01/07/2025: What a nice experience, beautiful and somewhat remote location. Despite the fact that it was very busy at that time, we were kindly welcomed and given a place under the canopy. Which was nice considering that it would start raining later. We were informed that it could take a while before our food would be served, considering that there was a large group present, but all in all it was not too bad. We had a very nice meal, friendly and correct service and the atmosphere under the canopy and the large parasols was great despite the heavy rain 👍🏻. We have been coming to Riva for several years and this was the first time we chose this restaurant, but definitely recommended and you will see us more often !!! See you soon 👋🏻

29/06/2025: A first-class restaurant in Riva! The service, the dishes, the quality, the ambiance: everything was top-notch and the tastiest thing I've eaten in Riva. We were there three evenings, and they were the best evenings of the week! It's set in a beautiful, quiet courtyard. The food is prepared and served with love! I can only recommend it.

19/07/2025: Twenty years later, we returned to this restaurant, and it was just as good as the first time! Penne with speck and Gouda, and a mixed Bavarian platter! Top!! It's definitely worth a visit and a try when you're in Riva del Garda.

05/07/2025: I was in a cafe, not this restaurant (not on the maps). The ice cream came melted at first, one of the waitresses is some kind of, well, everyone knows what I mean, she was aggressive and threw everything at everyone, but let's get to the point, we went to report it (this ice cream), we got new ones for free, plus one free scoop and a whole cup of whipped cream, the ice cream had a super strong flavor and was delicious, I also ordered a cappuccino, it came lukewarm and very weak, but we didn't want to report it, but the rest of the service is ok, the atmosphere is great, the view of the beautiful tower. In general, I don't know what to say about this cafe

01/07/2025: Had the best pizza there! Absolutely delicous and the other dishes looked good too! The staff is very friendly and it's located in a nice alley but does get busy.

Our recent vacation at Hotel RivaMia was simply perfect, and much of the credit goes to the exceptional hospitality and professionalism of the staff, especially Mr. Renato. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the welcoming atmosphere and attention to detail that distinguishes the hotel. The location is ideal for fully enjoying the area. The attached restaurant deserves special mention. Every meal was a true delight, with dishes combining authentic flavors and exquisite presentation. The quality of the ingredients is evident, and the service is always attentive and courteous. However, what made our experience truly unforgettable was the discreet yet essential presence of Mr. Renato. His sensitivity and innate ability to anticipate our every need made all the difference. With his availability and genuine smile, he managed to create a serene and relaxing atmosphere, making us feel pampered and at ease at all times. He's not only an exemplary professional, but also a person who genuinely cares about the well-being of his guests. Thanks to Mr. Renato and the entire team at Hotel RivaMia, our vacation was truly a blessing, a time of pure relaxation and pleasure. We can't wait to return! Rating: 5/5 stars!

21/06/2025: Great place ... out of style. I really appreciated the friendliness of the service and the excellent cutting board (the mustard was great) accompanied by a truly surprising Bocka di Rosa (amber on tap). The Birramisú was also excellent. Highly recommended.

20/05/2025: Piatti semplici ma lavorati con acume e ancorati ai sapori genuini. Una scoperta per me la trota salmonata a filetto. Ragout d’anatra bianco sopraffino. Rombo ben lavorato e adatto per diete low carb. Tiramisù con pan di Spagna e con mascarpone ben lavorato. Carta dei vini meno di 100 etichette ma tutte ben scelte. Altra perla, parcheggio riservato. Limoncello di cortesia gradevole e lontano dai limoncelli industriali comuni. Insomma una scelta ottimale, spero non si discostino negli anni a venire. Da riprovare e da consigliare

08/06/2025: I went to this place almost by chance… and I have to say it was one of the best discoveries I could have made! I ate one of the best meats I have ever tasted in my life: excellent quality, authentic flavor and truly perfect cooking, a sign that there is great attention and passion for what they do. The service was also impeccable: friendly, organized and very hospitable staff, ready to advise and always with a smile. A place that I highly recommend to those looking for excellent meat and a convivial experience, in a well-kept and pleasant environment. I will definitely be back!

12/05/2025: Excellent atmosphere and service. The restaurant is located in a slightly hidden corner of one of the small squares on the shore overlooking Lake Garda, surrounded by historic buildings. The prawns in salt were good while the cacio e pepe risotto with tuna tartare did not convince us, the tuna completely overwhelmed by the other flavours. However, rice cooking and creaming were perfect. Good prices compared to the quality of the food and the location

27/07/2025: Functional for a few days, but the rooms need updating. Just a few weeks before our vacation, my partner and I were looking for affordable accommodation near Riva. The Hotel Rudy is located about 2 kilometers north of the city center. We walked there almost every evening to enjoy a (really delicious) meal. When we arrived, we tried to check in about two hours before the stated check-in time. The friendly staff member made sure our room was cleaned with priority, and we only had to wait half an hour. Our room on the second floor was easily accessible by both the elevator and the (fairly narrow) stairs. The door was a bit awkward to open, and the room key was very old-school (no card or anything like that) and clunky. The room opened onto two balconies, from which we had a direct view of the main street. One room had two seats and a small table, but unfortunately, due to the very bad weather for the end of July, we couldn't make use of them. The furnishings and fittings are a bit dated and very worn. The bathroom, especially the shower, is very small and difficult to use even for slim people. The bathroom door (see photo) had disgusting stains, and I didn't even want to know where they came from. The beds were quite deep, but functional. The biggest drawback for us was actually the very thin and thin walls. Combined with "great" neighbors who don't know how to sleep well at night, last night was a complete nightmare. The street noise is also quite loud; if you're sensitive to this, you should ask for another room. We visited the pool twice. It's beautifully quiet, large enough for cooling off, and offers sunbathing space for around 25 hotel guests. If the weather is good and you don't necessarily want to swim laps, it's perfectly adequate. The breakfast was delicious throughout our entire vacation, the selection was absolutely sufficient, and there was always something to suit everyone. I think everyone will find something to their liking here. We didn't use the hotel restaurant during our stay. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended for a short trip to Lake Garda (with a few reservations). However, there are certainly more modern options available at a comparable price.

18/07/2025: Very friendly staff 👍 Cozy pool area Great breakfast. We stayed there for 7 days. It's a 5-minute bike ride to the center of Riva del Garda. The only downside is the bathroom, which was unfortunately too small.

16/07/2025: We were completely satisfied! In addition to the truly delicious pizza, there is also a great selection of local dishes, which pleasantly surprised us. The service was friendly and attentive, and the ambiance was pleasant and inviting. A real insider tip for anyone who enjoys good Italian cuisine with a regional touch.
