13/07/2025: Great pizza, very affordable! The team works really hard and fast! Tables are set up in front of the snack bar. Unfortunately, they're no longer allowed to add chairs due to a lack of a license. A small workaround: sit on the sturdy metal fence.

26/07/2025: We come to this wonderful restaurant every year, located in the back row and thus away from all the Riva trouble! A restaurant where many locals also feel at home, and where they don't serve pizza 😬! Reservations are recommended, as it gets very busy, especially during the holidays. We especially recommend the beef fillet in Gorgonzola sauce. This time, the daily special featured a T-bone 🥩 (see picture), which was grilled to perfection.

26/07/2025: Centrally located in Riva's old town, we had saved the Bella Napoli for the last day of our stay. Without a reservation, we had to wait in line for about half an hour – in a small alleyway to the side of the restaurant. In our defense, we should note that not all seats were taken that evening due to the rather unsettled weather. We were then kindly shown to our seats. The service was prompt and in German. The drinks were delivered promptly, and the pizza was ready at our table after about 15 minutes. It tasted very tasty, if not outstanding. It was a bit too thin and slightly soggy in the center. But there's no accounting for taste. The turning point came during the meal. The slightly rainy weather turned into a storm with hail. The tables were pushed even closer together, and the chairs were moved under the large umbrella. The staff distributed blankets and did everything possible to ensure the guests' comfort. Thank you so much for that, that alone deserves 5 stars. After the storm had calmed down a bit, we decided to finish off with a delicious tiramisu. All in all, a classic Italian restaurant with good food and outstanding service!

06/07/2025: Great self-service place for a stop before or after the lakeside walk or the trek to the Fortini overlooking the port. I recommend it in the morning or in the evening. The stop at 1 pm was a little... hot because it was muggy under the awnings and there were no fans. However, it was a nice bar and I saw some overstuffed sandwiches.
