14/11/2025: I'd been a few weeks ago and was so satisfied I returned. But this time the experience was negative. Chaotic service, a shaky table, and cold, stringy, and unsalted baked potatoes. I asked for salt, but the salt shaker didn't work and kept spinning. Beautiful location with a view of the cathedral.

28/10/2025: Two friends and I each had a cappuccino (€1.80) and sat outside. Everything was fine until they told my friend she couldn't eat her homemade yogurt and granola. We tried to explain that we'd ordered from them anyway and that she wasn't making a mess, but there was no way: they simply didn't care. Shortly afterward, they also told me I couldn't eat my croissant, which I'd bought elsewhere, "for hygiene reasons." They weren't rude, but their attitude was unhelpful and unwelcoming. I won't be returning, and I hope they take this feedback into account to improve the service.

02/08/2025: Nightmare experience, I received the wrong pizza and I told myself it's okay, but how is it okay? If you make a mistake you have to fix it, the pizza isn't free, instead arrogance and contempt for customers, never again. Excuse me, but you feel okay with me, saying the pizza is wrong is okay? You didn't speak to me, but everyone in the house heard what you said, "This is the new seafood, if you want, come back here and I'll move the surimi." Does that seem normal to you? You should have apologized and remade the pizza instead of making excuses with that superior tone you can't have, but I think you don't understand, given what you wrote.

02/08/2025: I have no words for this experience, my daughter and her little boy went to get 5 pizzas, when they got home one pizza was completely wrong, seafood was wrong, and they told me first that the seafood is like that, but in reality it was on another pizza with tuna and shrimp surimi, and they replied that it is like that, the seafood from today, but on the menu it is a different pizza, then they told me that I can go there and they will move the surimi!! Then they told me, okay, 50 cents left, and in the end they told me they had to answer another call!!!! Why am I asking to remake the pizza? Are we out of line? You make a mistake and I have to agree? Everyone can make mistakes, but making up lies because you don't want to admit you made a mistake and leave a customer with 10 euros wasted, definitely not. Pizzerias like this are just incompetent, not admitting a mistake and responding by treating a customer like an idiot, they have no reason to exist, stay away. You owe respect to those who pay for one product and receive another. Instead of admitting your mistake, you make up stupid things and answer me rudely on the phone even though you made a mistake. And you knew you were wrong. You took the money, I didn't eat the pizza.

13/10/2025: It was the WORST experience of my life do yourself a favour and do not go. The service was horrible we got told what we could eat, no proper menu and uneasy environment. Now the worst part was the food. The pasta sauce came out of a glass jar and shoved in a microwave. Would give a lower rating if I could but I can’t. DO NOT GO

27/09/2025: Excellent cuisine, traditional atmosphere It takes you back to the atmosphere of Padua's university life in the 1970s.

03/12/2025: As a longtime patron of this establishment, I was clearly saddened to learn that the previous management, due to retirement, would be leaving. I recently decided to give the new management a chance, but I must say with great sadness that there is no trace of the professionalism and courtesy of the past...only the walls remain of the old Bar Bologna. What a shame.

03/12/2025: The new management truly put together an evening aperitif: a selection of excellent wines that perfectly complemented the occasion, and the bar staff were always friendly and attentive. A truly enjoyable experience.

25/08/2025: Fantastic, great prices! Very good, especially they know how to put together the dishes perfectly, such as the caprese.

07/05/2025: Friendly and professional staff, I stopped for a business lunch, food quality average. Owner exceptional and helpful person.

03/12/2025: I love the interior design, the attitude of the stuff and especially their mini breads with raisins and chocolate. They have a good coffee too. You can take your order and have a coffee in the bar inside before you leave the place.

14/11/2025: Cappuccino and croissant €3.75. A wide selection of cookies and pastries, but no croissants; I only found one type. You can eat at the counter or on a stool next to a shelf. The bakery is located in a limited traffic zone.

10/07/2025: Destination of some lunch breaks, in the citadel near the Europa park. Fortunately we almost never had to wait and we always found a table (even if during the lunch rush the chaos takes over, both in terms of noise level of people who start shouting to talk, and of the waitresses who go crazy with the rush and chaos all in a short moment). There is always the menu of the day, some dishes are almost fixed but almost always there is something new and options for everyone: first courses, second courses, salads, toasts, piadinas, sandwiches,... The sandwiches in my opinion are very good, the dishes were not always special, edible but not to ask for seconds. I think the dishes are already prepared and when you order them they put them in the microwave making them reach burning temperatures which however after a short while pass and the dish becomes lukewarm/cold (effect that you get when you heat it in the microwave: from hell to cold in a very short time). The helpful staff, average coffee and desserts.

11/10/2025: If you want to eat typical Venetian food, you can't miss trying the fabulous dishes of this place☺️

02/09/2025: Two plates of mediocre pasta, two glasses of unusually bad red wine, and two coffees for €45. The ambiance is pleasant, but the service is unambitious.

27/06/2025: Excellent coffee but above all extreme kindness: they allowed me to work sitting at the table outside even after the place closed. It is not a given so thank you very much!

14/08/2025: The portions are small but tasty, for children and women's stomachs it's okay, but men need to order two dishes. Friendly and helpful staff. It's a pity that getting there by car is a winding road and there's nowhere to park, it's always full of people.

10/08/2025: Overlooking one of the most beautiful bays on the La Spezia coast, the restaurant offers a good fish menu and good quality pizzas, the kindness and friendliness of the staff increase the pleasure of dining

19/06/2025: Give power to a person to see who he is. Rude, ill-mannered but above all arrogant, the owner. They made money, they work hard, strategic location, people are difficult, I understand but this does not excuse the behavior he had ... he arrived, he does not have to listen, overbearing, he knows, and he can refuse to serve you by shouting, it is his house. I was ashamed, as a foreigner and also owner of a public establishment.

11/04/2025: I don't know if he is the owner but the gentleman who manages the cash register is arrogant and rude, he doesn't speak, he shouts, the reason? Nowadays you pay with your mobile phone everywhere, strangely in this place they want cash for tax stamps and for every purchase. I bought the same things at a different tobacco shop without any problems. Dark and smelly environment. Not recommended👎🏽

26/10/2025: Terrible experience, rude staff, and nonexistent table service. We sat down for breakfast and after a 30-minute wait at the table, we asked inside for two cappuccinos, but they told us the cafeteria was closed even though it was 40 minutes before closing time.
