05/03/2025: Princely treatment. Fantastic staff (and really very nice girls at the reception, if one can still say so). Large, elegant rooms, bathrooms with shower and bidet, SPA accessible with a few euros extra. We also had lunch there: the food was super good (my fillet with pink pepper was excellent... my only complaint, but really nothing, is that if I ask rare, I really mean rare). Beautiful view from the rooms. Let's see the only "inconveniences" found (which take nothing away from what has already been said): 1) Even in this case (a vice of many hotels), although there was space available, they placed the bidet a little too close to the wall, forcing "seats" that are completely peaceful for twenty-year-olds but, for those over 60 like me, a bit annoying 2) The breakfast, wonderful, pharaonic, supported by very kind staff ready to help you without being intrusive, did not have nice crispy bacon to pair with the eggs. Or maybe my colleagues and I weren't able to find it. 3) The location of the hotel, beautiful and housed in a historic villa, is perfect for those like me who had to go to the scientific center of the university, but it could be a bit inconvenient for those who wanted to have the center of Trento within walking distance. That said, I'll finish by reiterating: super recommended, incredibly good value for money and...insanely honest minibar prices!!! In 40 years of traveling, I had never seen this yet.

04/03/2025: Villa Madruzzo is a wonderful place. Attention to every detail and elegant. A dream place. My partner and I sometimes take refuge here to escape from everyday life with a romantic dinner. The service is impeccable and the quality is excellent. I believe that the price is extremely acceptable due to the extremely high quality proposal. To see and to try.

04/03/2025: Locale piacevole e personale gentile e preparato. Abbiamo mangiato un vitello tonnato davvero buono, spaghetti ai frutti di mare ricchi e saporiti e polpette di melanzane, squisite! Materie prime fresche e di qualità e un cuoco dalla mano esperta e leggera che rende i piatti piacevolissimi. Delicato e da ricordare il dessert, uno squisito tiramisù. Tornerò e porterò altri amici

For me it is a moment of pause and relaxation, in a familiar and relaxing environment, everyone is always very friendly and well disposed. The food is the best you can find in the area; all vegan and with artistic care, both in the presentation part and in the search for ingredients and combinations, all very careful. The context offers an experience worth trying, especially if you are looking for a moment to slow down the daily rhythms and enjoy a real pampering.

Fin dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti in una location incantevole, con soffitti a volte in pietra che regalano una bella atmosfera. Ma la vera magia avviene in cucina: uno staff di cuochi eccezionali, capaci di fondere sapientemente la tradizione con materie prime esotiche, creando piatti che sono una vera armonia di odori e sapori. Ogni portata è stata una scoperta, un viaggio nel gusto che ci ha lasciati davvero emozionati. vera arte culinaria! Il servizio è stato impeccabile: uno staff giovane, entusiasta e attentissimo ai dettagli. Ragazzi gentili, preparati e sempre con un sorriso. 07/02/2025: I ate at this restaurant for two days for work. The restaurant is very nice and the staff is very professional and courteous. The menu is well assorted and the dishes are really tasty. The prices are very competitive and the portions are generous. For me it is absolutely recommended.

15/02/2025: Warm welcome from the staff and willingness to divide the first course for two people. Modern and elegant location. The ravioli filled with burrata with prawn bisque, a mix of delicacy and flavour, are very good. We will definitely be back!

07/02/2025: Restaurant located in a quiet place in a lovely little square, with internal rooms and covered outdoor seating. Mainly fish menu with fresh products, also to be enjoyed raw. Some earthen dishes. Refined appetizers with raw seafood, excellent first courses; I recommend the risotto with seafood, really good. The mixed fried food is good and light. The dessert selection is also good. Kind service. Prices are appropriate for the products offered.

27/01/2025: A more than honest stop, recommended if on holiday nearby. The menu is extensive and the location clean and tidy. You can get there easily by car and there is space in the immediate vicinity, even for free. Fair price and friendly staff. What can I say: there is no reason not to go back!

04/01/2025: Scopero per caso da mia figlia. Spettacolare! Il posto è intimo e accogliente, pochi tavoli e poca confusione. Servizio ottimo, il gestore è simpatico e sopratutto molto competente. Tutto buonissimo, petto d’anatra un burro, polpette morbide, umide, saporite e non banali, il risotto alla milanese con l’osso buco neanche a Milano e la gricia del cuoco ganese la migliore della mia vita (e ne ho mangiate tante). Un rosso toscano al calice veramente buonissimo e per mia moglie un bianco spaziale. Posso giurare che non sono amici miei, è una recensione vera, sentita. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è onestissimo. Merita ad occhi chiusi.

The restaurant is tastefully furnished, creating a relaxing and pleasant environment. The food was simply delicious. I was struck by the quality of the ingredients and the mastery of the chefs. Every bite was an explosion of flavours. My dinner companions also raved about their dishes. The staff were exceptional.
