11/03/2026: We were lucky enough to find Osteria Castagner on a Sunday for lunch, but we arrived a little late, around 2 pm, and they kindly let us sit at the table. To my great surprise, the menu included homemade gnocchi and tagliatelle, grilled chicken, the beloved late-season Treviso radicchio, and other very interesting appetizers. The atmosphere is simple but clean and well-kept, the staff are professional, attentive, and kind, and the food is authentic and very good. We had a cream of leek soup and gnocchi with ragù, both excellent, and then two grilled chicken legs with grilled Treviso radicchio and beans with Tropea onion, all washed down with a good extra brut prosecco. The food was excellent, the portions were decidedly generous, and the wine was just right. The price was very fair. Recommended. Well done!

07/07/2025: It's not a hotel, nor a hostel; it's a B&B, a different kind of accommodation: it doesn't have a reception, check-in is done via WhatsApp sent by Annaisa, and with codes to open the box containing the key with your room number. That's why it's cheaper than a hotel, and from that point of view, simpler and more practical. It has few rooms, but they are spacious and beautiful; in some, the bathrooms are outside. The breakfast schedule is tight but well-designed, simple but sufficient. The entire building is decorated with great care, vintage, and with very unusual objects; it feels like a small museum. The location is very good; everything is close by, and free public parking is just a block away. Check-out is also a bit tight, at 10:00. What are you doing in the city at that time with your suitcases in tow? Annaisa is very friendly, and you can probably leave your suitcases there, but without a reception and a new code, it could be complicated. In any case, it's excellent value for money, especially for visiting this beautiful and surprising city while you wait for your flight. Recommended for young couples

18/12/2025: TASTY and/or EXQUISITE DISHES Today I wanted to try lunch (Thursday, December 18, 2025) at the Bar La Nuova Sosta in Treviso - TV; and I can tell you, simply, Tasty and/or Exquisite Dishes. Why? First of all, there's true kindness; meaning respect and the like. As for the food,... well... I ate very well! like, as in the attached photo, Boiled Beef with Green Beans. and/or Meatballs in Tomato Sauce with Potatoes. Furthermore, thanks to the Fixed Price Menu, I honestly paid; even less than I thought. For everything else, I'd say everything was OK; from the bathroom to the parking. Francesco

22/02/2026: I'll start by saying that I'm a vegetarian, and I can say that I've found many variations and suggestions for my diet too! Pumpkin and gorgonzola meatballs are DELICIOUS! The portions of the second course are also very generous. I've also been told that the tartare and lasagna of the day are excellent. The only small complaint is that the spaces are a bit tight. I recommend it!

02/02/2026: The atmosphere is average, rather cold (temperature) and a bit dirty: the mirrors, the bathroom sink, the glasses, all small details that don't convey a pleasant image. The menu is limited. The dishes aren't bad, but they're not excellent either. Pricey: €55 for two first courses, an appetizer for two, a water, and a coffee. I don't recommend it.
