18/08/2024: Attracted by the photos online I wanted to try this place and I must say that the location is beautiful. The service is excellent but the food is not up to the price paid. The cut arrived cold/lukewarm and given the temperature these days it can be considered "edible" but if it had been winter it would certainly have been returned. Overall, for the price paid, I am not satisfied!

27/07/2024: L'ambiente è frugale e non ti aspetti una cucina di pesce così raffinata. Sono modesti, anche nei prezzi, e le porzioni più che abbondanti sono rimpiattate ottimamente. Forse loro stessi non ne hanno piena consapevolezza ma è veramente un ottimo ristorante... niente da invidiare a tanti con le stelle. Bravi e grazie ancora. Roberto & Renata da Cecina.

27/07/2024: Avevo già due volte recensito il locale dando consigli che, con soddisfazione, ho visto poi seguiti. Questa volta però abbiamo superato ogni limite. Il problema non è il cibo, di buona qualità, o il prezzo nella norma. Il problema è il servizio: se hai una cucina che ti garantisce 30 coperti e tu, l’estate, ne prendi 60 (30 fuori tra le zanzare assassine), evidentemente il servizio sarà vergognosamente lento. L’ho fatto notare alla responsabile di sala che si è prontamente scusata. La serata è stata Fantozziana con tempi di attesa di 30 minuti per la comanda, altri 30 per l’antipasto, 1 ora per il piatto successivo. Bisogna fare una scelta: lo so i soldi sono importanti, ma così perderete tutti i clienti perché il vostro servizio è vergognoso. Servite solo all’interno 30 coperti e lasciate gli spazi esterni per gli spritz. Mi informerò perché non credo mi vedrete mai più 🤷‍♂️

27/07/2024: With great surprise I must say that we ate really well, dishes prepared with skill, and presented without too many pretensions. Obviously a specialty from South Tyrol. Very kind and helpful owners. I would say that a stop for those who love that type of cuisine and are in the area, it can not miss.

23/07/2024: We went on Saturday evening and had a wonderful dinner. The place was surrounded by nature. What can I say? The food was wonderful.. Ultra friendly staff. We will be happy to return. Highly recommended.

17/08/2024: Informal and home-made environment...cutting board with excellent cured meats and cheeses...and finally a place that brings you a full basket of bread and not 4 slices crosswise as often happens. Price more than fair.. Well done

19/06/2024: I give so many stars to the guys because they are very kind and the things they offer are simple but good and are a symbol of a place so genuine that a person goes there even just for the pleasure of a prosecco with wine at a good price, a sandwich with exceptional porchetta or cheese for example or a good coffee. What beautiful moments in Santa Croce in a historic place near the banks of the Piave with its cold and sincere waters!

25/08/2024: (Last Saturday evening) Nice place, excellent and attentive welcome even though we didn't book. Outside in the evening it is very comfortable, even at the end of paying the bill the owner (I presume) insistently offered us one of their delights, a liqueur made by them. Also happy with the bill. We will be back!
