11/06/2026: Excellent, elegant bar, and extremely polite towards all customers, especially the older ones who usually gather in the morning for coffee. Regular prices and a wide variety of choices. Bar #1 on Via Italia in Battipaglia Valentina, Sofia, and Noemi are the best, polite, friendly, and also beautiful.

05/06/2026: The cappuccino is not very creamy, really a disgrace.

10/07/2026: I hadn't been here in over 10 years (I tried it for the first time 20 years ago, and it was spectacular. It was the first Chinese restaurant in the area, which later morphed into a Chinese and Japanese restaurant with various expansions). I opted for the Japanese à la carte menu. I tried a few items, but I have to say the quality was excellent. The sofa was a bit uncomfortable for someone like me who isn't used to sitting up straight. I recommend it.

29/06/2026: I used to go there many years ago, I happened to try again under the new management and was surprised. A return to old flavors that I had missed. It's worth an evening.

10/05/2026: The menu certainly isn't very varied, but in the case of fish, that's not a flaw for me: the raw fish appetizer and the cooked fish appetizer were both delicious and refined. Then we had their delicious shellfish spaghetti. More than enough to leave us very satisfied. The price isn't cheap, but it's fair for the quality of the products.

20/04/2026: For a restaurant specializing in fish, serving a sea bream whose skin is hard to peel off is a disgrace. The worst part was the tiramisu. Slow service.

15/01/2026: The place is cute and quaint; I've been there many times, and it's pleasant in itself. However, in my opinion, the odor inside, which has always been a problem, has now become unbearable. There were three of us, and we all left smelling terribly of food. When paying at the register, next to where they warm the food, the air was unbreathable. It felt like fog. I understand the space may be "small" (but not that much, because the smell is very strong even in the back area), but the extractor hood above the counter was completely turned off. You can't go to a public place and find yourself having to wash all your clothes (including jackets). That's not acceptable to me personally. Furthermore, and this applies to all bars/restaurants, employees need to be "trained" to pay a little attention to how they wash glasses. It's not pleasant to find, as happened to me this time, a glass with 4-5 obvious lipstick marks. He doesn't make a great impression.

08/01/2026: There are three of us and we'd like to grab a few cicchetti and a good glass of wine. It's after 1:30 PM so there's room and they quickly serve us crostini, octopus, mozzarella in carrozza, quiche, and glasses of wine. Everything is delicious and appetizing. Coffee. €17 each. Good.

28/06/2026: I threw my 18th birthday party and invited about twenty people, from the preparation to the staff, independently. The space was already ready and set up for the party that evening. When we arrived that evening, everything was ready, with the cash register and lighting, everything in place. Everyone arrived and, at my request and their availability, they started the catering service. Very attentive and professional, availability and speed are perfect words to describe this service. Afterwards, when it came time to get the cake, they also provided assistance with portions. The price was fair and reasonable. We all had fun until late; it was a great evening. I thank everyone at Salotto Mondano for everything. I recommend it to everyone.

11/07/2026: My friends and I have become regulars here. The owner, Matteo, is always friendly, and we enjoy joking around every now and then. The staff is friendly and helpful, but you can't expect super-fast service, as they're very busy every night, like in all restaurants and pizzerias.

03/01/2026: A beautiful old property. The pool (additional charge) is also accessible to non-hotel guests. It's about a 20-minute walk to the town center (through the grounds of the neighboring clinic). Unfortunately, we discovered that instead of the large, park-like grounds with beautiful fig trees, an ugly supermarket now obstructs the view. The pool, which resembles a public outdoor swimming pool, is very crowded, especially on summer weekends! If we stay again, it would only be for an overnight stop. Therefore, only three stars.

30/06/2026: Very nice place, with a lovely atmosphere (casual and cheerful, yet quiet). We'd already been there for a drink and returned for dinner. The dishes were unique and very carefully prepared. The cocktails (homemade, recommended by the staff) were really good! We loved everything! Thanks for the evening.

18/12/2025: I went for breakfast this morning, slow service, I ordered 2 cappuccinos and 1 coffee and two croissants, more than 15 minutes of waiting (bar with 2 people inside) on top of everything the thing that disgusted me the most was that the girl made the payments and immediately after went to fill the croissants without washing her hands, disgusting, money is the dirtiest thing!

16/11/2025: Good morning, I'd like to congratulate Bar Sonia in Castelfranco Veneto. Under Eric's new management, the place has become a truly welcoming place. All the staff are also excellent, especially one young lady, always fabulously busy, who makes my breakfast every morning a pleasure. You're truly brilliant, and I love coming back every day. When I see that angelic face, who makes my breakfast?
