10/10/2025: One of the best culinary experiences we’ve ever had. You deserve your second star!

05/10/2025: My wife and I have tried a few michelin starred restaurants and this one stands out, cannot recommend it highly enough. They explain how their farm works, the dairy production/crops/animals. They talked about how the uneaten food is recycled to their animals. They talked about how they were using ingredients in non traditional ways to stick to their farm to table ethos (such as preparing celery in such a way as to get sugar out of it). Really fascinating stuff. The food was absolutely phenomenal. We loved the amuse bouche with peas (pictured). Their rye bread and butter were incredibly special (pictured). The main was beef tongue w/ this herbal ragout that was fantastic. A wonderful surprise was being able to see their cheese making in the basement while having the housemade cheese course (pictured). They were kind and flexible to dietary restrictions and the amount of alcohol you wanted to drink (you could order a wine pairing or just glass-by-glass pairings with your meal. the wine pairing was like 8-10, my wife got 3). I made reservations a couple weeks prior to our vacation there, no issue.

14/12/2025: We chose to take a nice walk to this restaurant from the center of Cortina (all uphill, though...). It was a spectacular sunny day, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was truly excellent. All washed down with an excellent Soave. Prices aren't cheap, but I highly recommend it!

04/10/2025: We stayed here because Cortina was so crowded and we had a tour of Bryce Lake. It was great. The only regret was that the restaurant was closed, so we couldn't enjoy a delicious dinner.

27/11/2025: I went there with a group of friends. Several passersby recommended this restaurant, and they were right! It was delicious! Beautiful place and great staff. They recommended a lovely wine, and the pasta al ragù bianco was succulent!

12/10/2025: Always much appreciated! Courtesy reigns supreme, and the attention to detail in the dishes they offer makes this place one of my favorites. Blessed with a clear day and perfect temperatures, the icing on the cake is having the honor of meeting Mr. Aurelio. In fact, he prefers Aurelio. ❤️

10/12/2025: I used the spa as an external client with a group of friends. The spa is private, beautiful, clean, and very reasonably priced for small groups. A nice surprise, especially in an expensive place like Cortina.

31/10/2025: Our stay was excellent. The staff were welcoming, the room was beautifully decorated, fully equipped, and there was a large terrace. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of delicious local products. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

08/11/2025: Best recommend this hotel in Cortina d’ Ampezzo. Nice view, good accommodations, very helpful staff. I forgot my sunglasses during my stay at the hotel and I try to contact the hotel in several times but unfortunately that hotel will be closed on the next day. At first time they seem didn’t find my sunglasses but next 7 days, they informed me that they have found it and sent back to me from Italy to Thailand. Thank you very much. That’s really change my opinion about the hotel in Italy.

03/11/2025: This place now holds a very special place in our hearts. My now wife and I chose the Dolomites as our wedding elopement location and Dolomití Lodge couldn't have been better hosts. Veronica and the rest of the team up front were so warm and friendly and we felt at ease and comfortable right when we walked in. We chose a junior suite and we loved the open space and the in-room sauna. The mountain views you get from your room are unbelievable. The amenities are really great including a nice, quiet gym, a beautiful pool and relaxation room with spectacular views and a wonderful spa. The restaurant is top notch! They really take care of their guests at breakfast with a lot of great options and excellent service. The dinner menu is fantastic and there are plenty of really good wine options. We particularly loved the gnocchi, green spaetzle and the strudel. Special shoutout to Guilia for taking really good care of us throughout our stay. Overall, this is just a really lovely place and we were so happy that we chose to stay here for this special time in our lives. We cant wait to come back!

28/09/2025: A true gem in Cortina d'Ampezzo! This long-established restaurant perfectly combines the elegance of Cortina with refined, innovative cuisine. The atmosphere is just what you dream of when you think of the Dolomites: a welcoming, wood-clad stube, hand-painted stoves, and meticulous attention to detail. The cuisine is excellent, with dishes that respect local tradition but with a truly appreciable contemporary twist. I absolutely recommend the cheese cappellacci topped with flavorful speck, the Iberian pork pluma—a surprising, light dish that melts in the mouth—and to finish, the chocolate mousse tart, which is unmissable! The service was impeccable: attentive, professional, and fast, worthy of the refined setting. The wine list also deserves special mention for its comprehensiveness. The prices are in line with the quality offered and the location. A must-visit when in Cortina—we'll definitely be back!

26/09/2025: A unique and special place for those who love nature and horses. It offers a unique view, among the most beautiful in the Dolomites.

09/10/2025: We were welcomed by very warm and friendly staff all night. Every dish was delicious and perfectly cooked! During the day the views of the mountains through the window is also really nice. We got the Sea Bass made in a special way in salt which was really tender and fresh. Lobster linguine did not disappoint either! Would come back

13/12/2025: The pizza is tasteless and has an undefined flavour, the girl who works has an attitude that is not in keeping with what you would expect in a restaurant.

12/12/2025: Terrible pizza, frozen pizza is better, raw, soft, and inedible. Terrible service. Different pizzas stacked on a paper plate, smaller than the pizza itself. The brunette girl had zero professionalism. She was rude, "You can go outside," and even arrogant, and gave us a practically cold pizza. I really don't recommend it.

04/07/2025: Incredible views! we ended up parking and walking up the hill but you can just take the gondola here. We got the beef fillet and risotto, delicious! The staff was so friendly, we dream of this place. Would’ve loved to do the observatory dinner but we already left cortina

29/06/2025: It was the best salmon steak I've ever had. The sauce wasn't special or anything, but the salmon was cooked perfectly, and the envy pasta was a little salty for Korean tastes, but it was so delicious that it was okay. After eating two dishes, I realized it was a great restaurant, so I ordered ravioli as well, and this was so delicious that I was impressed... Try the ravioli and salmon steak..! The dessert wasn't too sweet and was so delicious.

28/10/2025: Last minute stay during late season (end of October) and it was a very pleasant surprise. Comfortable beds, great staff, and we ended up eating in the restaurant even though we had booked a room with no board, and it was delicious. Local food done simple and well. Wish we had more than 16 hours to spend there.

18/12/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant once again, this time in excellent company, sharing the evening with a friend. The atmosphere is refined and welcoming, perfectly in keeping with the exclusive setting of the location: warm lighting, a refined ambience, and a pleasant background music that makes for a relaxing experience. The service was impeccable: the staff were kind, attentive, and always available, making guests feel at ease without ever being intrusive. The main course, Wagyu fillet with foie gras, was simply excellent: top-quality meat, perfectly cooked, and a harmonious pairing, enhanced by an excellent champagne that matched both the dish and the location. The beverage selection is well-thought out and enhances the overall gastronomic experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a high-end culinary experience in Cortina, where the quality of the food, atmosphere, and service combine impeccably.

As for the food, we were pleasantly surprised by the miso soup, which was very tasty, but the hosomaki were very disappointing... simply put, completely skippable. I don't recommend it. Two miso soups, two trays of hosomaki, two scoops of ice cream, and water: €78
