27/07/2024: Buongiorno a tutti. Dopo una settimana di vacanza presso Avenes, abbiamo deciso con mio marito di festeggiare il nostro anniversario di matrimonio con un pranzo in questa malga. Scelta non fu più felice. Panorama stupendo, ambiente accogliente, piatti squisiti e molto abbondanti. Personale gentilissimo e cortese, solerte. Antipasti e secondi da leccarsi i baffi (eccezionale lo spezzatino di cervo con contorni); per i dolci io ho scelto un latterello e mio marito torta al tiramisu. Consigliatissimo posto, ideale per una passeggiata nei dintorni per smaltire le delizie del pranzo. Rapporto qualità/prezzo positivo. Le porzioni sono abbondanti per cui mi sento di poter affermare di ordinare per metà persone.

19/12/2024: Threatened for 12 euros! I went to the Sterzingerhaus on 15 March 22, discovered by chance during a walk with my wife, while we were waiting for our daughter to return from skiing lessons. As soon as we arrived we were immediately enchanted the panoramic terrace so much so that we decided to stop and eat something and in the meantime observe the spaces with the idea of ​​giving our family a holiday at this facility. Having made sure there was an ATM, we ordered a trio of dumplings, a goulash soup, a portion of fries and two medium beers for a total of 38 euros. Once lunch was over, I went in to pay, excited to also ask about a possible 10-day stay days. I asked to pay with a debit card. This is where the problems began... The ATM didn't work. The manager began to change her attitude and sulk. I I only had 26 euros with me and with all the availability and kindness possible I asked (among other things leaving the my identity card to them) to be able to get off at the chairlift arrival station (a few meters away) where the rest of the family was waiting for us to collect the missing money. Here the manager asked me, visibly annoyed, if my "friend" (meaning my wife) hadn't 12 euros to lend me. Since our daughter would soon be returning for the skiing awards ceremony, and being late, we decided to make a bank transfer of 38 euros. Once the transfer was made I showed the manager the receipt, but she wasn't satisfied with it because it was the money they would arrive in his account only after a few days. At this point another guy with a beard joined the discussion and told me he had mine documents and that if the next day he didn't see the transfer to his account he would give me "such an ass" (I thought: "how scary!"), lecturing me and teaching me that you must always have cash in your wallet. Incidentally, I now pay for everything with a debit card! Since the situation was bordering on madness and the verbal threats don't upset me that much, but with an embarrassment I had never felt, I decided to remain kind and helpful, reassuring them that my wife and I we were not criminals who came to them to rob them. Without wasting any more time we decided to end it there and left the place. The following day the Lord received his bank transfer. I made sure to call him on the phone to tell him that my ATM was working perfectly and that evidently it was his position that wasn't working. Several months have passed since that unpleasant experience and to this day I have still not received any apology for the unprofessional behavior of the alleged owner of that structure. I wonder if it is possible to be verbally attacked for 12 euros (26 euros we would have given them immediately and 12 euros later). within 10 minutes!) and whether we would have received the same treatment after the holiday we were planning at their facility.

25/08/2024: Food was ok, but not special. The service was unusually distant and inattentive to repeat orders. The location is great.

16/08/2024: Modern bar inside and streetsie seeating outside, good drinks, nice for a naperitivo Italian style, fast service, locals and tourist alike.

14/08/2024: Ho preso solo un caffè, quindi non avevo intenzione di recensirlo, però si fronte ad un caffè buono ma a 1,70€ mi sono sentito di lasciare 3 stelle.

16/08/2024: Molto buono il chesebruger anche il kebab fatto bene ed era veloce posto carino staff e un buonissimo accoglimento questo è tutto

08/08/2024: Eravamo in 4, cena familiare il primo giorno a Vipiteno. Abbiamo ordinato 4 pizze, fatte con un forno a legna. Buone, ma niente di speciale. Il servizio cordiale e disponibile, la location pulita. Unico problema sono state le mosche durante la cena che però risultano onnipresenti.

06/12/2024: Aufgrund früherer Besuche nochmals hier gewesen. Das Essen ist nichts mehr besonderes, geschmacklich enttäuschend. Die Portionen sind sehr klein geworden, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt gar nicht mehr

NON DISCUTO SUL PREZZO DEL CIBO IN QUANTO C'E' DIETRO LAVORO, TEMPO, MATERIA PRIMA E CAPACITÀ X PREPARARLO, PRESENTARLO. PERÒ PERMETTETEMI DI DISSENTIRE SU 5€ X 1 LITRO D'ACQUA NATURALE. NO QUELLO NON LO ACCETTO. NON SIAMO AL CAIRO MA A VIPITENO. OK CHE SONO UN TURISTA MA IL PREZZO NON È X NULLA GIUSTIFICATO. UNICA NOTA CHE STONA IN TUTTO IL RESTO CHE MERITA.
