01/04/2024: In the center of Rovigo we came across this tavern. Young and courteous staff welcome you in a beautiful and well-kept environment. The large counter at the entrance where we had the opportunity to eat stands out.
The menu offers dishes and refined combinations. Excellent value for money.
Excellent selection of wines and gins.

01/04/2024: Got a hamburger with chips, raw meat and chips too. The waitress tells us that we could have told them as soon as they arrived. At the checkout I point this out and they say "sorry", no excuses, no discount, nothing that would make me say "oh well, it can happen". I certainly won't be returning.

I liked it a lot, the place is under AIC control.
Really friendly and welcoming staff.
Characteristic, very suggestive medieval themed environment
If I'm in the area again I will certainly return

06/04/2024: Tavernetta Dante is certainly the best typical restaurant offers in Rovigo Centre. Location in perfect position on Corso del Popolo, menu with few things, all done very well, it's a shame, having to drive, not to have focused on the wine list. As far as I'm concerned sardines and scampi in saor and Vicenza-style cod to frame and make the subject of lessons. Punctual and discreet service, online account. Those who drank with me tell of an Olympus prosecco! Truly a beautiful reality!

From Roberto and Caterina it is always a SUPER GUARANTEE even at Easter 2024 impeccable food and service excellent value for money always very attentive to seasonal products and the quality of the foods and products that you have on the table well prepared and presented..... 09/05/2024: What can I say, you enter with a need, you leave more than satisfied! Exquisite pizza with quality ingredients (and you can feel it). Not just pizza though, so if you're in the area you won't regret stopping by here, even for a "simple" aperitif 🔝
(I recommend the take-away pizza, "raw" to be cooked at home in the oven in 5 minutes!)

If you are looking for a place where you can eat well, especially at lunch (because it was at lunch that I met them), look at how full the car park is... This is Umberto (Berto to his friends), one of the owner brothers, 40 years old cook, now retired, and is the first to welcome you in the square, taking away the trouble of looking for a place for the car. Then you enter and find an almost familiar, easy-going environment, like entering the homes of ordinary people. Nothing refined or sophisticated. Indeed, everything is functional and essential. Because you come here to eat, not to show off, with ultra-starred cuisine, artistic dishes for palates so refined that you no longer even understand what's on your plate and can boast of where you've been afterwards. No, here we eat as we speak and we speak as we eat. Simple recipes, the same as always. Because ordinary people stop to eat here, the authentic ones, the ones who work. Those people who, since they spit their soul out at work, at least at the table need the comfort of true and genuine flavours. And all this is not missing here, on the contrary... In fact, whoever stops here, then on the way out has the decency to also say thank you, a custom that is no longer very common nowadays.

Very good and appetizing pizza, rich in ingredients and with a very soft dough.
Very quick and kind service in satisfying every type of request, and prompt in reporting various changes in the pizzas.
Very pleasant place divided into various rooms, which focuses a lot on intimacy.
To be enjoyed where it is located, when taking a tour of the town centre.
