08/01/2026: We've been frequenting this place for a while. Both the pizza and the food are excellent, with generous portions. The atmosphere is very refined, and also suitable for groups. The staff is kind and friendly.

27/02/2026: The experience was terrifying. They're not happy to have families with children and have no problem showing it. The bathroom is way beyond the pale.

24/06/2025: I stayed three weeks and loved it. The owners are super nice, friendly, personable, and professional. This establishment has an elevator for your heavy suitcases/trollies! There are plenty of food options within just a short walk. Street noise is very low in this area. The lobby has a bar with plenty of drink options. The morning breakfast is plentiful and early. There is outdoor seating. As a corporate traveler, I stay in many different places, some nice, some not so nice. I would stay here with my family. BatesX3 from Kansas City loved his stay here. I stayed three weeks and loved it. The owners are super nice, friendly, personable, and professional. This establishment has an elevator for your heavy suitcases/trolleys! 03/02/2025: The hotel is run by wonderful, helpful, and very welcoming people. Clean rooms, excellent breakfast, and friendly staff. I would recommend it to anyone staying in the area. Excellent location and available parking.

17/02/2026: At 9:19 PM, after calling, I was told the kitchen was closed... I went to bed without dinner like little children. I'll treasure this.

22/11/2025: 5 STARS! THE BEST GELATO PARLOR IN THE AREA! I just left this wonderful gelato shop and I have to say it was an incredible experience! The gelato is simply divine, the flavors are all original and delicious, and the service was impeccable.

20/11/2025: A gelato shop with excellent gelato. Let's just say it surprised us; you can taste the care they put into the product. The kindness of the staff immediately puts you at ease. It will become our go-to gelato shop.

12/12/2025: I had lunch with my family at this refuge, easily accessible by car. The setting is beautiful, well-kept, and clean. The staff was courteous and helpful. However, the experience was a negative one for us. We had a reservation for 1:30 PM and, without any warning, we found ourselves in the main room where about 25 people were celebrating a birthday. We couldn't talk. We ordered a mixed appetizer that included a generous amount of crostini (the kind you put in soups) and we didn't understand why... perhaps to cover up cheap holes? The gnocchi, which were advertised as homemade on the menu, were clearly industrial. I ordered radicchio and beans with pancetta, consisting of four radicchio leaves, half a ladle of beans, and maybe a slice of pancetta, all for €12! I honestly appreciate home cooking, but you can't get it with small portions and restaurant prices, considering it's a refuge, but conveniently served by a paved road. I felt like I was being cheated. We definitely won't be coming back.

20/10/2025: After a nice trek in the Cansiglio, we stopped for a hot drink. I wonder how they could have served us a miserable panna cotta in a small paper cup and charged us €4. It's not done... perhaps it would have been better to say they didn't have any left.

08/03/2026: We waited literally an hour for four pizzas, which was definitely excessive. The dining room was quite full, but many tables had already finished eating; meanwhile, takeout pizzas continued to come out, while those seated inside were left waiting. When they finally arrived, the pizzas weren't even bad. Overall, they were good, but the Neapolitan-style pizzas didn't really have much in common with true Neapolitan dough: it was simply thicker, lacking the typical characteristics found in other pizzerias or in Naples. Also, the crust on one of the pizzas was slightly undercooked. The only positive note: the service staff were very kind.

20/02/2026: Welcoming staff, soft, tasty, and light pizza. I recommend it as a "quiet" spot for a nice evening.

19/05/2025: Sunday family lunch on the outdoor veranda, sheltered from the street by a hedge and grapevines. We celebrated Grandma's birthday. We also had some very young guests at the table, including a vegetarian. The fish (and other) menu satisfied all generations. The portions were adequate. Fresh fish and tasty dishes prepared to order. This justifies a bit of a wait between courses. But when you're celebrating, you shouldn't rush. I can't comment on the price, since we were invited. The background music was pleasant. The service was discreet, professional, and courteous. They offered us a small appetizer while we waited and a digestif at the end of the meal. I recommend it. I'd also like to try it in the evening, for a different atmosphere. I know they have live music.

13/05/2025: I had high expectations from friends' advice, but not everything was as good as I had hoped. I would go back anyway.

20/02/2026: The staff doesn't know what cocoa is, the bill doesn't show the amount paid, pleasant and quiet atmosphere.

10/02/2026: Sara, the woman who runs the place, is very knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. It's not easy to find people like that.

14/01/2026: Whenever I pass through Treviso's city center, I never miss the opportunity to stop by this café, and this morning I treated myself to a fragrant chocolate lobster and an excellent coffee. In addition to the quality of the products, I always appreciate the professionalism (the coffee is excellent) and the courtesy and kindness of the owner, with whom I sometimes exchange a few brief conversations, customers permitting. When I'm with friends, I often sit outside in the adjacent square, where you can spend time in complete tranquility. It's worth it, and I return every time I'm in the area.

08/01/2026: The staff is really friendly (just be polite, because politeness is FREE). The outdoor seating is really beautiful and welcoming, especially in the winter when it's all lit up with fairy lights on the trees. I'm a regular customer, in fact, I'm there practically every day, and if I need to have an aperitif with friends or family, I always come here. I recommend trying it ;)

18/01/2026: Nice atmosphere, but rude and impolite staff. I asked for a water, and the waiter responded, "Do you think they're paying me for this?" I don't think I need to add anything else.

08/01/2026: The environment is quite rough, with many rooms and small rooms spread across different floors. The bathrooms need to be redone. Prices are above average.
