11/07/2025: For us, the Onda Blu is one of the best restaurants on the upper Adriatic. We discovered it several years ago while walking our dog one morning, and since then, whenever we're in Caorle, it's been a regular stop for our morning cappuccino while walking. Whether it's lunch or dinner, we've never been disappointed. Whether it's pizza, fish, calamari, pasta, or schnitzel, it's always top-notch. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and quick. And the best part, for me, is the manager. He's in the restaurant at 7:00 a.m. and is still there until closing time, and he's always more than friendly. You feel like you're visiting an old friend. Simply lovely.

11/08/2025: A good restaurant, cuisine a la the chef's fantasy, interesting dishes, but to be honest none of the dishes personally caught my attention, probably it's a matter of taste. My wife liked it. But one thing is for sure - the truffle was absolutely tasteless. You eat it and don't understand what it is, where is the taste?

The owners and the staff are highly professional and dedicated, balanced by a friendly atmosphere. The wines are also impeccable; Carlo will always recommend the best pairing for your meal. 21/07/2025: Very nice location, nice and friendly staff. For beer connoisseurs, there's a good selection of their own beers, so you can really enjoy yourself. And the best onion rings I've ever eaten. I'd love to come back.

27/08/2025: Yes, definitely! You'll have to be prepared to wait a bit. Tables are assigned based on the number of people, not on who arrived first. But that's okay; we didn't wait longer than 10 minutes. Very friendly staff. The food was delicious: pizza, pasta, and salads. Good value for money. We'll be back.

27/08/2025: Best food in Caorle!!! This restaurant has a truly Italian charm. The service is also very friendly :) We always enjoy eating there. But the restaurant is ALWAYS very busy – so be sure to make a reservation for larger groups.

13/08/2025: I ate at this restaurant a few days ago, and I was pleasantly surprised! For appetizers, I ordered a classic Adriatic platter, consisting of scallops, prawns, razor clams (all very fresh), and a delicious scallop. But for the first course, folks, I never would have expected the tagliolini with squid ink, cocoa, and pepper, and shrimp to be so outrageously delicious. The real highlight is the lime zest, which leaves your mouth feeling refreshed and clean. I even went back the next day to try them again! I can't upload photos, otherwise I would have. Very fair prices for the quality, and polite yet friendly service. A definite thumbs up. Oh, and the accompanying prosecco, of course, which didn't disappoint either. Well done, well done.

14/08/2025: Caorle's top restaurant, a regular stop for over twenty years whenever I'm in Caorle, practically every weekend during the summer season. The staff are friendly and professional, the bar waitresses are very nice and kind, and thanks to the waitress Vittoria, who's always ready with a joke and a smile that never hurts. High-quality cuisine, a clean environment with a breathtaking view, I recommend trying it at least once. You'll definitely be back. A special thanks to the owners and all the staff.

04/09/2025: We stopped there because there were lots of buggies and handcarts parked in front of the restaurant, and we were looking for a child-friendly environment. It was a perfect fit. The staff is friendly, and the food comes quickly and is good. I recommend it with children. As a couple, I would choose a quieter spot, as the restaurant is very busy, and you feel like you have to make room for the next person. But it's not like you're being rushed. As I said, I would go back with kids.

03/09/2025: I had dinner in August with my daughters. We had 2 normal pizzas and a gluten-free one, both excellent, especially the gluten-free one. The waiters were friendly and welcoming.

12/06/2025: Frequento spesso questa pizzeria perchè la "Spianata" è deliziosa. A me la pizza piace sottile e croccante e questa rispecchia in pieno i miei gusti. L'ambiente è informale, ma accogliente e il personale garbato ed efficiente, in particolare Sebastian. Ci tornerò presto

12/06/2025: La pizza è buonissima, come a Napoli, e gli ingredienti di ottima qualità! Il personale molto gentile. :) La pizzeria ha una bella terrazza sulla via principale di Caorle, quindi meglio andarci in settimana perchè durante il weekend può essere affollata.

02/09/2025: Even after three years, the food, service, and ambiance are still excellent. And the prices are reasonable. I was thrilled that the fish was filleted at the table. Everything was delicious, as always, and we had a wonderful evening. We'll be happy to return. Consistently great quality for years: food, drinks, service, and ambiance. I especially recommend the pizza (any kind, the crust is wafer-thin, I like it) and panna cotta.

27/08/2025: We've been regular guests here since 2021. A little away from the hustle and bustle, it's quiet and pleasant. We look forward to it every year, just like today on the way to Caorle.
