21/07/2026: We launched the boat, booked a room for the night, and grabbed a bite to eat while we were there. Quick service and quality food. All the staff were very kind and helpful, and they even gave me great advice on how to navigate the delta by boat. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, with air conditioning and comfortable beds. I'll definitely be back very soon.

21/07/2026: Great café/bistro in Rosolina Mare. Toast and sandwiches are made with fresh bread and high-quality ingredients; the pizza is excellent; the desserts are also highly recommended. All in all, a place run with a lot of love and friendliness.

20/07/2026: Excellent breakfasts with their own artisanal brioche. The toasts, sandwiches, and pizzas are excellent, all homemade. You must try their Caleri gin. And then, of course, we must mention their gorgeous cats... If you want a different and original place for breakfast, a lunch break, or an evening drink, you have to stop by.

28/04/2026: Nice place, definitely convenient for those with kids. We had a pizza, very thin and crispy, bordering on overcooked, and a tagliata with arugula and parmesan, cold but good. I don't think I'll be back.

27/07/2026: We visited this venue for an '80s-themed evening, but we saw very little of the advertised theme: even the music selection had nothing to do with the promised era, except perhaps the structure of the venue itself. Added to this are the decidedly exorbitant prices (the cheapest bottle starts at a whopping €50) and, above all, the service management that left us extremely disappointed. Since it was our first time there, we noticed an embarrassing disparity in treatment: while the service at the tables of regulars or acquaintances seemed impeccable and attentive, our table was constantly neglected, leaving us waiting and highlighting a clear difference in attention. We are not at all satisfied. We do not recommend it and certainly will not return.

26/07/2026: I usually frequent this place for work, with well-known locals; I returned for a family lunch as a "stranger" and found the treatment reserved for outsiders completely different. The service was truly awful, with a rude waitress who pretended to be a "sommelier" without merit (she didn't let us taste the wine, and then, annoyed by the remark, threw the bottle of water on the table). As for the appetizers, even though we had requested a mixed one, they only arrived as a trio, not even presented, so it was impossible to know what we had tasted, while the first courses arrived cold. The bill was rather steep. Overall, I wouldn't return and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, despite the place's reputation.

10/06/2026: We had the most delicious meal, we were there to celebrate my father's 80th who is from the region. Gloria was very efficient in communicating the whole time ( we live in Canada ) the food is amazing and authentic regional food basically all is home made. Very professional , I had ordered in advance too many deserts, she pointed out it was a lot but I still went ahead and ordered. On site when she brought the birthday cake, delicious, she asked me again to make sure, and she was indeed right! and I asked not to serve the rest of deserts. In a world where everything is about selling it is much appreciated to see that ! The dining room atmosphere is superb, you feel like being in someone's house and not in a restaurant. Highly highly recommend if you are looking for real homemade local food. When you see that the dining room is full with locals don't look any further....!

23/07/2026: Delicious pizza! The dough is light, easy to digest, and perfectly cooked, while the quality ingredients are evident from the first bite. We tried the 3 Volte Pizza menu: Fried, Round, and in Pala. The staff is truly welcoming; we were served by Luca, who was very attentive to detail, quick in his service, and attentive to our needs and those of our four-legged friend. The restaurant is also very well-kept and clean. Excellent value for money. I will definitely be back.

19/07/2026: A welcoming place with fast and friendly staff! Quality pizzas with a refined, crispy crust. The beer selection is also good, and the desserts are delicious. Prices are in line with the quality of the products. Definitely worth at least one visit.

02/06/2026: I visited this trattoria yesterday for the first time with a group of friends. It's located in a very quiet area, the atmosphere is simple, the food is truly excellent, and the service is impeccable. Luckily, these places still exist, where you feel at home, away from the usual tourist traps and superficial restaurants. Compliments to all the staff.

02/06/2026: Hi, for the first time on June 2nd, I booked a table by chance because many restaurants were closed. Unfamiliar with the place, I was initially disappointed, as it was located in a gas station. However, upon entering and, more importantly, tasting and enjoying my order, I was delighted with the quality and quantity of the food and the service provided by Miss Pamela. I highly recommend this restaurant, and even though I come from a seaside town, I found quality and courtesy here.

24/04/2026: Very nice atmosphere. If I really had to find a flaw, it would be the noise, but the rooms are large, with high, vaulted ceilings, so soundproofing would be complicated and risk ruining the medieval atmosphere. The pizza was excellent, but the rest of the food I saw passing by wasn't bad either. The price-quality ratio was fair.

05/07/2026: The perfect atmosphere for a lovely evening with friends. Fresh, high-quality fish. The house antipasto is highly recommended: a true feast for the eyes and the palate. The fried fish is a delight and extraordinarily rich. We also tried the risotto: delicious, flavorful, and creamy, perfectly cooked. So much care and attention was taken in the plating. A special thanks to all the staff for their professionalism and kindness throughout the evening. We will definitely be back to try other specialties!

22/02/2026: I had lunch today with my wife. We had the Fraterna appetizer, which was good prosciutto crudo, but salami was too fatty and cheese was very fresh. Next up was gnocchi topped with artichoke hearts and too much cream (someone explain what that was for), and the duck bigoli was mediocre. One major flaw: at the end of the appetizers, I asked to remove the grilled meat from my order, but was told it was almost ready... In fact, after the first courses, it arrived almost cold (so I didn't eat it). Frankly, I was disappointed and a little disappointed.

29/11/2025: Excellent... Delicious cold cuts and meats and top service... it's practically like being with family... Must try the grilled salami.
