And I say that I had a very good time before saying that I ate well, only for the fact that I have experienced on myself the importance of feeling well overall compared to just eating well. Pippone premise aside, let's get to the point: We had lunch outside On the beautiful terrace overlooking the surrounding hills of Monfumo: very good starter of fresh cold cuts, the taste was reminiscent of authentic and non-industrial flavours. I was with friends and we ordered a couple of ribs as well as a mixed fish dish. The tender meat of indigenous origin (Bassano del grappa) was cooked to perfection. We settled for the house wine, I think it was a Cabernet but I don't remember if Franc or Sauvignon. The aftertaste was sweet so I'm more inclined to think it was Sauvignon.
