22/03/2025: I saw some locals sitting inside. I'd been looking for a place to get myself a coffee anyway, so I figured I'd come in. The place did not disappoint me. Excellent latte macchiato, friendly service and comfortable chairs.

08/02/2025: Il locale si trova in una delle piazzette più intime di Padova, adiacente alla Chiesa degli Eremitami e alla Cappella degli Scrovegni. I proprietari sono molto simpatici e professionali. Il caffè è buonissimo! Pasti veloci fatti al minuto! Complimenti!

03/03/2025: Un bel locale, specializzato soprattuto in cucina di mare, con piatti ricercati e una interessante carta dei vini. L’antipasto è stato anonimo, mentre il primo piatto è stato squisito; accattivante il dessert.

22/11/2024: Dear murderers (bread €7.5/kg) and they don't weigh the bread! Attendant: "this bread is €1, this is €2 Me: "so do you sell bread by the piece?" Janitor: "no, I'm just saying this from experience..." Coincidentally, on the receipt the prices were round 1 and 2€ so they didn't even weigh the product for me.

11/03/2025: Sono entrato in questa enoteca con la mia compagna per un aperitivo. L'oste era in quel momento assente e in sua vece c'era una tizia totalmente incompetente. Non sapeva cosa fosse un metodo classico e ha chiesto a me quale calice fosse quello corretto per servirlo. Il vino era mediocre (sebbene l'oste al suo ritorno ne abbia decantato la qualità). Non mi è stato servito niente da mangiare e ho pagato la bellezza di 20€. Peraltro, il prezzo è stato stabilito totalmente a caso. Da come mi è parso, si tratta di un luogo frequentato da una compagnia di amici del proprietario, invero poco eleganti, che lo usano come fosse il proprio soggiorno. Se avete pretese poco più che minime, vi consiglio di evitare questo locale.

05/02/2025: Honest suburban fish restaurant, classic local menu with prices appropriate to the quality. However, the restaurant (on Tuesday) was empty and there was the cook who also acted as a waiter. This was a bit strange, but the food was still decent, even if some things written on the menu didn't correspond with what was previously reported.

16/03/2025: Unfortunately my experience in this ice cream shop was not the best. As soon as I entered, I found a chaotic and frenetic atmosphere, to the point that it seemed impossible to understand what was happening. The service was hasty and not very attentive, in particular a middle-aged lady, blonde with light eyes, who served the ice cream in an almost impatient way, making everything less pleasant. As for the portions, I find it absurd that a single scoop, which already costs €1.70, is so tiny that it cannot even be defined as such. I don't understand the point of being so stingy with quantities, as if an extra spoonful of ice cream would make a difference for the place. Overall, I didn't find this ice cream shop to be a pleasant place and I definitely wouldn't go back.

09/02/2025: Cena con 7 amici il sabato sera. Premetto che la qualità del cibo è sempre ottima (galletto piatto forte del locale) club sandwich molto buono e anche gli hamburger, tutti contenti del cibo in generale. L’unica vera pecca è il servizio. Camerieri sempre molto gentili ed educati. Se il bere ti arriva praticamente subito, per i panini e piatti vari abbiamo aspettato 45 minuti. E credetemi, nonostante fosse sabato sera, il locale non era strapieno. Sono sempre andato al Galloway (e continuerò ad andarci) ma questo problema si riscontra ogni volta. Attesa un po’ esagerata per dei panini, non stiamo parlando di piatti di pesce o risotti con tempi di cottura lunghi. Come risolvere? Purtroppo in cucina secondo me c’è più di qualche intoppo. Anche perché è successa la stessa cosa per i dolci e infine per i caffè…. Cercare di migliorare velocità e poi sarà davvero un locale da 5 stelle. Per il resto rapporto qualità/prezzo ottima. The owner welcomed us by offering us some dishes without showing us the menu and stating that we wouldn't need them because the options for that evening would be limited. We insisted and they gave us a list of first and second courses, without a wine list or anything else. The son offered to show us a couple of bottles without obviously giving us an idea of ​​the costs we requested. A bottle of water paid for 4 euros... a 25 euro wine served without the usual consent from the customer if it was not appreciated. Starter not received from the menu, terrible, like the parmigiana. Crazy count for how much eaten. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE And I invite the poor unfortunates to ask for a price list since it is a right to know what you will spend. NEVER AGAIN.

15/03/2025: Io e mia figlia abbiamo preso una fetta di torta alla ricotta. C’era la muffa dentro. Non dico altro! Al posto delle scuse della proprietaria mi sono sentita dire che dovevo pagare l’acqua xche quella l’avevo bevuta. Un trionfo di incompetenza e maleducazione!

22/02/2025: Focaccia immangiabile pagata un rene e gettata nel cestino. Al kg costa più del crudo di Parma. Chiamare focaccia genovese, un pezzo di pane vecchio (che secondo me aveva 3 giorni) è un insulto alla popolazione ligure.
