08/02/2025: I had dinner with friends, there were 8 of us, we had a great time, the welcome and the food were delicious, we took advice from the owner who brought us a delicious mixed platter, porchetta, crostini, cheese, there was everything, then we chose the first courses, all made by them, excellent, I can only recommend, we will definitely be back

04/03/2025: Typical traditional pizza, very very tasty, crispy and well topped at a reasonable price. We had the Trentino pizza with porcini mushrooms and bacon, very good! Also the Diavola with Gorgonzala, simply perfect! Spritz drinks also fair price. It's just a shame that there are no open wines a la casa...

27/02/2025: The carpaccio was excellent. The entire menu is seasonal, creative and the food is generally simply excellent. The service is nice and the wines are good.

05/02/2025: The expectation was too much😔 For the welcome I should give 5⭐ But I went there to eat. There were two of us, one gets Pasta and beans was pre-cooked and okay... I went because among the SECONDS on the menu there was a description of a dish: Polenta, cod, etc.. If you read such a description, the customer expects a dish with hot polenta accompanied by a piece of cod. None of this folks, 5 thin strips of polenta full of oil arrive with a sprinkling of cod on top. I would put a dish like this in the appetizers so the customer doesn't feel upset. .. That was supposed to be my dinner, but would you dine with 5 strips of polenta?!!!🤦🤦 Not to mention the high bill, but that's a detail.

24/02/2025: I was for a business lunch in this very good restaurant. Lisa as well as the girl who helps in the room were very kind. The homemade pasta is a marvel as are the courgette meatballs. Very low price even to come and visit her on weekends.

15/03/2025: Ordered two proseccos and a platter to share, strong disorganization, probably new staff which, excluding the errors that can happen, it was really bad to see the owner (?) continually reprimanding the boy. When after more than 20 minutes I ask what happened to the cutting board we are teased with different excuses "the order was not sent" only to then see the cutting board we ordered arrive probably at a nearby table that arrived after us, in the meantime more elaborate preparations arrived at many tables and we were still waiting for a cutting board! Mistakes can happen, but even the desire to fix the situation shows the seriousness, they could have done a thousand things to apologize (offer a coffee, give a small discount at the checkout) nothing was done. Maybe it's because "waiting increases desire" but the products were good. Too bad about everything else.

24/02/2025: Refined and particular ingredients, excellent food quality (meat, fish and first courses). Wide choice of wines, we personally asked the waiter to recommend a glass of wine which had an excellent taste and we were very happy. The most special part, however, is certainly the magical view at the restaurant and the possibility of visiting the Bastion internally. Therefore a place recommended from all points of view, perhaps a little expensive but the view is worth it!

12/02/2025: Piacevole scoperta! Prenotato alla mattina per un gruppo di amici, hanno trovato la sistemazione perfetta per la stessa sera. Personale gentile, professionale e veloce. Pizza con un piacevole e gradevole impasto, molto gustosa la Esplosiva.

08/02/2025: Apres avoir réservé on a attendu 1h pour une pizza, le serveur plus desagreable et impoli qui nous dit qu'on aurait du savoir que le samedi il faut attendre longtemps!

11/02/2025: I made a reservation request and in August they only accept a reservation with three people!! absurd rules! singles or couples cannot go to the campsite.. ahahahahahahah. Oh I was told come by and see if there's room! hahahaha

11/02/2025: Apparently this place doesn't want guests... Very unfriendly when it comes to inquiries. Thank God there are enough other accommodations
