07/05/2026: Super cute, cozy little spot with both booth seating and bar seating depending on the vibe you’re going for. It feels more like a local hangout bar to grab drinks and watch a match or game with your crew, which gave it a really fun atmosphere. The owner also makes sandwiches, and they were honestly super yummy—simple, comforting, and exactly what we wanted after a long day out. Overall: cozy, casual, and a great place to post up for drinks and snacks.

08/04/2026: Well, I go there every day. I have my great friend Albert, who I talk to and is a friend. However, obviously Melanio is also a great person and friend, he knows how to do his job. Then there is Germana, a slightly introverted lady, but nothing to say, she knows how to do her job. I feel great here and I recommend everyone, if you come to Valtournenche, to go here and taste excellent sandwiches and exceptional dishes. I eat there every evening and the prices are excellent and the food is very fresh. I RECOMMEND IT!!!

09/12/2025: Upon entering the restaurant, we were informed that we couldn't order anything other than pizza. Then some locals came in and ordered something other than pizza—outrageous behavior toward a customer. After making an appointment with the waitress for "dessert later," she brought it much later than expected, even though she saw that no one had eaten yet, and she stood there doing nothing.

26/11/2025: Ordered three hot chocolates. Very runny, like the ones made in coffee machines. A chocolate drink, not the thick hot chocolate you'd expect. Considering the €6 a cup, they should at least be dark and...

26/04/2026: We returned after a few years of not being there, always a great place. As for a cheap restaurant, I've never been. But now it's reached absurd levels. Aside from the non-existent choice of dishes, just 5 dishes (and they even gave it a star 😆) and of the 5 dishes on the menu, one was even missing... the food was decent but not particularly good. However, the entry-level option requires you to choose a minimum of 2 dishes for €100. I also regret the markups on wines, which are a huge incentive to become teetotalers. At the end of the meal, the idea of ​​a limoncello even crossed my mind for a moment, but at €15 I preferred to preserve my liver health... It's also hard to understand how a plate of pasta for the child and a vanilla ice cream still raised the bill by around €80. Bottom line: I felt very cheated.

13/04/2026: A top experience! The restaurant is very welcoming and simple, yet striking with its wood finishes. The service and cuisine are top-notch; I really appreciated the availability of a fully vegetarian five-course menu.

26/04/2026: In September 2025, we didn't use the facility, but we appreciated the sheer kindness: we were thirsty from the hike, and without asking for anything in return, even when the place was closed, they offered us cold, refreshing water. Thanks guys!!!

15/12/2025: An elegant restaurant with a refined atmosphere in the center of Cervinia at absolutely reasonable prices. The polenta concia or Valdostana is truly delicious. Both versions are flavorful. The price is a bit higher for the wine.

04/03/2026: A charming restaurant on the ski slopes, a must-see for skiers and non-skiers alike! A typical Alpine atmosphere, with delicious and plentiful dishes, makes for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The staff is courteous and friendly. 28/01/2026: Their coffee is great, good pastry and tiramisu, but they don't have Canoli. Their 🎂 selection could be bigger.

25/01/2026: Such absurd rudeness, I was with my mother. She ordered chamomile tea while I ordered nothing. She arrogantly said "there are two of you," so what? Am I obligated to order? P.S. A cup of hot water shaken like this.

08/03/2026: We paid €20 for this pizza which isn't even good, €20 for tomato juice and a bad dough, the cashier was on her cell phone and even made us wait to pay because she was on a call with her cell phone, we asked her for advice and she couldn't tell us anything, I really don't recommend it as a place

10/02/2026: Nice place to enjoy a meal. Very convenient if you happen to stay on the Cielo Alto hill, and can't be bothered walking down/up the village. Nice selection of good food and very helpful staff. Also very good option for take away, since options up there are very limited

02/01/2026: Stayed for a week and as a 193 cm long man the beds are too small. My feet would dangle off the edge of the bed at my calves. On top of this the beds and pillows are incredibly hard and uncomfortable. The room overall looks nice but is a bit worn. The restaurant is not great when it comes to service 3/6 times they forgot our order, spent an average of 1.5 hours waiting for food, no form of compensation. Food is of good quality though and was included in our package (maybe this is why we were set aside/unprioritized) location is 10/10 right by ski lifts. Sauna/spa area is ok Update: Recieved a very nice pillow and regrets for our experience, i would like to emphasize that the staff have all been extremely friendly and accommodating

07/04/2026: Huge potential, management needs rethinking. ​I recently stayed at the Hotel Principe delle Nevi and, unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to expectations, nor to the hotel's reputation (and price). ​The main problem isn't the courtesy; the staff is indeed kind and smiling, but the total lack of preparation. From the moment we arrived, we felt a general sense of disorientation: No one gave us directions to the parking lot, leaving us to manage our arrival completely independently and without support. ​The room was small but clean. ​Breakfast was chaotic. The service was disorganized, with long waits and staff who seemed to move without any clear logic. ​Considering the prices, the quality-price ratio is decidedly unfavorable. ​The only truly indisputable aspect is the location on the slopes: simply fantastic for skiers. ​The hotel is beautiful and enjoys an enviable location, but it feels like a ship without a helmsman. It desperately needs expert guidance and adequately trained staff. Currently, superficiality reigns supreme and doesn't justify the financial outlay required. I sincerely hope for a change in management direction.

31/01/2026: This was my third visit to this hotel. The hotel changed hands before the 2025/2026 ski season so disregard any reviews before then as sadly they are no longer relevant. This used to be an amazing hotel but it’s been completely ruined by the new corporate owners. I will give the staff the benefit of the doubt as I can only conclude they have never had any proper training. Nobody is capable of making a decision on anything - even a request as straightforward as booking a table for lunch is deflected with a comment such as “Sorry - the restaurant manager isn’t here!”. The rooms have always been compact but now they are cold.The spa operates on a booking system but even though we asked the receptionist to book it they had no record when we got there. At dinner we were presented with a wine list which was the size of an A4 sheet of paper with about 8 wines on it. When we queried it the waiter said I’ll bring you the list that’s reserved for friends and family and presented us with a regular extensive wine list. It was actually like something out of the British comedy Fawlty Towers but when you are paying premium prices unfortunately the joke is on you. I would echo the comments of previous reviews that when you call for the minibus to pick you up they don’t come and by the time you call back several times you may as well have trudged up the hill. The location of the hotel and the ski in / ski out is excellent but overall I would say it’s deeply disappointing and very sad how such a gem of a hotel can be ruined with the careless stewardship and poor decisions of the new owners. Avoid !

09/02/2026: 5 stars! An authentic and memorable stay at La Pera Dousaa! We spent a few wonderful days at the agritourism guesthouse La Pera Dousaa in Valtournenche, and it was one of the most enjoyable winter getaways! While the farm smell adds an authentic and rustic charm to the place – truly part of the essence of agritourism – the rooms were impeccable: very comfortable, clean, and welcoming, with everything you need for perfect rest after a day on the slopes. Our relationship with the hosts was exceptional – warm, welcoming people always ready to help with local tips or anything you might need. We felt right at home! A huge plus for the ideal ski-in, ski-out location, making access to the slopes an absolute pleasure without any hassle. And the dinner menu? Simply divine! Very diverse and interesting, with fresh local products – from artisanal cheeses to traditional Valdostan dishes creatively reimagined. Every meal was a tasty surprise! I highly recommend La Pera Dousaa to anyone seeking authenticity, comfort, and slope adventures. We’ll be back for sure!

05/01/2026: Super friendly and welcoming. Excellent food made with farm produce. Simple, authentic, and reasonably priced. Away from the hustle and bustle of skiing.

20/07/2025: Baita molto carina, con una bellissima vista sulle montagne, ma scomoda da raggiungere per via di un tratto di strada sterrato dove pascolano le mucche (lasciando escrementi nel parcheggio). Cibo buono, ma prezzi elevati. Abbiamo preso una raclette per due, buona, ma ci aspettavamo delle porzioni più abbondanti per il prezzo pagato (27 euro a persona per quattro pezzetti di formaggio ciascuno accompagnati da verdure grigliate, pochi sottaceti e mocetta). Apprezzato il gesto di offrire l'amaro a fine pasto.

27/04/2025: Siamo stati nell'ultimo fine settimana della stagione invernale, a ridosso della chiusura degli impianti, infatti non tutto il menù era disponibile, tuttavia la qualità dei piatti disponibili è stata indubbiamente ottima. Personale molto accogliente e gentile, camera piccola, comunque confortevole, bagno grande e comodo con il doppio lavandino. Posizione strategica, panorama davvero incantevole a 360 grandi, vista sul Cervino mozzafiato. Decisamente consigliato.
