10/03/2025: During my stay at the Grand Hotel Royal E Golf, unfortunately, I encountered several problems that I feel I must share. Although the hotel has a great location, the overall experience was not satisfactory. I found the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas below expectations. The furnishings of the room were dated and the carpet, unfortunately, did not contribute to giving a sense of welcome. Furthermore, the ski room was poorly maintained, dark and with dirty and dusty seats. The staff, unfortunately, were not particularly helpful or professional. In particular, I had an unpleasant experience during breakfast: twice in a row, I was served dishes with obvious traces of residual food, and when I reported the incident, I received no apology or gesture of displeasure. The service was also slow and the availability of the staff was not up to par for a hotel of this category. I am sorry to have to leave this review, as I expected a much higher welcome and level of service. I hope the management takes these aspects into consideration to improve the quality of the experience for future guests.

16/02/2025: Impeccable! For the price we’ve paid, we’re really satisfied with the service, comfort of the room and the food at breakfast. We had dinner at the a la carte restaurant, really nice dishes. Very thoughtful and helpful staff with free on demand shuttle service which was super convenient for us (with a 1yo baby). We also got to enjoy the pool and wellness centre in the evening which was very relaxing. Highly recommend and would love to come back!

06/03/2025: Excellent hotel, value for money, all the staff are kind and ready to give you advice starting from Tommaso to Paolo, two very good people, at the restaurant we tasted some starred dishes, I'm spending three fabulous days, I will definitely recommend it to my family and friends to spend some wonderful days.

02/03/2025: Every year out of ignorance we always end up here, and like every year we find the same DJs coitus interruptus. Take the mic away from him and play the music, for God's sake!!

24/03/2025: Voici mon avis sur ce restaurant : Mon expérience dans ce restaurant a été extrêmement décevante. Le repas était très désagréable, principalement en raison de l'attitude du propriétaire, qui s'est montré particulièrement désagréable et impoli. L'ambiance générale était très commerciale ; il était évident que son seul objectif était de gagner le plus d'argent possible, sans jamais se soucier du bien-être ou de la satisfaction des clients. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement et je n'y retournerai certainement pas.

11/03/2025: Good views and nice people. The pizzas are all good, lots of options. If you manage to get a table during a sunny day, this is a good place to stop for a while and soak up the sun with some drinks.

24/09/2024: An amazingly picturesque and easy walk up to the Cabane, both for grandparents and a 4-year old. Although we went on their last day before closure for the winter , we were greeted and cared for by smiling and energetic staff, as though they were fresh to start their summer season. Mouth-watering, piping hot traditional mountain dishes were served on spacious outside tables, with breathtaking views towards towering peaks. Delicious desserts, too. And excellent value.

22/09/2024: Large rooms, hot showers and good organization! Great stay

03/03/2025: Nice little bistro type place offering the local fare incl their own signature "veal on a hot flail" and polenta. Their signature is too impressive to recommend against but also not something we would order a second time. Extensive wine menu as well

01/03/2025: peccato per la ocation molto carina...ma del menù, assolutamente pretenzioso, non salvo nulla: la carta è rappresentato da cibo preconfezionato di dubbia qualità, dalle porzioni minuscole a prezzi assolutamente inadeguati. Ho mangiato un piatto di pasta al pesto dura e con salsa salatissima preconfezionata di bassa qualità ad un costo esagerato... Ovunque sulle poste trovate di meglio.

19/02/2025: Great apres ski bar in centre of courmayeur , nice snacks with your drinks and a cozy fire if you’re chilly , nice atmosphere too !

14/02/2025: Fondue tasted sour. Both the fresh and the fondue bread was so dry. The service chaotic. Did not have the dessert we ordered, and gave us something else and weird without a discount. Do not recommend.

10/02/2025: Excellent restaurant in the center of Courmayeur. If you want to eat typical and local products this is the right place. We tried both the raclette and the fondue accompanied with polenta and they were both excellent! The place is very beautiful, a perfect warm and welcoming mountain location. The staff are very kind and helpful and were also very attentive to our 1 and a half year old daughter by making the meal arrive immediately for her. We had such a good time that we came twice, both on Saturday for lunch and on Sunday for lunch.
