19/02/2026: Perfect for a lovely stay!
I think I'll come back because this place, with its park, is truly worth discovering.
I gave it 3 stars for the food because I wasn't expecting such basic fare, which didn't quite match the setting. However, everything was paid for by Air France because my flight was cancelled. Thank you, Air France, for allowing me to discover this magnificent place.
30/12/2025: Did I have to wear a shirt and tie to get into my reserved room?
The gentleman at the front desk who worked the night shift needs a lesson in good manners!! Terrible customer service.

18/02/2026: The worst experience in Venice, not even in St. Mark's Square did I feel so ignored. The food was awful; we ate there because we were short on time and regretted it. The bathrooms were filthy, the food was even worse, and the waiter had black fingernails and was very unpleasant. Don't even think about stopping there.
12/02/2026: A regular bar. It's fine for a slightly cheaper drink than at Treviso airport, which is 20 meters away.

01/02/2026: You clever people! I'm on the Deliveroo platform with the "pay with meal vouchers" option enabled. Too bad that when you order and pay with vouchers, they cancel your order! I had bought four ordinary classic pizzas and the response (after paying, luckily Deliveroo reimbursed me) was "order cancelled because the pizzas (all four!!) were sold out (???)
23/01/2026: the worst experience was the old gentleman at the counter who couldn't speak, he's very rude, if you're tired go home, horrible man

29/10/2025: The atmosphere is beautiful, very nostalgic, typical of those hotels that only appear on TV shows these days. The staff is very kind and helpful. A well-deserved 5 stars.
14/10/2025: If I could give it a -10 it would make me happy. It is the worst hotel I have ever visited in my entire life. I am amazed that such a rotten place with scammers who take your money is still open. You would be better off sleeping in a flat than in this rubbish.

12/11/2025: Compared to what I read, it seems I stopped in a different place. I stopped with my daughter and a friend. We didn't even buy anything, but we played with the wonderful owner, Pepe, the dog, and chatted pleasantly with the kind and courteous owner. We took photos, and he told us about the peaks we could see from there, and what we could see from the little church on Cima Mandria.
Wonderful place, kind man, we even regretted not stopping for something.
Pepe was unforgettable, as was the Grappa.
09/11/2025: A mountain hut located halfway along the Via delle Meatte loop. The staff were rude and very rude, the food was sparse and poorly served. The bill was ridiculous.
