11/07/2025: As in other reviews, I can confirm that this is a trattoria stuck in time, but it's exactly what I expected and what I was looking for, seeking out traditional dishes and flavors. The staff were kind and friendly; otherwise, I found everything else to be average, and my rating is slightly above average. I definitely recommend a visit.

15/06/2025: At Gemma you enter a trattoria that seems to have been frozen in time. You can still have a chat with Mrs. Gemma in the restaurant that is now run by her very good daughters. The choice is not excessive and the food is simple but very tasty, typical of the Venetian tradition. The experience ends with excellent homemade desserts. I recommend the trio of cod and the ricotta and fig dessert!

23/05/2025: What can I say, having lunch here relaxes you. Quiet atmosphere, good food and TOP service (waiter)!! If you are looking for these characteristics, here you can only be satisfied!!

18/02/2025: Oh Vanilla, sanctuary of work, every worker must get his refreshment. A pilgrimage to the grill temple, where lunch is more than a wonder. In the heart of the industrial area, Vanilla remains immortal. A place of worship, food and peace, where the working soul finds its peace.

22/07/2025: Overall, it was OK – the food was tasty, the service was friendly but nothing special. They charge 2 euros per person.

22/07/2025: In a word: disgusting. Service: disgusting (respect and kindness are probably not allowed in this establishment). Food: disgusting (the worst pasta carbo in Italy, they eat better ones in the depths of Indonesia.) Value for money: disgusting (you'll discover many hidden fees on the final bill). In short, if you want to have a bad time and regret your choice, go for it!

05/08/2025: Capitati quasi per caso domenica scorsa per il pranzo. Location incantevole. Titolare estremamente gentile. Personale di sala altrettanto cordiale. Antipasto mio molto buono ( fiori di zucca ripieni di baccalà mantecato) Così come il primo del mio compagno (tortiglioni di patate al ragù bianco). Le noti dolenti sono arrivate con i ns due secondi ordinati: 1 coscia di faraona che non era a mio parere memorabile, ne’ come gusto ne’ come cottura. L’altro secondo ovvero costolette d’agnello deludente (carne molto molto dura). All’atto del pagamento, però il titolare ha compreso quanto verificatosi e non ci ha conteggiato uno dei due secondi. Ottimo gesto da parte Sua. Senz’altro ben gradito da parte nostra. Torneremo. Magari per provare qualche piatto del menu’ di pesce. Un’ultima nota che spero il titolare gentile ed attento non vorrà’ tralasciare : davvero le porzioni sono (troppo) risicate. Mi creda… la quantità del cibo suggerisco davvero di riconsiderarla, implementandola. Grazie.

03/08/2025: Locale molto bello e curato con vista sui colli. Personale cortese e premuroso. Piatti qualitativamente buoni ma porzioni ristrette in rapporto ai prezzi, specie per quel che riguarda i primi (5 tortelli 18€ mi pare davvero troppo…). Esperienza nel complesso positiva seppur migliorabile.

03/05/2025: Posizione centralissima, i tavoli esterni ti fanno godere il paesaggio. Il cibo è di ottima qualità e i piatti belli da vedere e buonissimi! Anche lo staff è gentile ed educato. Quando torneremo a Venezia sarà sicuramente un posto in cui torneremo

21/07/2025: The pizza dough was excellent, a little burnt, but that happens. Service was quite slow, but that's tolerable. The dessert was a little stale and smelled like it was in the fridge; that can happen, too.

10/07/2025: I'm sorry, I've always frequented it as an excellent kiosk, but the service is appalling. Specifically, the blonde lady with glasses who at 10 in the morning seems smug and rude when the kiosk is empty... no way. It's a tough job, but it has to be done with a smile... otherwise, she's in the wrong line of work.

23/06/2025: High prices, nothing exceptional brioches and poor filling. Judge for yourself if this can be a toast, there is nothing toasted, the consistency was practically that of a sandwich, filling? Did we forget it perhaps? For €7 of classic toast I expect at least something decent. Why rip people off like this? Cavadi once, but the second time is hard.

20/04/2025: Osteria nel vero senso della parola con piatti semplici, abbondanti, saporiti a prezzi decisamente alla portata. Il tutto condito da un’aria familiare dove la velocità è la gentilezza fanno da cornice. Per fortuna che esistono ancora luoghi dove si mangia genuinamente senza dove spendere cifre astronomiche. Bravi!

25/07/2025: Dieci e lode!!! Veramente piacevole! Locale molto carino e accogliente, vista strepitosa, personale gentilissimo. Piatti della tradizione cucinati con gusto ed esperienza e gradevolissime novità nei piatti del giorno. Porzioni abbondanti e prezzo giusto. In sostanza: dobbiamo tornare appena possibile!!

17/07/2025: Locale con vista stupenda, abbiamo cenato, cibo veramente eccellente, consiglio di assaggiare la pancetta affumicata fatta da loro, personale gentile e professionale.
