10/03/2025: Unfortunately, the first time I went and brought home the piadinas, one paid for was missing, after having mentioned it on the phone, the second time I got one at no cost, but my wife complained about the radicchio cream, honestly I spent €31 for four piadinas but I wasn't 100% satisfied.

21/02/2025: Usually I don't review places but in this case I do it out of civic sense. Very dirty and with poor hygiene. What is the way this place is cleaned?.. Dirty windows with stains.. Disgusting bathroom conditions. Toilet with encrustations of brown dirt.. The identity of the place breathes in every corner. Isn't keeping the place clean a sign of respect for your customers?.. I don't want to go into detail about the quality of the food because it's in line with the review. A disappointing experience.

08/09/2025: I've been frequenting this pastry shop for a while now, and I can describe it as an oasis of sweetness and tradition. As soon as you enter, you're greeted by a welcoming atmosphere and the irresistible aroma of fresh pastries. The staff is friendly and professional, ready to offer advice and satisfy every request, providing fast and efficient service. Prices are in line with the quality of the products offered. This pastry shop is definitely recommended to anyone with a sweet tooth.

16/08/2025: The company is excellent, and the ladies who work there are eternally adolescent, full of light, freshness, and kindness, despite the harsh times that pass for everyone.... Go and you will find peace and wonderful desserts.... perhaps I would change the coffee, but the cheerfulness of all the women makes you forget the not-always-roasted Dersut coffee... 21/09/2025: As mentioned in previous reviews, there has definitely been investment in the interior and bathroom fixtures. Breakfast was well-prepared, although we quickly realized the gentlemen had set the table for themselves and hadn't anticipated guests. Nevertheless, it was a fine breakfast. Unfortunately, any positive impressions were negated by the unfriendly and downright rude behavior of the lobby staff (owner). The gentlemen understood English when it suited them. They offered sickening smiles in between, and exchanged Italian banter when it became clear we needed to make ourselves understood in English. They were completely unaware of privacy laws. Because the computer was locked during check-in and they still needed to register us, they held our passports and told us to pick them up the next morning. When I objected, the gentleman was annoyed and, without consultation or permission, made copies of passports under the scanner. This is illegal under European law and is punishable by law. Getting out after closing time was difficult because the gentleman had to get up from his chair to unlock the door. Shouldn't this door be open for guests anyway? I finally got the last straw to go inside at check-in. After verbally insisting I was going to get my phone charger from the car and threatening to use the emergency exit, the gentleman finally got out of his chair, grumbling in Italian. Disgraceful behavior. The rooms are not ventilated, let alone air-conditioned, and during 30-degree nights, we didn't sleep a wink. When I pointed this out, I was supposed to understand the deferred maintenance?! Furthermore, the yellowed socks of a previous guest were under the bed, which testified to a long absence of a vacuum cleaner. Frustratingly, the socks in question were not even that far under the bed, and I noticed them when I picked something up from the floor. A ridiculous scenario; again, the gentlemen just shrugged. Save yourself the trouble... Look for a hotel that actually welcomes guests.
