19/12/2024: Threatened for 12 euros! I went to the Sterzingerhaus on 15 March 22, discovered by chance during a walk with my wife, while we were waiting for our daughter to return from skiing lessons. As soon as we arrived we were immediately enchanted the panoramic terrace so much so that we decided to stop and eat something and in the meantime observe the spaces with the idea of ​​giving our family a holiday at this facility. Having made sure there was an ATM, we ordered a trio of dumplings, a goulash soup, a portion of fries and two medium beers for a total of 38 euros. Once lunch was over, I went in to pay, excited to also ask about a possible 10-day stay days. I asked to pay with a debit card. This is where the problems began... The ATM didn't work. The manager began to change her attitude and sulk. I I only had 26 euros with me and with all the availability and kindness possible I asked (among other things leaving the my identity card to them) to be able to get off at the chairlift arrival station (a few meters away) where the rest of the family was waiting for us to get the missing money. Here the manager asked me, visibly annoyed, if my "friend" (meaning my wife) hadn't 12 euros to lend me. Since our daughter would soon be returning for the skiing awards ceremony, and being late, we decided to make a bank transfer of 38 euros. Once the bank transfer was made I showed the manager the receipt, but she wasn't satisfied with it because it was the money they would arrive in his account only after a few days. At this point another guy with a beard joined the discussion and told me he had mine documents and that if he didn't see the transfer to his account the next day he would give me "such an ass" (I thought: "how scary!"), lecturing me and teaching me that you must always have cash in your wallet. Incidentally, I now pay for everything with a debit card! Since the situation was bordering on madness and the verbal threats don't upset me that much, but with an embarrassment I had never felt, I decided to remain kind and helpful, reassuring them that my wife and I we were not criminals who came to them to rob them. Without wasting any more time we decided to end it there and left the place. The following day the Lord received his bank transfer. I made sure to call him on the phone to tell him that my ATM was working perfectly and that evidently it was his position that wasn't working. Several months have passed since that unpleasant experience and to this day I have still not received any apology for the unprofessional behavior of the alleged owner of that structure. I wonder if it is possible to be verbally attacked for 12 euros (26 euros we would have given them immediately and 12 euros later). within 10 minutes!) and if we would have received the same treatment after the holiday we were planning in their facility.

13/12/2024: Really really great. We stayed in the Bäckergassl apartment in Laube 35 for 3 nights and it was very nice. The apartment is located directly in the pedestrian zone of Vipiteno and is still quiet. The apartment is very nice with a very nice bathroom, with a very spacious shower cubicle with rainforest shower, toilet and bidet. The bathroom also has a small window. There is also a very nice kitchen where you can have a nice breakfast if you don't want to eat breakfast in the café. A bakery and butcher shop are in the immediate vicinity. We can also recommend breakfast in the café. As well as the selection of drinks. The living/sleeping area is equipped with a very comfortable bed with a very good mattress. There is, among other things, a flat screen with all German programs. The closet and chest of drawers offer enough storage space. You also get the Vipiteno Card, which you can use, for example. B. for local public transport etc. can use. Vipiteno is a very beautiful city that is highly recommended, especially in the run-up to Christmas. We will definitely come back.

28/12/2024: Siamo riusciti a trovare posto in questo ristorante e ne è valsa la pena. Intorno a noi tutti ordinavano le pizze (anche d'asporto) che sembravano molto belle, ma noi ci siamo dedicati alla cucina locale. Medaglioni di cervo con polenta e filetto di maiale ai funghi, assolutamente consigliati. Piatti abbondanti!

27/08/2024: Siamo stati in questo ristorante piu cene e devo dire che ci siamo trovati benissimo. Porzioni abbondanti e molto buone . La cameriera che gestisce la sala è molto simpatica e disponibile.

06/12/2024: Aufgrund früherer Besuche nochmals hier gewesen. Das Essen ist nichts mehr besonderes, geschmacklich enttäuschend. Die Portionen sind sehr klein geworden, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt gar nicht mehr
