05/07/2026: ❌ Unacceptable rudeness and total disrespect (0 Stars)
I'm giving one star because zero isn't an option.
I approached the counter and very politely asked the two ladies serving me, "I'm sitting at the table in front of you. I'd like to order a draft beer, but I need to know the ingredients due to some food intolerances."
One of them responded with a curt and annoyed response: "Beer ingredients? Sorry, it's just beer!" When I asked for help, since I couldn't read the label behind the counter from where I was, I was told with great annoyance that the ingredients weren't listed and that "I'd be better off getting something else."
The most absurd thing is that the ingredients were clearly written and visible behind them. All it took was a little courtesy to turn around and read them, instead of responding in such an impolite tone.
I find this behavior truly unacceptable. Being treated with such annoyance and condescension simply for asking a legitimate question is intolerable. Such a welcome, completely lacking in courtesy and professionalism, ruins the customer experience. I left deeply disappointed and disappointed by the treatment I received. Terrible service, stay away.
03/07/2026: The owner is very kind. The waitresses, a little less so. One girl made us move from a table, saying the aisle between it and the wall needed to be kept clear. Then someone else arrived, sat down, and she served him calmly. The hot sandwiches are delicious. The Spritz is average, and costs €4, a reasonable price.

01/04/2025: Cibo nella media e locale ben tenuto ma molto rumoroso e con tempi d’attesa a dir poco biblici. Ordinato 3 galletti, 2 tagliate ed un panino abbiamo aspettato 1:45. Nemmeno uno “scusate per l’attesa” da parte della direzione o un cenno di comprensione avendo 2 bambini piccoli non è stata una cena così rilassante, bastava almeno portare ai piccoli qualche cosa da mangiare prima, e dare presenza, ma tolti i ragazzi della sala che non sapevano più cosa dirci non c’è stato interesse per il cliente. Tralasciamo poi il club sandwich messo in conto e mai ordinato… peccato averlo solo averlo scoperto una volta a casa.

Managed with talent, passion, and professionalism by Manuela and Federico, who turn it into a beauty atelier, the shop offers minimalist designer furniture, home decor and linens, a selection of clothing and jewelry, a line of high-quality botanical cosmetics, and a selection of art, design, architecture, fashion, and photography books in refined editions.
I've known and frequented Maison Hand since it opened in the beautiful Piazzetta Eremitani in Padua, and thanks to Manuela and Federico's hospitality, helpfulness, and expertise, I've always been very satisfied with the purchases I've made there.
I highly recommend a visit!
