05/07/2025: Beautiful hotel the core is an old villa around which modern buildings have been tastefully added. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. Even when it is very busy during check-in, every guest gets all the attention in peace. Beautiful garden with a beautiful view over Trente.
Restaurant serves excellent dishes with delicious matching wines.
The breakfast buffet is more than excellent.
We will definitely come back here.

10/06/2025: Sunday lunch in this restaurant a stone's throw from the Duomo of Trento. The place is very beautiful and elegant. We ate really well, traditional Trentino dishes of high quality and prompt and courteous service. We will definitely return to try other delicacies. I recommend it!

We were in love with his raw chocolate many years ago and then his vegan dessert, now we discovered his amazing cuisine 💚💚💚 Thank you sooooo much! We’d like to see you keep growing!!!

The menu offers varied and well-thought-out dishes, in which the quality of the ingredients and the attention to preparation are perceived. The carbonara is excellent. Absolutely recommended!

21/06/2025: We went to the Borgo Nuovo restaurant on Friday night for a dinner for two.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
The owner was very kind, he insisted on making us redo a risotto that was slightly lacking in salt, a much appreciated gesture that certainly earned the restaurant points.
Very good food and wine.
Highly recommended!

The open kitchen is just another strong point of the restaurant, seeing the preparation of your dishes is always a little show.

05/06/2025: For me, this is an insider tip. The outdoor location, covered by an awning between the houses, means you can sit in the dry. If sitting outside isn't possible, you can also find a great spot inside. Very good pizza, especially the base. There's a lot of choice, and before your meal, you get a bread basket with a delicious pizza dough stick.
The price is reasonable, too. 😀 I'd love to come back when we're in Trento.
22/05/2025: A very nice courtyard, a quiet place to sit in the middle of town. Excellent service and excellent pizza and main courses. We come back every year on vacation, even traveling from Kaltern.
