11/07/2025: Elegant and refined restaurant, good food, attentive and helpful staff, average price, definitely worth returning

09/07/2025: A lovely restaurant located on the edge of Caorle's city center. The staff was friendly and helpful in explaining the various courses and matching wines. I spent a pleasant evening with my family. The restaurant was quiet, allowing for pleasant conversation with other diners. We ordered: Appetizers: raw seafood with colorful seafood and contemporary cicchetti (very good). Gragnano spaghetti cacio e pepe with red shrimp tartare and spaghetti alla chitarra creamed in smoked butter with tuna tartare; fusilli with red mullet, eggplant, and cherry tomatoes (really good). Octopus Everything was very good and beautifully presented, although the portions, for my taste, were perhaps a little on the small side. A small note about the desserts: they didn't arrive at the same time, but some diners had to wait longer than necessary. Definitely recommended. (P.S. I hope I didn't get the names of the dishes wrong.)

11/07/2025: For us, the Onda Blu is one of the best restaurants on the upper Adriatic. We discovered it several years ago while walking our dog one morning, and since then, whenever we're in Caorle, it's been a regular stop for our morning cappuccino while walking. Whether it's lunch or dinner, we've never been disappointed. Whether it's pizza, fish, calamari, pasta, or schnitzel, it's always top-notch. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and quick. And the best part, for me, is the manager. He's in the restaurant at 7:00 a.m. and is still there until closing time, and he's always more than friendly. You feel like you're visiting an old friend. Simply lovely.

And they even did it all in German, which made it much easier. The chef dropped everything for this, despite being very busy. Thank you all so much again!

24/06/2025: Great restaurant and great service! We arrived at 6:30 p.m. and personally made a reservation for 7:30 p.m. When we arrived, the table was set for us with a high chair and a special mat for the child. I emphasize this because we have never been treated so courteously anywhere else since our child (2.5 years old) was born – we haven't had a high chair placed in advance anywhere, even though we always requested it. The service was so charmingly friendly and child-friendly. The food was absolutely fantastic. We don't think we've had nearly as good a meal in the four days we've been here in the area. Totally reasonable prices. It's similar elsewhere, but the quality isn't as good. The food, the service, and the ambiance completely convinced us. We love the restaurant! Thank you for the hospitality!

13/06/2025: Such a great spot in caorle. Beside the food being DELICIOUS the service is also great and everything is freshly made. Definitely recommend this place to any families or friends on vacation. A MUST GO TO SPOT!

29/06/2025: Good morning, the place is very nice and welcoming, the staff is kind and makes you feel at ease. The food is excellent and of quality, but in my opinion if there is no dry pasta (spagnetti with clams) and the waiter offers you fresh pasta, the customer should be warned that the cost of the dish is increased by a few euros. The "black forest" cake from a few years ago was better than the current "Cioco Mazarak". It is a restaurant that I recommend trying because I have always liked it for the seriousness and professionalism of those who work there.

29/06/2025: It's wonderful if you arrive by plane, campervan, or boat. However, you should be aware that it's quite a walk to the beach. The restaurant is wonderful.

12/06/2025: La pizza è buonissima, come a Napoli, e gli ingredienti di ottima qualità! Il personale molto gentile. :) La pizzeria ha una bella terrazza sulla via principale di Caorle, quindi meglio andarci in settimana perchè durante il weekend può essere affollata.

12/06/2025: Frequento spesso questa pizzeria perchè la "Spianata" è deliziosa. A me la pizza piace sottile e croccante e questa rispecchia in pieno i miei gusti. L'ambiente è informale, ma accogliente e il personale garbato ed efficiente, in particolare Sebastian. Ci tornerò presto

30/06/2025: Absolutely recommendable!!! We had the bresaola for starters, and the sea bass with grilled vegetables and tortellini panna for main courses. The bresaola was wafer-thin, super tasty, and a huge portion. The fish was absolutely perfect – juicy with crispy skin, and the vegetables were cooked to perfection. The last time I ate such good tortellini was in my childhood – delicious, I'd say :)

06/07/2025: It is one of the stops par excellence every time I go to Fano, not so much for the food (which is exquisite), but for the beauty of the place! Both in summer and winter the charm is wonderful! I regularly find myself saying that celebrating a wedding here would be a fairy tale! We celebrated my sister's graduation and we did not regret it.
