15/06/2026: We stayed just one night at this hotel. It's a quiet place, with beautiful, rustic yet modern rooms. The mattresses are comfortable, and the bathroom is nice and equipped with all the essential amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful.

10/06/2026: About 30 minutes from Ferrara, we found this hotel with a wonderful, spacious room. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside it's truly gorgeous. And the aroma wafting from the kitchen was amazing. Everyone was so kind.

I recommend the "cicchetto" as an appetizer; the first courses are excellent, and in general, when we want to eat well, we know we're on the safe side. I can't give an estimate of the noise level because it depends on the evening: one evening, we were next to a large table in the small room at the back and practically ran away before dessert; another evening, however, the place was crowded with couples and was quiet. I really appreciate that they've installed deflectors under the air conditioners so that the air doesn't hit you.

12/06/2026: I walk in, specifying that I found them on Google for a takeout pizza. I ask for a Margherita, and they tell me it's available. I pay €7.50 with a free drink. There are five tables, for a total of 16 people, eight of whom are already eating. I'm not notified that the pizza is NOT round. After about 25 minutes, the waitress hands me the takeout box, apologizing for the wait. A square pizza, already cut into four pieces, with one entire side burned. It's nothing like pizza at all, it looks like an overcooked and dry focaccia. So crispy I cut my palate.

25/07/2026: We've always eaten well and enjoyed ourselves, and after a few years, we wanted to return last night. The food was very good, no complaints there; but the service was terrible. Extremely slow! We waited over an hour to be served, and they brought the side dishes first, and the Florentine steak half an hour later. The end result was that the vegetables were cold when the meat was brought. We ordered a Florentine steak, and for some reason, all the other customers were shown the steak before it was cooked, but we weren't. Mystery! In my opinion, the bill was very expensive: €123 for a Florentine steak for two, a glass of red wine, still water, and two side dishes. And then the icing on the cake: they asked us if we wanted to take home some of the leftover Florentine steak, and we said yes. And in the end, on the bill, we found €0.40 for the takeout tray! This has never happened to us before!! It was a disappointment, and we're very sorry because we've always had a great time here in the past!

07/08/2026: We stopped in today for lunch while passing through. We came in and they only had the daily menu, so you can't choose anything else. With two small children, it was a bit of an inconvenience. The service wasn't very good; they brought the wrong water. When they came to the table to take our order, my wife and I talked and decided to leave because there wasn't anything we wanted. Parking is limited, and during peak hours, workers stop by, making it impossible to park.

We opted for a super vegetarian club sandwich with "veggie meat." The girls serving and preparing the food were very friendly. For me, it's a yes.
