️ The owner, Roberto, is exceptional and the staff is top notch! They're incredibly knowledgeable, always smiling and welcoming, ready and willing to serve!

A charming, traditional tavern in the poor, fishing-based area near the Piave River, once subject to reclamation. The deliberate reference to the area's history is evident and appreciated when you look at the walls, adorned with beautiful black-and-white photographs of San Donà. The small space offers a wealth of items, demonstrating the owners' generosity and dedication to customer satisfaction. Fine local wines, now rare, such as the sparkling Rabosetto, are served. The welcoming, family atmosphere is evidently the reason why people are still sitting at the table with their lunch dishes at 5 p.m. The ladies at the bar are friendly. Drinks are very reasonably priced.
