26/01/2026: We discovered it after temporarily moving to the area and it's become our go-to pizzeria. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the ingredients are top-quality, and the dough is incredibly light. We highly recommend the whole wheat, yeast-free version, which we always order.

On a griddle (uneven portions and overcooked, i.e., dry) instead of what's listed on the menu, which is a grilled Amberjack steak, and then apologizes through the restaurant manager, as esteemed chefs with three Michelin stars do. At 26 euros. Pediatric crumbs soaked in frying oil, presumably a bit stale. No, not quite right. I don't recommend it at this quality-price ratio. The wine price is 200% higher. Please, improve, do it for your customers. Kudos to the restaurant manager, who is professionally trained and fixes the kitchen's shortcomings. Excellent location.

12/03/2026: Average-to-good quality food, but exorbitantly priced. A Google search showed a restaurant practically on the beach. However, the restaurant is at least 100 meters inland from the road that borders the beach resorts.

A good fried dish, excellent wine, side dishes, and a dessert that surprised me: radicchio, carrots, cream, and chocolate chips. A truly unusual specialty. If you have the chance, stop by. 18/02/2026: Restaurant on Via Romea. At lunchtime, it offers a fixed-price menu for €14. The dishes are good. In the evening, the à la carte options range from €16 and up to €25.

01/11/2025: The appearance doesn't do justice to how special this restaurant is. Excellent sardines in saor and seafood spaghetti. Homemade tiramisu with an extremely generous portion. I've now come to rely on it whenever I'm in the area for work.

24/02/2026: Cute little shop in the heart of Chioggia! They only serve Margherita pizza and it's delicious! Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but that's part of the experience. It's super tasty and you pay by weight.

The lines are unbelievable, but the philosophy for those waiting is to take the time to escape the frenetic pace of modern life and enter a small, ancient world of craftsmanship and decades-old tradition. Even watching the pizza chef prepare and bake the pizza takes us back to another era. And it's also a chance to chat with the people there. A return to the past that leaves a lasting impression. It reminds me of the old bakeries of Venice in the '60s and '70s, when I used to go with my parents to visit my uncle, who was a baker, getting up at 2 a.m. The effort and dedication to making the best bread possible. In short, if you're not in a hurry to eat, dedicate an hour and put your phone in your pocket. The spectacle is always the same, but timeless.
