06/04/2025: I have never forgotten this hotel. It is one of the best hotels in the world. It is quiet, clean, and has the best reception. They gave me champagne as a gift, as well as a fruit basket. I have also never forgotten the two women at the reception who worked in the evening. Their smile and kindness were enough. I really hope to return, and when I remember their names, I will write them here. Unfortunately my room was the last room and that's why it wasn't up to the standard of the hotel. It was very, very narrow and not clean, but because the hotel was so crowded, it was full.

08/03/2025: I was there last night, with 3 other people. Upon entry I won't deny that the location wasn't too inviting but once inside the kindness of the staff was fantastic. We ordered many different specialties... Typical dishes, soups and even a pizza which was much appreciated. Unfortunately I wasn't able to take a photo at first because it all looked too good to be able to take a photo without getting into the food hahaha. In short, there is a lot of attention to the customer and a truly exceptional quality/price ratio. The cuisine is very diverse, and in my opinion also suitable for those who are not used to other cuisines. I recommend the three in one which offers three different chicken preparations in one dish accompanied by nun and rice, fantastic! All doses very generous and delicious. In total, a full table is around €20 per person. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

18/03/2025: We went there late in the afternoon around 5pm and there was only some white pizza soaked in oil and a very thin and unconvincing red one left. I'm sorry I couldn't try it at a better time but that's it.

30/03/2025: We wanted to try a different experience and decided to go to the Augurio restaurant. We took the vegetarian Eleonora menu and therefore the starters were also made vegetarian. Very friendly and nice staff and delicious food, up to expectations. We will gladly return

02/03/2025: We were there last night, all four of us with the family. I never write reviews if they aren't positive and they deserve it all. Excellent food, fast and friendly service. We took two platters with excellent typical products, delicious octopus and a cut that melted so much it was tender and fresh. Highly recommended and close to the museum.

04/03/2025: At the entrance, a small and simple bar but an excellent fish and meat restaurant in 2 small rooms. Better to book so as not to have seat problems. Good and tasty choice on the à la carte menu but, upon prior request, the possibility of a specific menu for small groups. Good wines. A little expensive but the quality is there. Must try.

07/03/2025: I couldn't find the menu offered on the site (I went specifically for the interesting proposals). But this would have been acceptable if the menu had been pleasant. I ate a pasta with clams that wasn't very tasty. I had to add a double dose of bottarga to give it flavor (however, the spaghetti was cooked well and of good quality). The tempura cod is very dry and hard. The house complimentary (I had to ask what it was as it wasn't presented) was fried in very used oil. For quality and price (at least for the dishes I ate) I would not recommend it

21/03/2025: My boyfriend and I came to Trento from Rome. In 4 days we tried various typical and non-typical restaurants, among those also considered the most popular in the city and this was by far the best, so much so that we went back a second time for our last lunch there. Overall we ate the carbonara (both of us had it the second time), the rabbit ravioli, the veal with tuna sauce, the meatballs from the tavern, the burger place, the tiramisu. The carbonara, as Romans, was one of the best we have eaten (and we have tried many). The burger was perfect, even though the meat was well cooked (and not medium rare as is usually preferred), and we have also tried many burgers, in various cities in Italy and elsewhere, and this one here in an alley in Trento is definitely in the top 3 (considering quality, combination of ingredients, balance between them, which usually exclude each other). The tiramisu was delicious, creamy, light. Every course was a surprise and a new standard reached. Very few restaurants manage to reach this level, without the presumption of branding themselves as a luxury restaurant. Ste doesn't need it. As for the service, we were welcomed both times by a professional, polite, attentive guy, the kind that every restaurant would pay gold to have. His presence alone made the experience unforgettable. The environment is intimate, to some it might seem small and without many pretensions, but just tasting any dish is enough to make the whole context fade into the background. Contrary to other reviews that criticize the prices as high, I think they are absolutely in line with the average prices in Trento, with a quality that is however clearly superior.

16/03/2025: Siamo stati per un pranzo veloce in questo locale tra una visita ad alcuni vignaioli della zona e l altra. Zuppa di cipolle molto buona, ravioli in stile “ plin” anche meglio, chiaramente fatti in casa e come si deve . Selezione di vini intelligente e ricarichi corretti.

12/03/2025: I went to the restaurant for lunch and was very satisfied. The restaurant is very nice and you can enjoy the view of the vineyards. Simple and very elegant furnishings. I ate the rustic vegetable pie in homemade shortcrust pastry on Trentingrana cream and the Tyrolean Spatzle with crunchy speck. They were delicious and the prices were very fair. I hope to be able to return soon.

09/11/2024: I had lunch on Saturday 09/11/24 with my family The place is beautiful, the restaurant is beautiful, the waiters are very kind and friendly (a rare commodity nowadays)... In my personal opinion the food is very good, the staff is friendly and in general the place is very welcoming... Surely for a weekend it will be a future option to take into consideration... See you next time for sure
