17/12/2025: The hotel, as you can see right away, is a superior category, the environment is very, very well-kept, the spa, the only one in Courmayeur, with an indoor and outdoor pool... A dream, in a hot tub (of course) in the middle of the snow!!! The girls at reception were very kind and helpful... The only criticism, but really a trivial one, is that the bathrooms in the rooms are not all renovated, but they are still spacious and very clean... Highly recommended, you will be immersed in a winter enchantment ✨

15/12/2025: We stayed one night at the Gran Baita, but unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to the price tag. The price (€750 for a night with half board) was significantly disproportionate to the services offered and the overall quality of the property. We encountered several issues: - the staff, presumably new, didn't know the location of our room; we had to follow them through the floor by trial and error before finding it; - the reception staff was unable to provide clear information about the cost of charging an electric car in the garage (€0.80/kWh, a rate comparable to a fast-charging station on a highway); - dinner at the hotel's "Gourmet" restaurant fell well short of expectations: the menu, including "spaghetti aglio, olio e peperoncino" or "crespelle," was inconsistent with either the restaurant's name or its price. In particular, the crepes were clearly microwaved, with the container scorching hot and the inside cold; - the room with the hot tub on the balcony had a water temperature of approximately 28°C, which we managed to cool down to 32°C with great difficulty after several technical interventions and calls. Overall, the cost of the stay is completely inconsistent with the quality of the service, food, and staff organization. It's an experience we can't recommend given these financial conditions.

06/07/2025: My “place” when I go to Courmayeur… Managed by Ermes and his friend the chef and by other people in rotation, all happy and content to be there… therefore, when you are there with them, you can only share the state of grace…

30/10/2025: The owner is very kind to Japanese people. He is always concerned about how much food you can eat. He even served me trout eggs with the marinated trout, which he caught in the river that we could see from the ropeway. I'm very grateful for the owner's kind and courteous service.

10/12/2025: My experience with this restaurant was a work-related one, which, thank God, was brief. Arrogant (Terrible) Owners 1. During the interview process, they promised high salaries, and when the contract was signed, they reduced the monthly compensation. 2. Working hours of 11/12 hours (like slaves) and woe betide anyone who took a break. 3. Initial coaching in training the nonexistent staff. In my case, coaching an arrogant pizza chef who, instead of explaining the composition of the appetizers, looked for flaws in everything, going so far as to take things out of my hands, preventing me from doing my job. Inducing anxiety and bad mood A place devoid of humanity and cooperation In response to the owner Only a handle on the slicer broke, it cost €5 and doesn't justify the absence €150 on the wages for the days worked I would point out that I reported the breakage and that I would have bought a new handle to replace it Regarding abandoning the workplace If taking a break is abandoning the workplace Well, at this point I would put a ball and chain on your employees and occasionally give them a whipping in case they rebel

07/12/2025: Terrible, oily fondue. The portion for two was tiny, for a ridiculously high price. I'm giving one star only for the staff, who were otherwise very friendly.

15/10/2025: Embarrassing, I have no other words for the experience. As the owner says, I've actually never been there, because they canceled my reservation (made and paid for 10 days in advance) 2 days before my stay, causing me a lot of problems.

06/10/2025: Ideal for reconnecting with yourself and the majesty of the mountains, the real thing. Smiles are a must.

01/06/2025: Ristorante con piatti tipici valdostani. Non abbiamo prenotato, ma ci hanno fatto accomodare in un tavolo adeguato al numero di persone e non striminziti come può capitare da altre parti senza la prenotazione. Da migliorare un po' l'arredo, ma si può provare e riandare.

21/11/2025: Right in the center of Coruma. Extremely friendly staff. A well-deserved 5-star rating. I stayed in September for my wife's birthday and will return in December for mine. I highly recommend it.

16/03/2025: We come across here a few times, sometimes for a casual drink, other times to watch sport. One night we had burgers which we were underwhelmed with given they were 14euro each. Needing the burger to taste fresher and for that price add fries or other. But drinks/service and complimentary small finger food negated the food.

27/02/2025: Busy but friendly and reasonably priced sports bar showing rugby, football and various italian sport. Good free appetisers.
