30/07/2025: Very good service, courteous and clear in explaining both the wines and the dishes; there was no plate to put the bread on. The atmosphere was refined and in line with the menu prices. The menu offers interesting dishes prepared in line with current trends; (I didn't quite understand why a 99% fish menu included a meat main course... if they were trying to offer an alternative for those who don't eat fish, perhaps I'd order more than one main course). The sore point, in my opinion, was the food itself, or rather the quality of the dish (not the ingredients) and the price. €26 for a pasta dish whose overall consistency was a bit sticky and where the flavors didn't quite meet the standards for that price. The appetizers were adequate. Dessert was a disappointment: a tartlet that was practically a sugar bomb with a crunchy white because you could taste the sugar grains. The pastry was good, and the lime spheres were absolutely insufficient to tone down the excessive sweetness... a sticky marshmallow. Highly recommended as an aperitif, but for dinner it's probably better to eat raw.

02/08/2025: I stayed at the Continental after looking at many reviews of hotels in Venice. The best: Its terrace overlooks the Grand Canal. The lunches there are wonderful, the service is very attentive and helpful, and the food is good—the best way to recharge before a day of sightseeing in Venice. Its location is very central and close to public transportation that takes you to the airport. We had a problem in room 160. The double bed was sunken in on one side. We complained to reception, and they changed our room for a larger one, which I want to thank them for. It's a highly recommended and pleasant hotel. Final comment: Aimed at some guests staying there. If you don't like pigeons, you can go to the desert (there aren't any there), but don't try to kick them while you're eating. That irritates me as an animal lover and says little about you.

01/08/2025: Stayed here for a few nights and was pleasantly surprised - we were upgraded to a higher room category at no extra cost. The room was very clean, with good air conditioning and an incredibly comfortable bed - the most important thing when staying for several nights. Highly recommended!

23/07/2025: Meglio evitare. Locale piccolo e poco curato, probabilmente di nuova gestione con una cameriera evidentemente inesperta. Abbiamo ordinato un tagliere di salumi che abbiamo mangiato con le mani perché non ci hanno portato i piatti; decente la cacio e pepe ma non le tagliatelle con burro e limone. Non chiedete consigli sui vini ma andate co le idee chiare. Per noi esperienza negativa.

22/06/2025: Very pleasant discovery, we were walking and we stopped for dinner. Excellent dishes (very good the porchetta with fresh horseradish), right portions and perfect wine to accompany everything (a San Martino).

22/06/2025: The pizza menu included a mix of fairly bold ingredients, there was little traditional choice. In my opinion the use of spreadable cheeses was excessive. A good pizza does not need to be dirty. The service needs to improve: the waiters did not know which table we were at even though we had booked days before. They were awkward in bringing orders and using the tablet. There was some perplexity in giving answers about the wine list.

17/06/2025: I had been here years ago and I was curious to return because I remembered that the pizza was very good. We took the 1/2 metro and I must say that it did not disappoint me, in fact it was as good as I remembered if not better. Friendly staff and very large place both outside and inside but I always recommend booking. Excellent ingredients that come from Naples such as the tomato that I found very good and tasty and said by me who am a bit delicate and do not like all the tomatoes on pizzas is a lot of stuff. Large parking lot a stone's throw away. I will definitely come back to visit you

10/07/2025: My friends and I often meet at this establishment. However, lately we've been experiencing a lot of problems, as the waiters, one in particular, are often rude. According to the staff, in all bars you have to order at least one dish or drink, or whatever the restaurant offers, for each person. I consider myself poorly informed on the matter, even though often going to bars the staff doesn't force you to order for each person seated at the table. Furthermore, during the ordering process, you see negative feedback and a lack of courtesy, such as, if I may be so bold and deduced from their listless behavior, throwing away menus, or a rude response to simply a plausible request for clarification. I believe that this can be done without being rude to customers asking for SIMPLE clarifications. Often, as human beings, they may not know all the rules the establishment adopts. Seeking positive feedback increases the desire to return, while a surly and negative response often decreases the desire to gather together, as is often the case just to spend a pleasant day in good company. Such a tone of voice undermines the relationship between staff and customers. However, I want to point out that the dishes served are still good and well prepared with care. It pains me to write this review, but I feel I must also mention this negative aspect of the establishment, to inform potential customers who frequent or will frequent the establishment in the future.

25/06/2025: I passed by a few days ago: it's a historic pizzeria and I pass by when I'm on my way to take my sister to the Venice airport. The pizza chef is very nice, the staff is very joking and easy-going. The decor is historic, and therefore classic and I like it just the way it is. 14/07/2025: Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The food wasn't good at all: tasteless, nothing special, or refined. Nothing worth the price or that I'll remember fondly. The waitress? At first, she was downright rude, almost annoyed by our presence. Later, she tried to "make up" by being polite, but by then it was too late—and she didn't succeed at all. The atmosphere is clearly very touristy, soulless. A place that focuses only on location, but without offering quality or customer service. I don't recommend it. For me, a terrible experience.

13/07/2025: A great place for a drink with a beautiful view. Standard prices, excluding the coperto for drinks.

16/07/2025: A small restaurant run by an elderly couple. The finishings are a bit dated but the food and the service deserve a visit. So simple that the restaurant does not even have a menu they just tell you what they have available for the day. A must visit if you are in the area.

08/06/2025: Very well known place in the area, good food and very little waiting.
