05/10/2025: A slightly out-of-the-way location, yet easily accessible, this charming, bucolic/romantic restaurant is meticulously maintained and welcoming, nestled in a beautiful park. Plenty of space is available, making it ideal for both couples and groups of friends. The staff is very helpful yet discreet; you can choose from a food and wine tour or simply choose from the menu. We had a delicious dinner with simply perfect meat dishes paired with a perfect red wine pairing. Delicious, high-quality desserts. A highly recommended experience, as is the reservation.

I highly recommend this truly enchanting experience: good food, excellent local wine tasting, and attentive, professional yet discreet and unobtrusive staff.

If you don't try it, you won't believe it.
Stewed baby octopus, etc.
Porcini mushroom and prawn gnocchi.
Sea bass fillet with potatoes and herbs.
Wines...Santa Maddalena Alto Adige.
A Friulian.
And a Verdicchio dei Castelli.
Price...if I say excellent.
20/10/2025: A nice restaurant in Atino to eat good fish, they always prepare a daily menu where you can decide what to eat or otherwise an excellent fried fish.

30/10/2025: We had a wonderful meal at Il Pescatore restaurant in Quarto d'Altino. The dishes are carefully crafted, and you can immediately taste the freshness of the fish, served with simplicity and attention to quality.
We tried several dishes: the tartare was flavorful and well-seasoned, the tagliatelle with clams was tasty and plentiful, and the seared tuna was tender and perfectly cooked. The raw fish was also an excellent choice, served in a simple way to enhance the flavor of the fish.
The dessert was also delicious, fresh and beautifully presented.
The service was friendly and professional, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. A must-try for anyone seeking quality seafood, off the beaten path.
17/08/2025: Beautiful, very welcoming terrace. Excellent for a quick stop and a good fish dish. The menu is limited, but everything is fresh and made to order. I recommend it even just for lunch or a snack.
Also an excellent bar with croissants, brioches, tramezzini, and aperitivo.

28/10/2025: We had a very disappointing customer service experience here. On the evening of October 28th, we were served by a young male waiter who appeared to discriminate against tourists or foreigners. His facial expressions clearly showed annoyance, as if he was disgusted to serve us. He lacked patience and compassion throughout the service. At one point, he even refused to continue serving another table and asked a waitress to take over. He made us wait unnecessarily to place our order and to receive our bill, while casually chatting with others.
On a positive note, the lady with short hair who handled our payment was very kind and pleasant — her professionalism stood out in contrast to the poor service we received earlier.

06/10/2025: I like to have a quick drink at a local bar.
02/10/2025: We got there at 6:30 pm, and they said no food till 7 pm, so we got drinks. But, a group of 9 came in after us and were served chips and salsa before 7 pm. They were playing loud rave type repetitive music. The servers didn't speak English, seemed bothered by us and very rude. We had to go up and get the server to ask if we could order after 7 pm, since they didn't come back and ask since 6:30 pm. We got Burgers and the buns were hard as a rock from being stale. We left crumbs and half the top bun on our plate but didn't complain. We should have complained but we would have to wait longer for a new burger, and were afraid of retaliation like spitting in our food, since they were so rude already. We had to go up and get the server again to ask if we can pay. We were charged 2 euros for 2 coperto which she angrily showed us by lifting the place mats. See the Pic. We have never been charged for that in any country and were not told of the charge beforehand, or we would have declined the place mats. Welcome to the mandatory fee only in Italy. Rude service and bad food. I'm sure they will lie and deny. Don't bother. Not worth it.

29/10/2025: Stopped for a business lunch, ate well, ate a lot and spent little 🙂
20/10/2025: They specialize in the daily menu, offering decent seafood dishes with local recipes at reasonable prices for those of us who are always on the go. I find myself there whenever I'm in the area, with colleagues who choose the same restaurant for lunch. There's ample parking and the service is very fast, even when it's busy (almost always). Carlo is a force to be reckoned with.

It said it was open, and when I got there, it was closed.
I find it disrespectful.
11/07/2025: Great atmosphere, reasonably priced cocktails, and a free event (oddly enough!) where I had the chance to catch a set by Kirik.
There's definitely room for improvement, including the gear, but overall it's a great place to party and enjoy music.

16/06/2025: We visited this restaurant on four occasions whilst staying locally to visit the Veneto region. The hosts are charming. The food is delicious and the atmosphere happy and relaxed. If you are looking for an authentic family run restaurant this is a wonderful choice at reasonable prices.
11/05/2025: Siamo clienti abituali di questa trattoria, che frequentiamo da anni con regolarità, almeno 5 o 6 volte al mese. Abbiamo sempre apprezzato l’ambiente semplice, la cucina casalinga e il pranzo a menù fisso, ma purtroppo l’ultima esperienza – una domenica a pranzo – è stata molto deludente.
Appena arrivati, siamo stati accolti in modo scontroso da una cameriera bionda che, con tono infastidito, ci ha detto testualmente: “Adesso non ho voglia”, sospirando vistosamente. Non l’avevamo mai vista, se non a Pasqua, quando già ci aveva trattati con la stessa maleducazione e scortesia.
Abbiamo fatto notare il comportamento al titolare, il signor Piero, che conosciamo da anni come persona gentile e disponibile. Tuttavia, in questa occasione non è intervenuto, anzi, si è limitato a fare una risata, senza prendere la situazione sul serio. Questo atteggiamento ci ha feriti e lasciati amareggiati.
A peggiorare ulteriormente l’esperienza, nonostante ci fossero diversi tavoli vuoti, ci è stato detto che avremmo dovuto attendere almeno mezz’ora per poterci sedere. Una risposta incomprensibile.
Alla fine, ce ne siamo andati molto dispiaciuti per come siamo stati trattati.
Spero che questo sia stato solo un brutto episodio, ma essere trattati in questo modo, dopo anni di fiducia e presenza, è qualcosa che non possiamo accettare.
