07/10/2025: An excellent holiday spent in this wonderful hotel. Enchanting place, easily accessible, strategic location. Room with a whirlpool tub and a spectacular view. Breakfast was plentiful and catered for all needs, and for this I wanted to thank Mrs. Eugenia for her exquisite and attentive service. Good spa treatment. Top-quality food in the restaurant. The only flaw I'd like to point out is that the management should pay more attention to the cleanliness and layout of the rooms. Everything else was EXCELLENT. We'll be back very soon.

07/10/2025: A very nice hotel. Rustic yet modern. Friendly and helpful staff. A special highlight is the fantastic sauna, which can be booked for €5 per person.

19/09/2025: We had lunch here, just steps from Piazza del Duomo, and were very pleased. They have a varied and tasty vegan menu with excellent value. They're also very friendly.

06/10/2025: We chose Ai Vicoli for our first evening in Trento. Unfortunately, we hadn't noticed that the restaurant didn't open until 7 p.m. and arrived at 6 p.m. Luckily, the attached wine bar, which opens at 6 p.m., was offering a special TrentoDOC Fest offer, so we were able to sample three different TrentoDOCs as an aperitif. The service and food were fantastic. We highly recommend Ai Vicoli!

10/09/2025: Exceptional pizza, with a long leavening time, and you can see it (and taste it!). Many unique flavors to try, and even the classic Margherita doesn't disappoint! We loved it. An excellent option for those looking for a good pizza by the slice, to eat in or take away.

06/09/2025: Forno Urbano is an interesting establishment in the center of Trento. They serve delicious, reasonably priced pizza slices. The space is small and the service is friendly. I visit them every time I'm in Trento.

09/10/2025: A high-end restaurant located in a very quiet location at the entrance to the historic center. Impeccable service and cuisine, a wide selection of dishes with a good variety, and excellent ingredients, not to be underestimated.

22/08/2025: A beautiful restaurant in the heart of Trento, perfect for summer evenings. The outdoor space is huge and charming, nestled in an internal courtyard. The veal with tuna sauce and veal cheek are delicious. The dishes are meticulously prepared, and you can see that passion surpasses hard work. Great attention to detail is evident in both the food and the service. Andrea is available for a pleasant chat during a break. The wine cellar is extensive and very local; we drank an excellent Lagrein at a more than fair price. They're not aiming for a Michelin star, but they could. In my opinion, this is the best restaurant in Trento, hands down, and definitely worth a visit.

31/08/2025: On Saturday, August 30th, I had the pleasure of dining with my fiancé at Augurio Ristorante in Trento, and we couldn't have been more satisfied! We chose Samuele's surprise menu, and what a surprise it was! Each course was a masterpiece of flavors, with the freshest ingredients and creative pairings that made the dinner a true culinary journey. The presentation of the dishes was impeccable, and every bite was an explosion of flavor. The staff was exceptional: courteous, attentive, and passionate in explaining the details of each dish, making us feel pampered from start to finish. The restaurant's atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, perfect for a special evening. Kudos also to the wine list, which perfectly complemented our menu. Augurio is undoubtedly a must-visit for anyone seeking a high-end gastronomic experience in Trento. We'll be back soon, perhaps to try another menu! Thank you for making our evening so magical. 11/10/2025: I've eaten at this pizzeria several times. In my opinion, the strong point is the attentive and friendly service. The menu is interesting and inviting, but I've found the execution not always to be up to expectations. The place is beautiful, suitable for medium-large groups, and the outdoor space, nestled in an alley, is pleasant.
